what does it offer over notepad++ ?
does it debug?
It has tons of plugins for different languages. Pretty much anything you want already exists as a plugin. There's definitely a few debugging plugins, I mainly write PHP scripts, so I have the sublimelinter plugin which tells me if I screw up my code, similar to most PHP IDE's There's also plugins which act as intellisense for any language, helping to write your program faster. It's theme-able and very extensible. It's also pretty light (although notepad++ is lighter, ST lags on some computers)

I sent them an E-Mail asking if they would accept Bitcoins, they said no, i asked why then they sent this : Well , probably more support would help. Yeah, maybe the director will change his mind when he sees that a large part of ST users want to pay with Bitcoin.

Wow. I come back a few hours later and see nearly 100 votes on the suggestions page, and to find the reddit post at the top of /r/Bitcoin Great work guys, we're sure to convince Sublime Text to accept Bitcoin at this rate!

I voted! Lets do this, I am good for a copy.
how much is it? i'd try it at the right price. It's free if you're fine with nagware, they expect you to buy it if you like it, but it's essentially an unlimited trial, no features limited, just an annoying popup every few saves. Currently you can pay $70 for a licence (it's a bit high, but I think they're just expecting very few people to buy it), and you're currently limited to paying via Paypal.

I know that a large part of the Bitcoin community are developers of some sort, and for those who program, Sublime Text is a popular choice for a highly extensible text editor, with many plugins. One problem with Sublime Text, is that the only payment option when purchasing it, is PayPal I've written a large, descriptive post on their suggestion system explaining why they should accept Bitcoin. It would be great if people could up-vote and comment on the suggestion so that it can be easily seen by the company. http://sublimetext.userecho.com/topic/203342-/I've also made a reddit post on /r/Bitcoin if anyone wants to up-vote that, or comment on it: http://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/1hz5ht/we_need_votes_to_get_sublime_text_to_accept/It shouldn't be too hard for us to get the post onto the front page, these are the current highest rated suggestions: To get anywhere on the front page of suggestions/ideas at the current time, is around ~400 votes, or to the top of the front page, we need ~1800 votes. It also helps if you retweet my post on twitter: https://twitter.com/compgenius999/status/354777554370035713EDIT: Wow. Just a day later and I find that we've already hit 317 votes, we're pretty close to getting onto the front page of suggestions! Thanks for all the support guysEdit: and as I say that, we come to a standstill... 2 days later stuck at around 350 votes, and the reddit has barely budged from 180 upvotes.

MtGox doesn't do Payza. I don't think many places do. AFAIK Payza is restricted to countries like Pakistan and Bangaladesh. Last time I checked, they heavily advertise services such as "send money home to Bangladesh" which of course makes Payza seem less and less professional. It doesn't seem like the kind-of business any exchange would want to deal with.

Didn't Google use some kind of tape to store their data, even today in 2013?
Those are tape drives, which are great for backups. But they are impractical to use because tape readers are rare. They are also subject to the same problem as VHS tapes: they deteriorate over time. Tape drives aren't that rare. Many businesses store data on tape because they're actually quite reliable. Unlike hard drives they don't have moving parts, plus they're EXTREMELY cheap. You can get a 1.6 terabyte tape for £15 over here: http://www.businessdirect.bt.com/products/sony-lto-ultrium-4-1-6tb-data-cart-4KNR.html?refs=56270000Although, tapes are restricted to mostly businesses, because the tape machines are really damn expensive. Floppies are one of the worst possible mediums for your wallet though, back on my old laptop, I had floppies that would gain bad sectors within a few days of writing something to them. They're highly volatile to data destruction just from normal use; plus floppy drives are uncommon now, my current PC doesn't even have a CD drive ( I usually use flash media for installing an operating system, and all my games come from services such as Origin and Steam. )

Looks like you've got all your categories already. Generally a lot of Bitcoin job payments go towards programmers or designers.

Also, there is "privacy protect" stuff available for domains. You have to be completely idiot not to turn it on if you're about to scam someone.
So my best guess it wasn't turned on by reason
It's a .in domain. You aren't allowed WhoisGuard for those domains. Anyway good luck finding him, or his parents, but for all we know that info is complete BS, maybe even designed as a scapegoat on purpose.

someguy123 - did your limitation/freezing get sorted out in the end? is this thing fixable?? he has gone offline with my money and left me here trying to figure out how to resolve this??
If Paypal tells you the reason for it, they will sometimes simply ask for verification and they'd get their account back. In my case, I had to wait 6 months, and even then they don't fully unlock the account, they just allow you to withdraw to your bank, and nothing else. In your case, just chargeback. You'll get the money back, it's fully reversible.

does ANYONE know why paypal would have place a limitation on his account? my account is verfied. dozens of succesful transactions. is it the amount of $$ (US$425) If HE is unverified, it's likely they'd do that. They're quite happy to randomly freeze verified accounts too. In my case they sent me an email saying they weren't allowed to disclose why my account was limited and frozen.

i dont see how that would result in a limitation to his account. Is this a correct thing that can happen with paypal It happened to me after I received $60 from someone. Lost my account for 6 months (that's when I completely ditched paypal) Although, in this case he could be trying to scam you. He sent me a paypal request requesting payment. i immediately sent him the money.
If it's set for goods or services, you can chargeback. If he hasn't sent the Bitcoins yet, and is refusing to, it's completely fair to do this. EDIT: Apparently Juneteenth posted a thread about his experience here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=231038.0

Apologies for the downtime, BitVPS was under attack (many other people have been having issues).
After talking with BitVPS, the forum is now back online without issues.
EDIT: Certain DNS servers haven't been updated yet. You might not be able to access the forum for a few hours, or possibly over a day depending on your DNS servers.

Apologies. BitVPS is suffering a DDoS right now, there's nothing that I can do to fix the situation, other than wait for them to correct the issue.
You guys should use some other reliable vps provider and use cloudflare. BitVPS has always been reliable, until recently they've been getting hit more often. The forum is not the target right now, so cloudflare wouldn't help in any way.

You'd have better luck if you just TOLD US what the site is. Nobody will really care about "Designed by _____" on the page of some site, because it's definitely not guaranteed that people are going to even click on that, or look up your name. You're going to have to give us a better offer if anyone would even think about designing a page for you.
