Do all CPUs--no matter their strength--produce the same amount of coins at the same rate?

Heh, CPUs for mining bitcoin, wouldn't that be nice.

85  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Confirmations very slow at 01:00~03:00 UTC on: July 16, 2013, 06:18:10 PM
Sometimes faster.
Sometimes slower.
You don't have to worry about the exact time for transactions every time.
The most important thing is these transactions are finally confirmed.   Grin
86  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Website for bitcoiners to live with ONLY bitcoins on: July 16, 2013, 06:11:47 PM
I would like to start this project seriously, and bitcoin investment are accepting, as well as project developers.

Here's how I would like to push this project into sky:
1. Any people can fund the project and funders will get shares of this website in the future when advertising revenues gets in. You are the shareholders of the open project! This will cover 80% of total shares.
2. Any talented programmers could join the project and half-volunteer half-paid, which means, when project don't have enough funds from investors, we would all do it fore free, but every programmers will get 1% share when project starts profitting. The first 5 selected developers will get 1% share each, and the following 10 developers selected by the first 5 developers will get 0.5% share each. This will cover 10% cover shares.
3. As the project starter, I will hold 10%.

All shares, profits, salaries will only use Bitcoin!

Any thoughts or suggestions?
87  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is pseudonymous, not anonymous. on: July 16, 2013, 06:11:08 PM
BTC could be anonymous.

For most of the bitcoiner, it's not necessary for
them to make the transaction to be completely anonymous.
So they won't pay attentions to lots of thing.

If you do some preparations before the transaction,
the tracked details could be useless.   Roll Eyes

http://www.coinmap.org/

It uses OSM data, and marks POIs with payment:bitcoin=yes on it.

That's good, but lack of search, and the listing is too simple, we need it to be more interactive. And no way for new shops to add itself into the map. I would like to improve it as new bitcoin cummunity where all goods buys/sells in physical stores are available and interactive, much more like foursquare + ebay.

We need to do more about it!

90  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: [Announce + Devlog] Bitcoin on Google Glass on: July 16, 2013, 05:37:44 PM
There's one thing I don't like in Google glass: Google.

Doesn't anyone remember an old concept called privacy? It's one of bitcoin's best asset, and I wouldn't want to share any of my bitcoin's business with google. I know I'm a freak as I don't have a google account and I'm not on facebook, but I'm living fine without that, and I'm confident I'll live nicely without wearing google glass. They may probably not work where I am anyway.

Indeed.
Bitcoin sets you free and you give up by GLASS.. Shocked

Some other users in this forum could deposit to BTC-e.
But they said they faced other problems.
The supports of BTC-e didn't recognize the deposit.

94  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: State of the Real Bitcoin Economy on: July 16, 2013, 05:03:37 PM
I think there is problem for using BTC as a medium of payment in daily life.

If I used 5 BTC to purchase a chair weeks ago,
and BTC rise from 100 USD to 200 USD,
now I want to refund for some reasons,
how many BTC could I get back?   Huh
95  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Website for bitcoiners to live with ONLY bitcoins on: July 16, 2013, 03:25:09 PM
I'm wondering if someone can make a website that like google but searches and shows on map of where bitcoiners can use bitcoins globally for groceries, restuarants, tools, transports etc.

A bitcoin survival website! bitcoiners only have bitcoins can live without Fiat money, they can buy foods with bitcoins, transport using bitcoins, go to a Dr. using bitcoins, go to gyms using bitcoins, buy air tickets, train tickets, bus ticket, taxi with bitcoins GLOBALLY anywhere, and that concept will spread as what it used to be spreading for ebay (live without leaving your room)!

If anyone with the technical skills, any skills that could make the website alive and popular, volunteer yourself, we'll gonna make a miracle!
96  Economy / Gambling / Re: [GUIDE] Easy satoshi dice win strategy on: July 16, 2013, 03:09:57 PM
Gambling is like hitting the small probabilty, the few big winners are always as small as hitting the Jackpot! strategy without a mathematical proof is not trustworthy.
97  Economy / Gambling / Re: Can you predict where the bitcoin price is heading ? on: July 16, 2013, 02:00:39 PM
Try to get started with a good website design, and give away some free bitcoins for first most pioneers, rewards them and shout it out on your twitter, facebook, bitcoin talk or email members!
