I love the fear towards BSV right now, great publicity. I’m bullish.

How much have you personally invested in BSV? More than zero, or zero?

Things and trolls are getting sorted out

https://coinrivet.com/calvin-ayre-an-apology

Please don’t bring this shit here, this is a serious accusation, not a game

I am Satoshi Nakamoto. Don't listen to anyone

Bitcoin SV - is an Original Bitcoin!

"Anyone" includes you too, right? Don't worry, not listening. But your claim does hold as much water as CSW's.

I have personally invested ‘more than zero’ into Bitcoin SV.

Did you read the whitepaper yet @bitcoinpsycho?

Bitcoin Cash lacks the competitive advantage of other cryptocurrencies

Debatable.

Quote
It also is still relatively new,

Bzzt. Wrong. With a history traceable back to the satoshi genesis block (i.e., being one of the Bitcoin forks), there is no cryptocurrency older than Bitcoin Cash.

Except for bitcoin, and about a thousand others, quite literally. A fork doesn't start being a coin the moment the original coin is born you lunatic. That's just fucking stupid, again. I don't think even other bcash fanboi tards believe that nonsense.

Really breher. The things you have to say are just insultingly stupid sometimes.

Right back at ya. BTC is a fork in and of itself. As such, it has no more claim upon longevity than do any of the other forks of the satoshi chain.

Talk about stupidity...

Bitcoin can't be a fork of itself you dimwitted tool. Just because it has undergone forks in the past doesn't mean its no longer bitcoin. You don't get to control branding. The world is moving on without you. It's a good thing that nobody who doesn't already have a hard-on for bcash believes your simplistic propaganda.

When Satoshi made Bitcoin he didn't name it "Bitcoin Cash."

"Bitcoin isn't bitcoin but this other coin is. Derp."

That's about what it comes down to.

Someone needs to throw this quote beside your identity on the blockchain. You are completely wrong. Not only are you wrong, but you’ve managed to be an asshole in doing so. Unbelievable.

Did you know btc is a fork?

I will no longer be discussing that scamcoin Bcash in this thread. This isn't the give Bcash undeserved limelight observation thread nor is it two desperate Bcash fanboys and wall observation users fight.

Fuck Bcash, fuck Ver, fuck Jihan, fuck Craig and I feel sorry for all the fools who have drank the koolaid and sold bitcoins to buy these scam tokens and now need to imagine a fantasy land where they made a decent decision.

Fuck it.

Pussssssssssayyyyy

I see you guys have gone with the alternative facts:

‘The system is secure as long as honest nodes collectively control more CPU power than any cooperating group of attacker nodes.’
88  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: April 08, 2019, 11:01:43 PM
In case you had not noticed, miners have always been happy to mine blocks large enough such that average wait tx latencies were darned near universally next-block or so. That is, until blocks became persistently full, making such performance impossible.

Who gives any shits about what miners want?  It’s irrelevant.  Same as what users want.  That’s irrelevant too.

Either they mine or they don’t.  So the incentives for mining are already built into bitcoin.   Same with users.  Either they use bitcoin or they don’t.

Again, in bitcoin incentives are already well established from the beginning.  That’s what makes bitcoin so powerful as contrasted with the various shitcoin bitcoin wannabes.

You do realize miners vote?

Bitcoin is whatever the largest amount of network power says it is. Your side lost, yogi.
I'd say it's more real marketcap, that shows who the majority believe is worth more and the "real" Bitcoin"

But what constitutes bitcoin, the project was released with one document, that has been completely disregarded and you call that Bitcoin based on a trading markets completely irrelevant to the project itself?

Oh my, are you serious!!!!!

You don't know what bitcoin is, sirsplashalot?

You might be beyond repair....   You are trying to participate in a bitcoin thread, but you do not know what bitcoin is, yet?

Perhaps this thread needs at least a basic entry level questionnaire in order that peeps understand at least the existentialist part of bitcoin, which seems to be clearly resolved already... and gone over and over and over...

Go study a bit, sirsplashalot,** and then come back here with better and more thought out question(s).

** Hint:  you are not going to become more informed about "what is bitcoin" by participating in r/btc, getting your information from bitcoin.com or other bcash pumping information sources.. Many of those "information" sources are loosely connected to reality, at best.   On the other hand, if you are able to understand what you read (which seems a bit questionable at this point), you might be able to just follow this thread for a while or go back and read this thread more before you post any further nonsense?  Perhaps?

