81  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What are the reasons why you must take risk in crypto market? on: December 23, 2018, 01:44:42 PM
everything that happens in the world has risks. Crypto does have a lot of risks, but we can avoid risk so it's not too big, so we have to have a lot of knowledge to join crypto, so we can avoid the bad risks that will occur.
the reason I made the decision to join Crypto was because I had great hopes for success, so I was ready to face the risks that exist, what is important is that everything is in accordance with our abilities.
82  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin trading or other business what do you choose? on: December 23, 2018, 09:40:57 AM
both make a profit if it goes well, even we can do it together, what is important is that we can divide the time between business and trade, because in my opinion doing bitcoin trading requires more time to keep monitoring price developments.
83  Economy / Economics / Re: Does engaging with bitcoins put you at risk? on: December 23, 2018, 03:00:50 AM
the risk of joining bitcoin is very large, especially for investors, because they will experience losses if prices continue to decline, we all know that the price of bitcoin is uncertain.
but in my opinion everyone who joins in bitcoin must already know and think of all the risks that will be faced, so they make the decision to continue to join.
84  Economy / Economics / Re: Can my economy be fulfilled in the future with Bitcoin? on: December 23, 2018, 01:17:11 AM
I have seen the price of bitcoin is very high and has exceeded 15000 $ for one bitcoin, and now the price of bitcoin is under 10,000 $ and maybe this is my chance to buy bitcoin as much money as I have and hope to get enough profit for my economy in the future.

am I wrong with this step?
Your decision to buy bitcoin at a low price is a good decision, but I don't agree if all your money is used to buy bitcoin, you have to be careful, we can take big losses from bitcoin, think of all the risks. I advise you to buy bitcoin for half the money you have.
85  Economy / Economics / Re: Some things to consider before starting a business on: December 22, 2018, 09:47:23 PM
Well I just want to share some information regarding on how to start a business because as we can see, we are all want to have a stable business and we want to be a very good entrepreneur someday because if we're just working and working to earn money then if we can't work anymore we won't be able to sustain our needs anymore. I think this is worth reading especially those who are planning to build an ICO or a project. I've got this from my professor on college :

NOTE-REFERENCES :  Webster’s College Dictionary (Random House/McGraw Hill)
What is an Entrepreneur?
Entrepreneur: A person who organizes and manages an enterprise, especially a business, usually with considerable initiative and risk.
Initiative: Readiness and ability in initiating action.
Risk: The hazard or chance of loss.

NOTE-REFERENCES : The Portable MBA in Entrepreneurship, 2nd Ed.; William D. Bygrave, Editor. John Wiley and Sons Publishers, 1997.
What Does it Take to Be Successful?
  • “In entrepreneurship, luck is where preparation and opportunity meet.”
  • “The idea is not what is important. In entrepreneurship; ideas are a dime a dozen. Developing the idea, implementing it, and building a successful business are the important things.”
  • “Would-be entrepreneurs who are unable to name customers are not ready to start a business. They have only found an idea and have not yet identified a market need.”
  • Somehow, someday… you are going to have to earn POSITIVE CASH FLOW. You need more than a revenue model (but you do need that). You need a VALUE model.
  • Market share is great, but you can’t pay bills with it.
  • You can do some financially stupid things to build market share.
Where Do You Start?
Think about WHO is going to want your product/service, what they will PAY for it, what you will NEED to carry it off, and how you will MAKE MONEY someday. That is, make a PLAN.

Success depends on
positive cash flow, growth,
 and value creation.

Owners and investors who forget that tend to get “naturally deselected.”

The Importance of Value Creation

  • A successful business is one that delivers value to its customers and creates value for its owners.

Value is delivered to your customers when you do something for them
Better
Cheaper
Faster
Cooler
Different

However, it is likely that none of these will work for long, so continuous improvement and innovation are essential.

Value is created for the owners when:
-You do more with their money than they could do with it themselves
-You invest in productive activities that earn rates of return greater than their risk-adjusted costs of capital.
-The present value of future cash flows exceeds the startup costs.

Value is created by:
-Exploiting proprietary physical resources
-Possessing proprietary knowledge or expertise
-Creating a new or improved product, process, or service
-Staying ahead of the competition through constant improvement and innovation

Planning for Success

-Don’t plan a business for today – Plan it for at least a year from now.
-Moore’s Law: Computing power will roughly double every 18 months.
-Bandwidth will continue to increase for most users almost ad infinitum.
-People will live longer and maintain active lifestyles far after retirement.
-Energy sources and consumption patterns will change drastically.
-The world will continue to be a very dangerous place.

