Croatia looked good in the first half vs Portugal, they are lucky that we are only 1 goal ahead. But once again it shows our luck of quality upfront, Kramaric looked pretty bad and that chance at the end of the halftime that Budimir managed to miss is baffling. He may be decent in Osasuna, but for us he has been crap. I mean, attacker that managed to score 2 goal in 20 caps, what else to say... Dalic should just put Gvardiol upfront, he was our most dangerous player anyway.  Yeah, Gvardiol should be cloned at least 5 times to play instead of other players that are pretty bad. Brozovic also wasn't as good as he used to be. But overall I'm happy with what I saw in the first half. I just hope we can score at least one more goal and end the game with at least a draw. Gvardiol played a great game, but Stanišić on the other side was almost as good as him. I agree Brozović was a bit dusty and we are missing proper striker but link up play that Petković has can't be discarded. If other players are joining the attack as they were today, we can play without that proper striker. Budimir is good at pressing up front and he is important from that aspect. You will not get that from Petković/Kramarić. Don't forget this was Portugal away for us. A game against oponnet which has incredible H2H against us and one of the best teams that will play in EURO. |

@Cryptofka Why is my tennis question not graded yet? I have two finalists, my opponent have zero isn't that a green already? You want me to down so badly... Tennis isn't graded for most of us. That is promotion playoffs, have no idea why they got the nod before rest of us, probably because of free bets. It is complicated to count free bet points for leagues and cryptofrka would be doing double the job if he already graded tennis for us.

I am not for that option at all. It just leads to friction down the road. What happens if BTC is double what it is now in a month? Presumably those that aren't paying immediately have problem to do so and that means they don't have btc. They will feel like shit having to pay a lot of money for pool where they are maybe already out of contention for rewards. Some delays or loans to reputable members are always a possibility but I would much rather solve all those cases on individual basis trough PM and let in the league only those that transferred money to pool address. Person loaning the money also has much bigger obligation to return to person than to some pool. If necessary I can help few members and I am sure some other members like icopress or buwaytress wouldn't have problem helping some more. |

That's why I feel that the 'Group of Death' isn't really that.
You have Albania as the 4th team, and anybody with 3 points should be safe to go through as a 3rd team from the group.
When you see teams like Spain, Italy and Croatia grouped together, it might seem so - but in this format I think all 3 teams are going through.
Then again, all these teams are in a downward trajectory.
Option to pass from 3rd spot definitely takes away something from "death group". As you say, if Albania ends on 0 points all three of us should pass trough and anything can happen in knockout stages. Real tournament starts after the groups this time. I wonder is some teams with long bench (England, France) will rotate a bit more in groups. |

Coco's way out of her depth, so I'm preparing to lose that point too. One still can hope she at least wins the next set. With a 3-1 lead and on serve to make it a possible 4-1, I thought Coco Gauff could win the second set, but Swiatek had other plans and she still managed to breeze through the set, is there any match up in the WTA currently that can tame her ? I really doubt there is any! Watched that whole match and it went more or less as I expected it to. Swiatek is now what Djoković was on men's side last few years on mental plan. She is just so solid, she doesn't have some super shot but has everything on a really high level. Most importantly she keeps her constant and always plays close to the top of her game. Gauff at 100% is a better player than Swiatek at 100%, the problem is Gauff is playing most of the match at about 60% while Swiatek is always above 90%. Percentages are of course arbitrary and just used to illustrate my point. At that point in the match when Gauff got the lead Swiatek did not drop her game, she just did not have any way to play against Gauff at her best. |

Gauff is still in, she can turn it on against anybody. Andreeva can't for sure and I never watched Paulini play so have no idea. Sabalenka was injured today, I don't know why she even bothered to finish the match, probably just so I can lose my ticket. By the way, you got first point taken away from me in 93rd minute. Icopress is in possession of sponsorship money so we will join the funds on his or mine addy at some point. You will be publicly notified about it here but I don't think it makes any real difference who among us acts as escrow Finally, now I have 3 Euros pools to prepare for- I haven't seen any friendly games yet, and I'm not sure what the current strength of these teams are, but I want to play the first round with player expectations in mind. Palmer on free kicks, no? I honestly expecting more from him. It would be wonderful to know how long the sponsor bag is; I understand Icopress is currently busy, but I would need some reason to put in all of my steeze. At the moment, composure 100%, Panic 0%. If you see me in the league without payment, don't panic. I always pay my debts. He already wrote here that sponsorship will probably be 1200$ plus bonus codes. I think that is enough to know what to expect and he will write it in more exact terms soon. Not as big as we would like but should still be respectable with all the buy in fees. To tell you the truth I think we were spoiled with sponsorship amounts across all pools last season. It is not realistic to expect that much ever again unless we get some new player willing to sponsor serious money on the scene. |
