Why would you say something like that a few days before a supposed important announcement? Trying to average down?

Please tell me you're not being serious...

Can we stop with trying to pump this stock, it's morally reprehensible to pump this stock up. With 1,100 bitcoin in our coffers we are owed 0.00011 per share max. People paying more are losing unless the 0.001% chance ken announces a full working 28nm chip in two days. Will Ken show the world a working 28nm full custom come Wednesday?

+1

Why are people getting so excited about Wednesday? What is this 'insider info' people are alluding to?

Even if Ken comes on and announces a full working 28nm chip, I really doubt he will provide the proof, given his track record. I hope I will be proven wrong... but I am not betting on it.

The million satoshi question...

I don't know why this is even being discussed as a viable business anymore.

The discussion should start moving towards how do we get some kind of restitution now.

Personally I would like at least most of my coins back so I can divert them into real projects…

100 x 28nm wafers is around 5PH - think about that for a second...

The fab can pump out 100 wafers every 4 weeks easily.... 1GH sells for around $5 with immediate delivery (in chip form)

Do the maths... I'm thinking ActM could shortly be pulling in $2.5 per share per month...
You think raw chips are going to be selling for $5/GH/s in a couple months? Keep in mind you can buy a finished Antminer shipped for $3.6/GH/s right now and you'll have it on your doorstep in 2 days.

Depends on the bitcoin price no?

... our shares should be listed on either havelock or CT.

Crypto-Trade, it's the obvious choice.

Obvious how? What benefits does it have over Havelock? I for one don't see any unless you think its UI is better.

I also fail to see why CT is the obvious choice...

The best choice would be Colored Coins so we are never NOT in possession of our shares. Then you can plug your shares into Crypto-Trade, Havelock, post up a trading thread, whatever you want because YOU are in possession of your shares, not an exchange, YOU. Just like bitcoin gives YOU the ability to control your money, Colored Coins allows YOU the ability to control your investments.

Perhaps go into the bank and run Armory there?

Yes that's possible if they allow you to take a Laptop into the secure area to generate the signing code. Being safe is an area I'm sure Ken is highly aware of due to him being a known face and having an open work address. Security is everything both online and in the real world. A lot of people would do almost anything to get their hands on a million untraceable dollars. With the previous VE threats I warned Ken about taking his own personal security seriously and he assured me he had taken steps to increase it and was treating it very seriously.

I have PM'd etotheipi asking him to kindly join in the discussion about how to best sign a paper wallet.

Ken this needs to be done ASAP once we get clear and concise information on how to do so.

Ken, how did you create the cold storage wallet?  Is it via a paper wallet or a secure offline computer?  If on a computer what client are you using?

I am using Armory with an offline wallet.  In addition, I created a program that keeps SHA256 ASIC from breaking the key.  I also have the keys stored in a paper wallet in a fire safe in 2 locations.

Do you have the public address?

These remaining Bitcoins need to be kept offline in multiple  cold wallets otherwise they could be lost to a hack.  Ken can you confirm you are storing the coins in cold wallets? It's crucial.

Yes, all of our bitcoin's are in a cold wallet.

Post the pubic addresses.

Be honest.
If you still believe in Ken Slaughter's plans and his ability to lead this company, you really have to ask yourself,
Why? Why do you still believe in him?
He has showed a pattern of bad business decision, of lying to his shareholders.
The only logical approach at this time is to start to organize so we can get a court in Missouri to take all of Ken's assets and distribute them to share holders.

It is time for Ken to stop playing and to admit that he is a screw up and to do the right thing.

My conclusion as to how Ken is handling his business. The only logical conclusion is to let him exercise his option to make chips when the right opportunity arises.

Ken, the options trader. He keeps having the option (but not the obligation) of creating mining chips at a low price which he can sell at a higher price if Bitcoin shoots up to $7,500 - $10,000 per bitcoin. It just hasn't happened yet and I'm starting to think we won't see a product from ActiveMining until the price of bitcoin reaches Ken's prognostication of $10,000 per bitcoin.

I'll compile the list of question.....

Please PM me your question or quote this and i'll edit.

1.  What is the status of our shares?
2.  How many bitcoins were on MtGox and why where they there to begin with?
3.  How much did ActM lose on the cancelled 55nm deal?
3.1 Were the 55nm ever even taped out? Do you have any proof of their existence?
3.2 How much money does ACTM have?
3.3 How much money did ACTM lose in the 28nm eAsic failure?
4. Who is on the payroll (What companies are you currently working with and how many people (and who) currently work at VMC/AMC)

Bolded questions : Questions I added.

I would also like to know what is the plan moving forward. Though I would rather any of the above questions be answer over this one.

Most of your added questions would be answered in a quarterly financial report. We should ask for that.

When is the next one due?
89  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: March 04, 2014, 07:32:36 PM
Man did I pick a dud.

It's such a FUCKEN joke that Ken claims all this non-news and secrecy due to protecting some kind of amazing dealings behind doors at ACTM all these months.

It's obvious at this point the only thing he's been protecting has been his absolute ineptness at actually doing any of this… Watching that awful video in last weeks news leak shows just how ineffectual he is at conveying any command over this endeavor… (in all respect, just stating the obvious.)

There is no more fucking NDA with easic, there is no need to be "secretive" anymore because the plain fact is: there is no company stupid enough to want to commit industrial espionage with ACTM because ACTM has only proven itself to be an utterly dismal failure… one after another.

Come clean Ken and spare us anymore dragging out of the inevitable.

Tomorrow is Wednesday.

Importing Shares
There is no fee to import shares. There is no minimum quantity for importing shares.

How to Import Direct Shares:
1. Send an e-mail to fnnirvana@gmail.com & Havelock Investments at
AMFund@havelockinvestments.com with the following message:

”Please transfer (X) of my shares to the Havelock Investments account at 1J5fvfUrDcZj8rrpVHMgn8u7sXee84QkPd --
AMFund@havelockinvestments.com”

Also include the following info:
- Your current ASICMINER share-holding wallet address & e-mail address
- The quantity of shares you wish to transfer

2. If the e-mail address you have on file with ASICMINER is different than the one you use for your Havelock account, you MUST send an e-mail from the e-mail address you have registered with Havelock confirming this import request. If this is the case, please provided a dated, signed message from the host wallet to confirm ownership.
3. After confirmation from Friedcat is received, the AM1 shares will be added to your account within 48 hours or less. Please note that ASICMINER currently processed requests once per week, so some imports may take up to 9 days to fully process.

Thanks. I understood all of it except this: ”Please transfer (X) of my shares to the Havelock Investments account at 1J5fvfUrDcZj8rrpVHMgn8u7sXee84QkPd --
AMFund@havelockinvestments.com” I don't see a bitcoin address connected to my Havelock account. Is that address the same one as this: Your current ASICMINER share-holding wallet address ??

is it just me or does no one in here realize that WE ARE NOT HASHING and from the looks of it we won't be hashing until sometime next fall…  IF AT ALL.

Why you all continue spinning and discussing this failure is beyond me.

it's done.

EDIT: pardon me for being the Voice of Reason.

another EDIT: and you all do realize we still have no proof that we own shares in this company and that fact is looking worse and worse everyday.

We should be mining by May if we get the 55nm chips in mid-April.
You're kidding, right? Maybe by the end of May, but there won't be any large scale deployment of hashing power before the end of April is chips arrive on the 17th. Having the chips, boards and full system tested and signed off on to enter volume production by May would be a good goal.

Well it's a lot closer to May than it is to September. These next two months are going to be critical.

so were the last two… and the two before that… and the two befo… oh never mind.

This time it's different  Grin