How To Not Get Funded

-Have a half-baked idea
-Have a meatless business plan
-Can’t articulate your value proposition
-Can’t identify your market potential
-Can’t justify your sales projections
-Can’t show your investors an exit
-Can’t show your investors a reasonable expectation of a reasonable return on investment
-Don’t think about risk
-Take no risk yourself
-Don’t take time to do your homework
-Try to fund a “lifestyle” venture

Funding Your Venture

-The hardest funding to raise is the first funding. You are probably on your own.
-Later funding gets progressively easier depending on the results you can show to investors and what you need to fund.
-BANKS are probably not going to help.
-The best funding is INTERNAL funding (reinvested earnings).
-PRIVATE EQUITY is the current buzzword for the major capital source for business ventures.
Closing thoughts

some of these suggestions are very complete and useful. building a business is certainly not easy, the most difficult is starting a business, especially if our desire to do business is not strong. many businesses fail because of inaccurate plans and estimates, so don't rush into opening a business, everything must be well thought out.
86  Economy / Economics / Re: What will you do in 2030? on: December 22, 2018, 02:19:56 PM
Looks like many economies around the world are going to be suffering major downfalls around 2030. The demographic pyramid is completely fucked up in many countries, with locals not having kids because basically millennial cannot afford to live on their own due low wages and high cost of living. In Europe it's all over the place. What grinds my gears is economists saying immigration is the solution and they will pay our retirement funds. This is insanity.

Anyway, do you have a portfolio that makes you comfortable about the future? we are definitely on our own so be sure to have some passive source of income for the future. Hopefully Bitcoin saves our ass and by 2030 we don't have to worry about money anymore.
I hope that doesn't happen, I hope that by 2030 everything will improve and have a decent life.
2030 - My age is certainly getting older, what I will do is give a good life for children and families, so I'm currently working hard to raise money for the future, by working in crypto and owning several businesses.
87  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: HODL IS THE BEST OPTION FOR ME NOW on: December 22, 2018, 01:42:12 PM
HODL is the best option now for all my altcoins. I will keep Hodling till the bearish market is over. Everyone was thinking that bull run will start toward the end of the year, instead, there is a consistent reduction in price. Let keep hodling next year will get better for everyone.
I want to know what you feel, is there still hope for the remaining 18 days before the year end?
the end of 2018 has indeed become a very sad year for all of us, hope that the profit this year has been lost.
for you might hold back is the best decision because you still have the remaining coins. however, I sold all of my coins when it was in early December, because now many predict the price of all coins to decline, this scared me and decided to sell.
88  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Can I earn 1 bitcoin in 1 year through bounties ?? on: December 22, 2018, 12:40:32 AM
I am in the crypto world since a long time but I never earned 1 BTC whole ever..I never took bounties too seriously but now I am jobless and want to start with bounty...how much can be earned with bounties specially with my rank..
everyone has different luck, so I cannot say the amount obtained from the gift. However, if you have good fortune and find a good gift, of course you will get many benefits.
I think there is an opportunity for you to get 1 bitcoin in one year, but the chances are very small, unless every gift you follow is successful and you get a lot of rewards.
89  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does Cryotocurrency gives you excitement? on: December 21, 2018, 11:11:26 PM
everyday after i woke up the first thing i look is my folio, on how's my tokens/coin are doing. how about you guys, how cryptocurrency thrills you?

cryptocurrency:

bounties
campaigns
investments
folio
coins/tokens
trading
projects
etc...