Hmm, seems like you have Segwit coin mixed up with Bitcoin.
90  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: April 08, 2019, 06:27:46 PM
... jbreher ... come back to team bitcoin.

'Come back'? I've been here the whole time.

My bullshit detector is going off the charts. You're the guy who used to refer to bitcoin as "segwit coin" remember? I do.

Depending upon the sequencing of things, Bitcoin Cash may be no more altcoin than is SegWit coin (which is somewhat playfully starting to be referred to as Bitcoin-Jr)

My only intent is to counter misinformation. Those that are open to thought will save themselves.

Which is why I am intent on countering yours. Breher, you're welcome to have your own viewpoint, just don't act like its the only one that's valid. That shit is stupid, and infuriating. And I don't blame V8s for leaving you his rating. You've been proven to be incorrect in your assertions time and time again, which is by all accounts the same as providing misinformation.

Because suppressing views is totally okay if they are your own! That can’t be a dictatorship! Wink

It may share a name but that thing, that is not Bitcoin.

BTC is not Bitcoin? Interesting assertion!

We have already established that I hold BTC as well as my preferred SV and BCH.

Hey jbreher, I guess you’ll never have to worry about BCH or SV blocks being full seeing as though hardly anybody uses them.

Whether or not they are being put to use, BitcoinSV min3d a 128mb blocksize the other day. What will happen to the miners when the lightning network is in full force?

93  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: EOS - Asynchronous Smart Contract Platform - (Dan Larimer of Bitshares/Steem) on: April 07, 2019, 06:17:24 PM
An "exit scam" means something is being closed entirely. Not the case with Larimer's projects.

This is the first time I've visited this thread in almost 2 years. If my ethics permitted me I would tag you a second time for being a serial bullshit spreader.
You are so strictly DT member. I read the post I quoted, and red the trust page of that guy, then I found that Lauda (not you) tagged him or her with negative trusts due to his or her bad posts in Bitcoin Cash topic, not here.
And, what is the point of 'would tag you a second time'? Did you tag that guy, then removed tag due to his or her improvements later?

No I mean if I shared Lauda's viewpoint on what people should be tagged for I would tag him as well, but I don't, so I won't.

Glad someone’s picked up on it. They’ve managed to suppress viewpoints on Bitcointalk. A complete dictatorship. Either choose my side or it’s negative feedback. No room for debate.

You're here managing to blather on about nonsense, aren't you? You're hardly being suppressed.

Theres no ‘almost’ category here when it comes to suppressing viewpoints. I believe that Bitcoin Cash and Bitcoin SV are closer to the original economic model purposed in the whitepaper. (Last line of the introduction). Big blockers are regarded as negative feedback on this forum. That is a fact. The evidence is in the actions. I am not entitled to my opinion without receiving a negative trust rating. Anyone who does an investigation with half a brain would agree. I’m done arguing this point in he EOS thread. Carry on everyone.
94  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: EOS - Asynchronous Smart Contract Platform - (Dan Larimer of Bitshares/Steem) on: April 07, 2019, 04:47:47 PM
ah, sorry for the typo, I corrected my previous post, it should be Lauda, not nutilda.
I don't know what happened with discussion about Bitcoin Cash between you and Lauda, but it seems that too strictly to tag someone negatively because difference in opinion. Theymos already stated his opinion about this.
Glad someone’s picked up on it. They’ve managed to suppress viewpoints on Bitcointalk. A complete dictatorship. Either choose my side or it’s negative feedback. No room for debate.

And theymos is entitled to his own opinions, but not his own facts. As you can see by the negative feedback, there was no reference to the negative feedback I have recieved. A simple copy and paste claim Lauda made for many anti-btc supporters.

Anyways, EOS looks strong in my opinion on the charts.

IRONY

"flawed pale imitation"

Hey bitcoinPsycho - which of the following are closer to the original design of the Bitcoin protocol as designed by Satoshi:
1) BTC; or
2) BCH

Hmm?
Sorry I don't do religion.  Tech evolves. No one man or woman have all the answers
https://beincrypto.com/bch-bitcoin-cash-price-prediction-2019-2020-5-years-updated-04-03-2019/

It ain't religion, it's a simple 2-choice question. Afraid to answer it, bitcoinPsycho?

