Gamble about half of what I have and invest the rest. I have only won a bit so I am probably about even from gambling haha.

A while back I was considering buying from them. Extremely happy I didn't.

The price is not rising slowly, there will be a crash.
Watch out, a drop may be incoming, certainly if the price reaches anywhere near 200

I doubt that they would let you change your username. People build reputation and are identified by their username.

Makes me wonder if this will be the second giant crash of BTC. Surely the price of Bitcoin is rising too fast for it to sustain itself.

I heard about Silkroad about the summer of 2011 and I was curious about it. Looked into how it worked and was just too busy and confused at the time to care about trying to obtain Bitcoins. To think I could have made a ton of money if I saw this jump in price coming. That is my regret story.

Well damn, the US government has more Bitcoin than me now (not that I have much at all).
How come the FBI can't get the cash?? According to GTA 5, government institutions torture people to get information to get money so this must be true.
Waste of our money going after the Silkroad and the dealers. There are always going to be people who want drugs and they will always find a way to get them. There are people starving and without homes out there and all of our governments want to waste the money imprisoning many harmless people and fighting an endless war instead of helping people who actually need the money.
I really hope the US and all other governments that are arresting people over this fail miserably when they take them to the courtroom. The only thing that should come of this bust should be charging DPR with calling a hit on someone and nothing more.

Referral links are only annoying to me if the site is already really well known.
I used a few of these sites when I first started with Bitcoin and I recommend them for some newbies who have a bit of extra time on their hands.

There are trust issues in modern day life outside of Bitcoin, just be careful and smart about who you send your coins to just as you would be cautious of scams outside of Bitcoin.

Yea, while you may be able to track where the money went, unless you see an address that belongs to a company that could give the ip of the person using their services, there is no way to connect a transaction with a person. Even then, that person might be using something like Tor which would make it very unlikely you would ever be able to know who a person was.

The only way I could see that happening is if the value of the US dollar went plummeting/ crazy inflation.

I had a small amount in Mt. Gox and I was able to withdraw in BTC without giving them my ID or anything.

Yea, never install anything that is claiming to give you free money, and if it does, it probably comes at a high price to you.

I use both BTC-e and Cryptsy.
