Korea did the business.  Australia was very disappointing,  killed my bet.

Kinda expected that Australia would only score like 2-3 goals considering that they have already qualified for the next round but for South Korea to score 7 goals playing as away team is just so unexpected. I thought it would be like 3-4 goals hence I picked 6-7 goals as my answer, oh well

Watched that whole match and it went more or less as I expected it to. Swiatek is now what Djoković was on men's side last few years on mental plan. She is just so solid, she doesn't have some super shot but has everything on a really high level. Most importantly she keeps her constant and always plays close to the top of her game. Gauff at 100% is a better player than Swiatek at 100%, the problem is Gauff is playing most of the match at about 60% while Swiatek is always above 90%. Percentages are of course arbitrary and just used to illustrate my point.

At that point in the match when Gauff got the lead Swiatek did not drop her game, she just did not have any way to play against Gauff at her best.

Yeah, I'd agree you are super right with your illustrations and that exactly is what Djokovic was in those few years, there were obviously better players if all players were playing at the top of their games then, but no player could maintain that level of consistency and playing very close their best version week in week out like Djokovic was, the level of consistency is what set him apart and helped him dominate of the new generation of players, because with his level of consistency came his highly disciplined personality too, so everything kind of played out perfectly for him.

Maybe a deep in form is the only thing that can stop Swiatek right now.

My round definitely not as I didn't expect my opponent to be the only one having 4/4 after first few days. 

I am loosing 4-2 at the moment and I am not sure that we have enough different answers for a chance to beat him. Hell, even in the "penalties" question we have almost identical answers (everythng is the same except minute of the first goal)

I knew that the handicap the bookies gave on Boston was too low. They are a team with a lot more width.

Now it all comes down to the Portugal - Croatia friendly. That's why I put a 2mBTC bet on ralle14's choice, which is a Portugal win with BTTS.
The odds are ~3.60, so I either win some money or I don't lose this important duel.

The worst scenario would be Croatia not losing, that would cost me 2mBTC and would bring me only a draw.

Looks like we both spoke too soon Slissy. One night goes and my 2-0 lead is now 2-2, thanks to your trust in Boston, and my distrust of high scores in both football and NBA.

I knew the odds were favorites and even with the bookies looking down as @cryptofrka said but I just thought Dallas would fight harder in this match.

I don't wanna see you loosing 2mBTC, but I would definitely like to see us beating them for a change.

I don't know why but for some reason they keep beating us constantly and unless I am mistaken, I don't remember us ever beating them. Of all the losses, the one from 2016 Euro hurts the most. In the group stage we played great and had 3 wins, and then in 1/8 we encountered them. In the extra time (iirc few minutes before the end) Perisic hit the post and then they hit us on the counterattack. If we won that game, we would have been champions instead of them. So yeah, I really want us to beat them, even if its just a friendly game.

True, that loss vs Turkey was even more shocking as we scored few minutes before the end and it looked like we can't lose it. Another Euro where we played great, won all 3 games in the group just to get kicked out in such a shocking way. I think all of our bad luck in various Euros was compensated in the world cups.

Having personally seen many of your tennis calls, I won't dare to agree here. Swiatek will give you your point, it would have to be a massive upset to even lose a set in the final.

I'm handicapped in general if it's not football. Tennis, haven't properly followed for a while so have a lot of blind spots. We both went Sinner, unfortunately, so him dropping out doesn't have a consequence, but my Ruud is leading a set -- means nothing of course, Alcaraz also lost his first.

Zverev have indeed won the 2nd set, and it's pretty much all even once again...

.......And even the bookies have considered it as an even game all along too, most of the bookies I saw have all had the game to effortlessly go over 3 rounds, just like that of Alcaraz and Sinner with a couple of them even offering decent boost on an "either player to win 3-2" option.

All that glimmer of hope that Sinner gave me when he lead 1-2 against Alcaraz and he lost after all that. Well Gauff let me down after not being able to secure a set against Swiatek and now Sinner too huh.

Score is currently tied with @renato297 and he has 2 points edge on both tennis question against me. That leaves another 2 question for us I guess so the best I could get is probably a draw. Well its been a while since tennis' question screw me up but kinda expected it to happen anytime sooner

Cmon Zverev, atleast give me some hope and win the final if you qualify !

Both Sinner and Ruud started good in their matches but they had problems in later sets and lost today, bringing Alcaraz and Zverev in the final.
I played Alcaraz and Zverev combo on Sportsbet website so I dont feel so bad if I lose this BSFL round.
