81  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it still worth mining bitcoin in 2018 ? on: October 04, 2018, 07:25:58 AM
I think it's not really worthy to spend time, money, and effort in mining this year because of the status of bitcoin. Here in our country, my miner friends had recently shut down their mining rig because of bitcoin crash and very expensive electric bill.
82  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Samsung says that smartphones are the safest way to store cryptocurrencies on: October 04, 2018, 06:55:26 AM
I don't think keeping your crypto credentials kept in your smart phones are safer than any other alternative because your phone is easier to steal than your PC or any other device. Once the criminals stole your phone, they can always find a way to get into your phone's core and steal any information they can.
83  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Lets fight the FUD together on: October 04, 2018, 06:46:49 AM
FUD is really poisoning the minds of the new investors who has only little experience in cryptocurrency investment. You can not hide from FUD but you can fight it all the time. With FUD spreading everywhere, just ignore them and stay in focus because the future of cryptoworld is bright.
84  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Eminem's New Song [Album] mentions Bitcoin :D on: October 04, 2018, 06:21:51 AM
The popularity of bitcoin goes off the chart as it become the mainstream of cryptos. From different wealthy men to celebrities and now being part of the lyrics of one of the best rapper in the world, bitcoin's popularity will just increased more and more. It is a very good endorsement for Bitcoin without needing Satoshi Nakamoto to pay for these big endorsers.
85  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it risky to buy not top 100 crypto currencies? on: October 02, 2018, 01:22:22 PM
Investing in cryptocurrencies that are listed int the top 100 really make sense becacuse it's not easy to reach the 100 spot. If you invest on it, it gives you lesser risk and of course, it has a high potential to grow more in the future.
86  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where do you find interesting ICO ? on: October 02, 2018, 01:18:48 PM
Interesting ICOs can be found anywhere because an interesting ICO means a very popular or ICO with hype. You can find it here or you can also use external sites (ICO rating websites) for you to see featured ICO or ICO with high rating. Recently, i am using icobench.com.
87  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty Or Trading? on: October 02, 2018, 01:16:21 PM
For me, either way is a good source of earning crypto income and if you have also luck, then it's really a big plus for you. But so far, i am more into bounty because it don't need any money just to get a crypto.
88  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Rewarding signature campaign, are you satisfied? on: October 02, 2018, 12:39:07 PM
Are you participating in a signature campaign? You observe that there is a condition that you have to meet.

(a) You must make 15 constructive posts per week. (b) You must make 10 constructive posts per week! as it may apply. I am not against this condition but the next one is what I am concerned with.

If you don't reach 10/15 (as the case may be) posts before the end date, you will not receive any stake for the current week.

My question is, what happens to someone who makes 9 posts in case (a), and 13 posts in case (b)? Is it fair to deny anyone who has made more than 75% post for the week? Could there be a somewhat reward for such people?

Please share your thoughts. What will be the best way to reward signature campaign?

That actually depends on the bounty manager and it's his/her prerogative. I have once participated in a bounty campaign [signature campaign] which i failed to complete the total posts required in a week (17 out of 20 posts) but still the bounty manager gave me a corresponding stake.

90  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin is the vehicle, we run it on: September 20, 2018, 06:04:47 AM
Bitcoin can be the vehicle that would leave stationery without a driver and of course the fuel. Basically we (investors) are the driver where the direction of bitcoin's market price is determined on the decision we made whether we turn the steering wheels to the left or to the right. But as long as we are fueled by our desires for better lives, i am sure that bitcoin will have very good destination.
91  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do we change the public's view of Crypto world? on: September 20, 2018, 05:44:41 AM
Some of them are just reluctant to accept the fact that bitcoin/cryptocurrencies can really change people's lives. It's just a matter of enlightenment from their relatives or from their friends for them to try and see for themselves how bitcoin/crypto will really work for the betterment of their lives.
92  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: They want you to panic :-> on: September 20, 2018, 05:18:14 AM
well therefore I never sell anything that I have and I still keep it well, so I don't want to sell at a low price I invest for profit so I have to get it

That's basically a typical strategy for others so that when you sell your cryptos, it will cause the price to plunge more deeper. Just like what the chief commercial officer of BitPay Sonny Singh said and i quote "Altcoins will never come back, I believe, in the same way, a bitcoin will come back." That's clearly a statement trying to make others to discourage and panic.
93  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does bitcoin control the market? on: September 19, 2018, 02:18:13 AM
If we look at the crypto market during its red days, it's also noticeable that bitcoin is down and that some other cryptocurrencies almost have the same pattern of price drop as what we can see on bitcoin. So in that case, we can also say that when a group of whales decide to sell their bitcoin, we expect fluctuation of bitcoin's market cap and price and so with the alt coins and cryptomarkets too.
94  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin now in use Football Sports on: September 19, 2018, 02:13:35 AM
This is not new already that sports industry is already engaged in cryptocurrencies and the blockchain. Cryptocurrencies give impact in the sports industry be it traditional sports or eSports. For instance, cryptocurrency or token from a sports ICO will allow fans to use that certain token for diverse exclusives like tours, meet-and-greets with their football stars and price cuts on any line of football products.
95  Other / Off-topic / Re: Soon we would not need banks on: September 19, 2018, 02:03:28 AM
There is a possibility that time will come we don't need banks anymore if and only if bitcoin and the rest of cryptocurrencies is easy to use for most of people. Another is that there are still countries who are banning cryptos much even more that they know it will be a threat to the banks that they (government) owned.
96  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are you sure the market will come back at end this year? on: September 18, 2018, 03:09:01 PM
Not really so sure if the market is coming back at the end of the year because bitcoin has been down more than 50% of its all time high for almost three quarters now. I just let the time tell how and when the market is going to respond with this bearish trend that we've experienced for long.
97  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why wouldn't you invest on ripple? on: September 17, 2018, 02:01:54 PM
Ripple is a very good crypto worth of your time and money. It was once grabbed Ethereum's place before it went back down again. From more than a dollar down to 0.2xxxx worth of market price already, it's very a good time to invest in ripple now.
98  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's next good ICO? on: September 17, 2018, 01:50:30 PM
So far, i believe that Towerbee is one of the ICOs worth to remember for 2018. Disrupting the 120$ billion SaaS (Software as a Service) industry and they also have their own crypto exchange which i believe will also become a major crypto exchange in the coming years.  With 4 services already live and 10 more services on queue, this ICO is really a promising one.
99  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will actually happen if bitcoin price continue to drop? on: September 16, 2018, 11:05:37 PM
Well, if bitcoin's market price continues to drop, it can also drag down others' market price too and the cryptomarket continues to bleed. Some of investors may lost interest in holding their bitcoin while new investors may be attracted to invest with its low market price too.
100  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you still believe in btc price predictions? on: September 16, 2018, 11:00:07 PM
Price predictions are just made by people (experts or even newbies) and i can even make predictions too based on potential supplies and demands. Therefore, im not really giving some weight on bitcoin price predictions, besides, nobody really knows what is going to happen in the future.