To reiterate, BTC is but a flawed pale imitation of Satoshi's system, while Bitcoin Cash hews more closely to that original genius design.

<<blah blah blah>>

You contribute nothing to the conversation. There is a question to bitcoinPsycho upon the table, which s/he seems to be dodging. One that relates directly to his/her reply to my point.

Meantime, nutildah charges in blustering irrelevancy. As if s/he doesn't have the capacity for determining what the topic is. You must be so much fun at parties. /s

Incidentally, with BTC at $337.99, you're starting to look like 'that guy'. :

After all this time this thread is still quite remarkably mediocre. There is literally nothing other than name calling. How can some of the world's biggest alts inspire nothing beyond worthless dribbles?

Well, it likely has a lot to do with the fact that about half of this thread's participants are ignorant pikers who come here merely to fling clueless shit around the room.

Right, like you pressuring noobs to buy BCH when it was at $195... That was some real astute analysis right there, Soros.

"Pressuring"? "Soros"? You're being cringeworthy again, nutella.

Incidentally, BCH up over 17% last 24 hours.

You told somebody to buy BCH at $195, saying they would regret buying it later at a higher price. Your exact words were "Don't be that guy."

BCH is still down 19% since your call, despite today's gains.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2040221.msg50184000#msg50184000
I must admit I have not fully read the satoshi white  paper so will not be able to answer your question . As I said before I don't do religion

You did not read the ONLY document that was released with Bitcoin and you criticize people on this forum for having non-parallel views towards yours on bitcoin?Embarrassed

Hmm.

Well read the last line of the introduction and tell me how the hell lightning network correlates to the whole economic model of Bitcoin you silly psycho.
Bitcoin Cash lacks the competitive advantage of other cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin. It also is still relatively new, yet has already faced major contention leading to a heat Civil War between Bitcoin SV and BCH/Bitcoin ABC. While it emerged as a solution to Bitcoin’s scalability problem, other solutions like the Lightning Network have emerged.

Bitcoin Cash and all its hard forks appear as redudant. It seems only to have created trouble for itself, and these problems have at times reverberated throughout the cryptocurrency and digital asset market. While Bitcoin Cash appears to perform well, its overall market cap may be inflated.

Steady and heavy price losses are expected between 2019 and 2020. Whether or not Bitcoin Cash will survive another five years is a very important and relevant question. It could be possible based on its current position that BCH will have dropped out of the cryptocurrency race within the early 2020s.

https://beincrypto.com/bch-bitcoin-cash-price-prediction-2019-2020-5-years-updated-04-03-2019/

Where’s your argument?
- ‘Bitcoin Cash lacks competitive edge’...(no supporting fact)
- ‘overall marketcap May be inflated’....(doesn’t provide fact again)
- ‘steady heavy prices losses are expected’....(another opinion without support of fact).

Mate, did you go to school? Like a true psycho, your arguments are empty without any factual support. Give it a rest. Read the whitepaper for the first time and chill out.

Right. You don't understand how commit fees work. They are held in a temporary balance in case the channel is closed when both parties are not online, and not necessarily permanently deducted from the user's balance. It's not new:

Pretty lame attempt at FUD. But at least you are doing it in the right place.

Meanwhile the capacity of LN is up 43% in the last 30 days. Obviously its users aren't having a problem with it. You have a problem with it because it renders BSV irrelevant.

Yeah, 5 million dollars, it’s up there with YoBit.

BSV is ready for global scale adoption here and now.

Really controversial discussion happening over on reddit regarding the lightning network for all you anti BSV trolls.

https://reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/b9ec4v/lightning_channel_losing_funds_for_no_reason/

Dude. You didn't even read the thread. You just thought, "oh this looks like potential LN fud, lets throw it to the wall and see if it sticks.

OP resolved his problem within an hour of asking the question. There's no "controversy", there was only his misunderstanding of how commit fees worked:

"Thank you Smiley someone else also posted this before. You're right that the screen only shows the amount of sats that I can use. Until today I wasn't even aware that commit fees even existed so I got rather confused when the balance shrank more and more.

Thanks for helping to clarify the situation!"
