81  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is rank of bounty manager is really matters? on: May 20, 2018, 02:51:25 PM
The thing is, when a low ranking member is managing an ICO then it means that it a free service offered by the manager so that he/she will have an experience in managing ICO for his/her future endeavors on managing ICO. He will use it as preferences when an ICO asks for his service. It also means that an ICO that has a high potential of scam will get the free offer so that they will save a lot of money.
82  Other / Meta / Re: Is a campaign manager responsible for preventing low quality posting? on: May 20, 2018, 02:40:25 PM
Apparently yes, if all campaign manager will be strict to the rules and about the posting quality of all participants that want to join a signature campaign then the spamming/shitposting in the forum will decrease by a huge percent.

Those campaign managers aren't going to waste their time reading every post.  Most of them are lazy and will just look at the post count.
I remembered when I encountered a campaign manager like this when I joined his signature campaign wherein I completed the required post count for the week but some of my post from way-way back got deleted and so that manager did not put any stakes for that week for me but I argue to him to look at the date of my posts so that he can see that I really completed the posts for that week but still he is stubborn and made me post 2 more.
After that, I left his campaign for good.
83  Economy / Economics / Re: Is your bitcoin earnings enough for you to start a business? on: May 20, 2018, 10:01:14 AM
I have a job, and I'm quite tired of working as an employee. I was thinking if I can make my btc earnings a start for a business, what do you think?
That depends on how much you are earning in cryptocurrencies and what type of business are you planning to do? If you wouldn't mind, might I suggest that you just continue earning cryptocurrencies until you have a huge profit that doing a business will not hurt your pocket in any way. It is hard to maintain a business if y ou don't have much funds to start with, so better you earn as much as you can before doing so.
84  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Masakit ba sa Mata? on: May 19, 2018, 01:50:54 PM
85  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why hold ethereum on: May 19, 2018, 08:55:00 AM
If I could pick one crypto that suits for holding, that would be ethereum. Do you agree that this one is good for a holder ?

It's more established than other alts in the market and  companies are adopting it.

Agreed. Ethereum is really a promising coin to hold. It has more potential ahead of it. There are many tokens out there that depends on the Ethereum blockchain, hence, Ethereum will stay as long as these tokens exists. And since many tokens in use depends on Ethereum, the need, or should I say the demand for Ethereum will remain and will continue to rise and the price will follow.
86  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: "ETHereum crashed " don't worry and wait on: May 19, 2018, 08:46:46 AM
Well, that's the same thing that is happening to Bitcoin and yet all these weak-handed people are so eager to sell their ETH when they see a 20-30% drop in price in just a few days and then, later on, they will be furious here in the forum spreading FUDs about ETH.

Come on people! The top 10 coins especially Bitcoin and ETH has proven that no matter what happens, they surely recover given the time they need to do so. This is how the market works and if you still don't realize after these many occurrences, then you don't expect that you will be successful in this field.
87  Other / Meta / Re: How to prevent abusing bounty with alt account to make spam free forum. on: May 19, 2018, 07:36:58 AM
This might succeed but only for those who are new in here. As some are aware, most of the accounts here is an alt account of someone. If campaign managers forbid Jr. Members and below to participate in a bounty, specifically the signature campaign, then their higher-ranked account could easily give merits to their Jr. Member account. Since only 10 merits is required to become a Member, this is just a piece of cake for them. I believe that the only way to eliminate the problem is to destroy its roots.
88  Economy / Speculation / Re: Survived 8000, time for $10k? on: May 19, 2018, 07:17:30 AM
Nope, not this month. I believe we won't be reaching 10,000 USD by the end of this month. I think we will only reach as high as 9,000 but the most reasonable price should be 8,500. I believe we will break 10,000 on late June or early July at the latest. All we can do now is to wait since the cryptocurrency market is full of uncertainties. It doesn't hurt if we wait for a couple of weeks of months as long as we are engaged in a long term investment.
89  Other / Meta / Re: Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again on: May 18, 2018, 03:00:08 PM
The reason why many members (including myself) do same thing over and over again is because of :
1. Laziness - One of the greatest enemy of success. Simply because some members are so lazy to research, to read, to acquire knowledge. One of the reasons why they tend to do things over and over again.

And yet those members are the ones complaining about the merit system, ranting about how hard and complicated  it is to earn a single merit where in fact they know what they should be doing right now to earn themselves enough merit to rank up.
Change should always start in yourself.
90  Economy / Speculation / Re: Just buy, please stop selling,i want to be rich!!! on: May 17, 2018, 10:12:20 AM
What nonsense!  Grin So tell me, how will you get rich if you just keep buying bitcoin? You keep telling people to just buy and don't sell so that when the price gets high, you will be the one selling your held bitcoin to just get rich? Huh Come on man, wake up! Market doesn't work that way, you have to be keen on monitoring prices so that you will not be late at selling.
91  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Reputation of Bitcoin in the Philippines. on: May 17, 2018, 10:03:24 AM
Well, one thing is for sure, that it will take a long time before cryptocurrencies can take back the trust it once had before the scam happened. People in the Philippines what are still unaware of Bitcoin is now aware due to this scam and that it will remain in their memory what happened and will surely be afraid to try investing in Bitcoin.
92  Other / Meta / Re: [Request] 1 Merit to become junior member and access to bounties sub on: May 17, 2018, 01:39:29 AM
I think that the number of bots will not decrease, they will spam in other topics. This can reduce the number of participants in bounty campaigns, which is good for us, but bad for the newcomers who signed up for the forum just because of this. You're right, 1 Merit earn is not so difficult, so the system has the right to life.
They are spamming on other boards after all,  after they joined bounty campaigns.

