I've made the most profit with BTC, so I'll stick to that. Have highest hope for BTC, too bad about the hard forks (BCC & BTC Gold), hope those will be forgotten soon and we can all rally behind Bitcoin.

Their software will create new tokens and sell them through exchanges to people that put buy orders (providing the buy order is higher than the underlying assets). Hence a bit of profit will be made for every new token created, or every token bought. So in theory, even if everyone starts selling their CombiCoins, a nice profit will still flow to the TRIA token holders. |

I want to be a passive investor. For stocks I put most of my money in ETFs/Trackers/Funds and don't look back. Ideally I want to be able to do the same thing with crypto. Buy and HODL. I don't mind doing my homework on a couple of good investment opportunities, but I don't want to do day-trading nor invest my time in researching every new ICOs/Coin etc... I basically want to be able to have a decent return (10-20% per year would be great), no need to become a millionaire. I'd rather lower my risk, even if that means lowering my returns. 1. A couple of coins I've already invested in: BTC, ETH, OMG: alpha coins, not going anywhere soon imo. I'll probably keep a bit of BTC forever, but might trade the rest if I find a more secure asset. 2. I've put some money in a couple of funds. Namely BLX (from https://www.iconomi.net/), and CombiCoin (from https://triaconta.com/). 3. Now the thing which interests me the most is investing in companies directly that benefit from an overall growth in Crypto. Like they say, during a gold rush, the companies that make the most profit are the shovel sellers... Here, I'm especially looking at fund providers, because I believe that's where the common man will want to put his money. I think Iconomi is a valid option here, so I've put some money into ICN. The CombiCoin ICO will give me some TRIA coins, which have a good upside as well. I've doubted about Blackmoon crypto (BMC coins), but it smells a bit fishy so I'm staying clear there. I've looked at MelonPort, but I don't see much use in their coin atm... Especially in this space I'm looking for valid investment options... Any other ideas, or any other options (especially for nr 3)? |

Yup, everything should be up and running by the end of this year and the fiat gateway probably in the start of 2018. Has there been any official announcement concerning the when the DAA managers portion of the platform will be completed and fully functional ?

They are going too slow. So much time has passed and ICONOMI is losing their advantage. They have to setup the fiat gateway. No they are not. They are placing strong fundamentals and are working the way everybody else in this sphere should - work and not hype. One year of development and the company already has a working product and a solid business model that already works. It takes time to build back-end trading engine, logic, to develop and fine tune algorithms.. And tons of other things that you have no clue about.. As for fiat gateway - the barrier is not technical, but a legal one. Everyone that will want to implement a similar solution will have the same problems. Stop being so impatient and enjoy the ride. Or trade the dips. We are making history, in few years crypto will be all around and you will be the coolest dad in your kid kindergarden Exactly. Building a great product takes time. And especially in this space, one error/bug could have a HUGE impact. BLX is up and running and will be their cash cow for years to come. But don't forget that it also took them quite some time to set up everything. |

ALT bull market almost seems certain.. any news on stratis?
Just saw a 10% jump today. Still has a lot of catching up to do before I break even  Let's hope for a strong Q4. Fundamentals are still solid, just hope they don't spread themselves thin. |

I suggest reading up on CombiCoin. Their ICO lasts for another week and they've already reached their soft cap of 2 mln. ... Several of the coins in your portfolio, you are able to stake them. Since you are holding long term, I'd advise you to get the appropriate wallets and watch your coins work for you.
Buy more BTC indeed. Stake some of your coins. Eg. NEO is extremely easy to stake. |

Seems like they are working very smart. Vitalik as an advisor, so the technical basis should be sound. Solid support from government, existing user-base and offices in multiple countries, first big fish partner (McDonalds) which should give credibility to the project... Even if they dont have Vitalik OMG is still a safe investment probably they only use his name to get more attention from the cryptocommunity. Can't wait for 2018 when they have their own chain maybe we can surpass eth I'm excited as well about the POS earnings in the future. Could drive up price further. I just hope not too many tokens will be needed. |

Really excited about this project. With this pace 2,500,000 should be possible with a little more than 2 days left! Maybe 3,000,000 with btc going up.

If we were in 2012 you could make a good investment with that amount of money. But it is not possible in 2017 sorry.
join bounty campaigns, they may have much better potential comparing with 50 usd investment.
Exactly. Wouldn't even bother with bounty campaigns. Get to work, save and invest that money (probably safest in BTC-ETH). You'll make more per hour working than on bounties. In your spare time you can read up on crypto and learn more, and maybe start investing into some other coins... |

I think it is best to buy all big coins right now before its too late as they are coming back onto bull run. Its still early we have time until late September.
What do you mean 'big coins'? BTC, BCH, LTC, ETH, XMR, DASH, ZEC, XRP, NEM.. i think bitcoin will return to its original price before when china says it will close the exchange site in their country, look at bitcoin prices start back up, i think the right choice at the moment is to buy lots of bitcoins, do not be late mate, quote my post! bitcoin prices will rise more than today, at least a few percent starting tomorrow Good old BTC will never fail us... Seriously, from a risk/reward viewpoint it's still probably the best choice mid/long term (not talking about trading). |

Crazy how the GAS price has spiked after they recommended it... GAS at some point was almost the same price as NEO. Not sure if that was the only reason. But scary to think that one source/opinion/rumour could lead to such high price fluctuations... |

It would be easier to assess if you put approximate $ value against each. But that is a lot of coins to keep track of!
A percentage would be better. Probably not so smart to disclose your positions. Don't want to attract hackers... |

Stick with the basics if you're new, BTC and ETH are relatively stable and are good long term bets. After you learn the ropes, then branch out.

The only way OMG would become $700 is if it became huge in thailand + surrounding asian countries (and by huge, I mean the volume of the WeChat transaction network). Crypto is nowhere near that big, and governments would be damned to let it get that big

Keep an eye on Byteball if you believe in true innovation. Besides DAG, I don't know any other tech that scales better than blockchain.
Very interesting technology indeed. They are taking their time though. I feel they could use some extra devs. They should probably hire a designer as well, don't really like the look of their app. |