just like you, when I open my eyes, the first thing I see is the price and project developments that I am following. until now all of them remain in a bad condition, slightly decreasing compared to the beginning of the year. but it's okay, I stay in this job.
90  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What should I do now on: December 21, 2018, 10:19:54 PM
Some people say hold your crypto,  some says sell immediately that holding for long is useless.
What do you believe and practice?
in my opinion, too much listening to what people say will make you dizzy and difficult to make decisions.
if you feel confused, it's better to consider your needs and market price conditions. if all of them are profitable, you better sell immediately, because not always holding back is a good decision.
91  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: More and more Scam projects on: December 21, 2018, 12:49:46 PM
yes, honestly
only this year there were many projects that I was working on and it turned out to be a scam, maybe more than 10 projects that I followed and all of them did not provide rewards.
I can only be disappointed and be patient, I must be sincere with the work that is wasted.
but until now, I am still looking for projects that have good potential, and I will not back down.
92  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: You don't have to HODL on: December 20, 2018, 10:30:20 PM
I also do not understand why many people advise hodl for a long time. I used to hodl until the time when the price suited me and then sold. But now I don’t see any sense in hodl any coins. Because in my opinion already such a time that they practically do not grow, but either stand in the price of one place or fall strongly in price.
many people hope to benefit more from the hold they do, but instead someone often experiences losses from their hold. I think this happens because of the greed that humans have, we are always tempted by the increase in prices that occur, so we decide to keep on holding back, without us realizing that all prices can suddenly decline without us knowing, and this is what causes a person to lose after holding back.
93  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Time to move to BTC on: December 20, 2018, 10:03:03 PM
I think to have a bull market up-coming is the best way to move all the money that you have in altcoins to bitcoin, because with market dominance of Bitcoin the market will go green, and the bull run with start, as far as I am concerned from the previous experience of the bull run more than 55% bitcoin was dominant in the market.
Suggestions?
indeed, when compared to altcoins, bitcoin is always superior and a priority. there's nothing wrong with moving all the money from the altcoin to bitcoin, but I think it's better if some of the money is also stored in the altcoin, because there is always time when the altcoin price improves when compared to bitcoin.
94  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Influence of Bounty Participants on: December 20, 2018, 01:58:54 PM
It's better to limit bounty hunters, and oblige KYC! Because there are so many bounty hunters who cheat. So that makes the Bounty Manager trouble.
Some only copy work from other participants. Some also use the names of other participants.
right, I really agree with you, this can harm people who really work well, many people cheat and take advantage of other people's work.
I think limiting the number of participants can be the solution, besides limiting the number of participants, the prize will be greater if the project is successful.

96  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum price dump on: December 10, 2018, 01:16:21 PM
Can anyone explain why Ethereum is kissing the floor?
I don't know for sure the cause of the drop in ethereum prices, but I believe that this is common in the crypto world, and I'm sure that after the current decline in eth prices, there will be times for eth prices to improve.
97  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The price of ETH dropped quickly ?? do not panic!!! on: December 10, 2018, 12:21:47 PM
a few days ago many people talked about the decline in the price of the ETH, which currently touches the price of $ 194 in the marketcap. I just want to say:
1. Don't panic !! because it will only aggravate the situation, stay calm and take care of your health.
2. hope this is only temporary and plant positive thoughts that there will soon be warm news that will bring ETH back up fast.
3. Don't forget to pray !! of course you also have to do business.
thanks. success for everyone in this forum. Cool Cool
in my opinion your advice will apply to people who have other jobs besides crypto, because if we only work on crypto it will certainly be very panic and the best decision is to sell the eth it has before you experience a greater loss.
98  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Still Hodling?? Only acumulating btc for me on: December 10, 2018, 02:13:22 AM

So guys, are you still hodling altcoins. Tbh, I just don't see any case for the moment in hodling coins, my start for the moment is to get as much sats as I can
no, I don't hold my coin. I already sold it when the news about the decline in prices spread, I was lucky to sell before it declined. but at the moment I'm monitoring price developments and will buy more coins to invest.
99  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Where to invest 500$ on: December 09, 2018, 01:42:41 PM
Good evening people, im newbie in cryptocurrency and i need a hand from you guys.
I want to invest 500$ in an altcoin, can you help me pick one ??
now is the right time to buy coins and invest, because almost all coins have dropped dramatically including bitcoin and ethereum.
I advise you to buy ethereum, with 500 $, you can get 5 ethereum, and can give you a big advantage if you invest for a long time.
100  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: We can’t trust anyone! on: December 09, 2018, 12:55:37 PM
Hey guys. Remember, in crypto sphere we can’t trust anyone! ICO rating sites are lying to us, you have to do YOUR OWN RESEARCH always! Remember this, and don’t let yourself be scammed!
right, too many scams that we don't expect, therefore we must be smart and be able to predict everything correctly, including in trading or choosing an ICO.
even though not all ICO are fraudulent, there are still many ICOs that are honest and trustworthy, all of which depend on our predictions and must make decisions correctly.