The forum gets a good PR for them, but if you stick to this system, then everyone who wants to participate in bounty projects on the forum, and not on other sites, must first study it and benefit, what you said. We sacrifice a quantity in favor of quality, which is good for some, but for others it's bad.
Good for some? I think the number of people who will benefit to the quality over quantity of posts overweighs those who people who don't so it is better to force this idea and let's see what will happen
93  Other / Meta / Re: Why is it complicated to get merits on: May 17, 2018, 01:30:12 AM
its complicated to get merits because merit giver are very strict when it comes  to their satisfaction. some post which are good and very helpful to this forum are not been merited. only post which are very much useful.
What's complicated is your understanding of the merit system. You don't need to push yourself to post a quality post that will satisfy the strict merit source so that he will merit you, you just need to push yourself to make a good one so that other members will merit it. Everyone has their own perspective of a meritorious post and soon enough, they will see your posts if ever you will make a good one.
94  Other / Meta / Re: Two posts in Beginners & Help section needed attention on: May 17, 2018, 01:24:26 AM
That's NOOBies for you  Grin
This has been already discussed in this section that threads like this should be automatically locked after it got a certain amount of reply but the case is that it would not be possible because it will affect other important threads that although it is considered mega threads, it still contributes to the forum.

Spammers don't read through all the pages to find an answer in their questions, they are lazy enough to just posts the same questions over and over again.
95  Economy / Speculation / Re: Don't lose your faith in BTC. on: May 13, 2018, 05:14:57 PM
I have lost faith already in Bitcoins. Starting from 18000 USD at the end of last year, now bitcoins is trading around 7000. When is it getting back to the 18000 and bypass it. I think altcoins are more lucrative now than bitcoins.
Why are you so being impatient? Seems like you are still new to the world of cryptocurrencies and doesn't know how the market works. If you lose your faith already on bitcoin then just move on and try your luck with altcoins. Let's see how it will go in the long run. The OP should've shown you the idea behind every downfall in the price of bitcoin and how it will end up in the end. You are just more comfortable than altcoins because those coins can be easily hyped and you could earn 100% of your investment shortly.
96  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will you stay in crypto if BTC does not recover? on: May 12, 2018, 06:53:12 PM
I will stay in the crypto community even if the bitcoin price goes under 1000 USD.
I`m not sure that the term "recover" is the right word that describes the situation. The BTC price is where it is.Bitcoin (or the blockchain) isn`t damaged or destroyed,so it`s doesn`t have to "recover".
All the "easy profit" seeking traders and investors will lose their money and they will just leave the crypto community, which might be something good for all the real crypto supporters.
Well, he's not pertaining to bitcoin like a thing that gets damaged. What he meant by recover is the price of bitcoin, If it will bounce back above $10k $ or not. If bitcoin will stay at $6-7k by next year then I will say that it is the stability that a lot of us are asking for and in my case, I will still continue holding my bitcoin or I could also use it because I can still get it back at the same price considering the stability.
97  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC falling like a rock on: May 12, 2018, 06:49:23 PM
But don't worry because maybe after few days again we will see again 10k dollars .
That's not very reassuring at all. You're telling him to not to worry but you are not sure with what you said.
Just get used to this fluctuations, and always remember to never sell lower than your point of entry unless you want to regret it later on. Whenever I see dips like these, I make it to myself that I will never look at the market for maybe at least 2 days so I will not think anything. It takes the stress out of me.
98  Economy / Economics / Wakanda Forever [Cryptocurrency style] on: May 12, 2018, 03:42:27 PM
I know most of you are familiar with Wakanda which is a country that is unknown to the whole world in the movie but their technology is so advanced but they don't want to be discovered for a variety of reasons until they are ready to help out to other countries.

I'm relating this to ICOs out there. Isn't it better if we (investors) just let the ICO team do their job and not pressure them about things like "when exchange" and "when moon?" all the shits relating to these. I always read it on the telegram channel of every project I joined in. In result, projects that have been listed in the exchange despite them being not ready and all about any legalities and partnership to companies that will help them preserve their price has been dumped earlier by bounty hunters.

They always pressure the team, spreading FUDs all over the community. Their impatience is what leads to the downfall of its price and at by the end of the day, they will blame the ICO for having such price.

I've invested to a few ICO that really wants to preserve the price and take good care of their project by locking the tokens in the user's respective wallet until they are ready with all the requirements and I like those strategies, I don't care how much I wait as long as I will get what I really deserve and not get disappointed at the end.

What are your thoughts about this?
99  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Am I the only one? [Cryptopia exchange][SOLVED] on: May 12, 2018, 03:21:08 PM
How can you say that it is not fastest exchange out there? I reckon that all exchange platform performs the same speed in terms of trading and what only hinders them or slows them up is the confirmations on the blockchain that could take hours to be confirmed.

Anyways, what I'm trying to say in the previous reply is that my first support ticket maybe got ignored because they improved their support system because I've made the first ticket 3 days before they improve their support system and I've waited for almost 2 weeks. I created another ticket with the improved support system and got it resolved that day.

Kailangan Mo Lang Mag Ingat Kung Mag Lolog In Ka Sa Comp Shop At Baka Meron Ding Makaalam Ng Account Mo
