82  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Maybe the crypto market will never take off! on: June 18, 2018, 09:12:27 AM
the crypto market is taking Fud news and this Fud we are getting affected due to mainstream media create repeated news on coin rail hack but soon crypto market will recover

let them create fud and panic sell, that only means more fun for us who know that it's temporary and keeps happening over and over again Smiley At the end of the day, patience will pay off
83  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where do i sell my altcoins? on: June 18, 2018, 09:10:51 AM
You should find out before selling the altcoin you have. You can learn how to sell these coins through youtube. Or you can also search on google to find the trading floor. I usually sell it on EtherDelta

if someone needs to ask where to sell his tokens, it's unbelievable to see that even the people like this are dealing with cryptocurrencies at this stage. Not even able to use google...
84  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Waves Sell Or Hodl? on: June 18, 2018, 09:07:56 AM
Don't sell. All altcoins down in this movement..Waves is a greatest and long term project. So hold this coin in long term..You can get big profit.
You're right.  Now the price is very low and it is better not to sell coins.  It is better to hold coins at least until the end of the year.

well the market cap at the moment is 340M USD, I'm not sure if that is really low, it depends I guess. But as long as the project is solid, there is no reason to get disturbed.
85  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: planning for down market on: June 18, 2018, 09:06:45 AM
If I have investment and suddenly market fall, I usually HODL. Because nothing will be good with panic. Rather I try to know the reasons and what would be its impact in the market. But if I have no investment on that time, I do analysis and try to trace the one which would be profitable in coming days.

holding is the best way forward in my experience with crypto. It keep falling down and then it grows back up even more than before. I am very confident this will be the case again
86  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to avoid getting scammed. on: June 18, 2018, 09:03:12 AM
there is no way someone will get it explained to you in just one single post. Especially if you're saying you have no idea what trading is, it's exchanging the currencies. You should start with basics.
87  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: You have 1m dollars.. on: June 18, 2018, 09:00:59 AM
Where and how would you invest 1m dollars? What coins will you buy? Or will Huh you just put them in Bank? Huh Wink

I would say it depends whether this money is all you have or it's just a chunk of your all holdings. If it's just a fraction, just go with some altcoins and have the fun..
88  Economy / Speculation / Re: Market is slowly degrading on: June 15, 2018, 01:08:47 PM
If you want the coin there is not stagnant then you can do daily trading. Indeed, the market will continue to modest if the crypto currency player is not active. When many people are doing daily trading then the market situation will slowly increase. If many people do daily trading then the market is more active and the higher of possibility for the market remains dynamic. Arm yourself with enough knowledge about trading and then learn the game strategy of professional traders. You can learn to apply strategies from adopting a professional strategy. With the right strategy then you can continue to play in trading without losing.

I expect it to be pretty difficult to learn pro trading and especially to be profitable with day trading. Given the post I just read, the guy is quite far from that
89  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Avoid Being Scammed Again on: June 15, 2018, 01:07:44 PM
I've seen many users complaining about being scammed by ICO projects most of them are new investors which probably gonna be the next generation of investors in cryptocurrency industry. I've been here in the cryptocurrency industry for a year and I've invested into different projects and seen how they disappear in the thin air, so to avoid this I want to share to you my criteria on choosing the right ICO or project to invest in.

This is not guaranteed but maybe in some point it may help you atleast to reduce the possibility on getting scammed by ICO's, the list below are my personal criteria how I choose Project to invest with using bitcoin or other cryptocurrency:

  • Check the Background of the team (If the team didn't give info about each member of the team such as name previous projects, background, etc. There's a possibility that they will just run away with your money if they didn't give info's about their team.)
  • Read their whitepaper and look if it's really worth to invest with, their concept, etc. (This is important to know what the project is all about.)
  • Check the Social media accounts, If you find it very interesting presentable. (Join their telegram group in order to be updated.)
  • Check the Projects professionalism (How they handle users, control frauds, etc.)
  • Follow their Roadmap and other technical details and see if they meet it on time.
  • Look for the projects community and see if the community is active.
  • Look for special proof and validation.
  • Do your own research about the project such as review about the projects or you can also check the projects ANN thread to see comments who's agree/disagree or the communities idea about the project because ANN threads is like an open forum where you can ask, give insights, etc.

NOTE: Investment is one of the riskiest way to earn money. Invest only what you can afford to lose, in investment there's only two possible outcome it's either you will earn or you will learn. Learn from your mistakes.

Just like what I've said this steps are my personal steps on choosing ICO/Projects in where I'm going to invest in. This may not help you but I hope you'll learn at least a little in my little sharing. Have great day every one, ciao.

PS. If you have something to share in order to avoid scam or any topic related feel free to share so everyone will learn from us.

I have been scammed for so much awhile when I was still new in Bitcoin. But now that I have learned my lesson, I am now a profitable investor with a good outlook with cryptocurrencies.

there is no shame in being scammed, it's important to learn your lesson and move on. If you get it right, next time you will be able to make better decisions.
90  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto is For Risk Takers on: June 15, 2018, 01:03:57 PM
I seen lots of people are panic and selling and spreading FUD . But based on my experience people who really dare to take risk only won here .
Wise and daring investors are still searching for good potential coins to invest while its really cheap were greedy people are panic and spreading FUD
Finally people who dare to invest bitcoin even when the price of 100$ they created fortune here . Its completely daring and vision not at aall luck . SO if you are having real vision and want to make milestone in life then be here in crypto and support other wise please quit .

let's just all forget the panic sellers and fudsters here and focus on the initial reason we're dealing with crypto first. It's a great industry and brilliant tech, so let's stick with that
91  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is the decline in the Bitcoin price OUR fault? on: June 15, 2018, 01:02:59 PM
We have been looking for answers on why the Bitcoin price is falling, because we want someone to blame. We have seen the price going down from $19 000+ to $6500 and everyone is looking for the big reason to explain this.

We blamed the governments for regulations and we blame BCash supporters for selling us out and we have been blaming the Mt Gox guy for dumping the coins on the exchanges, but we have not looked at ourselves.  Roll Eyes

Did we forget that the price of Bitcoin is based on Supply and Demand and that we have to work hard to grow the demand? There are constantly coins being added from the mining side, but the demand side is not keeping up. Why?

Yes, the price increase to $19 000 was spurred on by speculative greed, but we should have grown faster to sustain that progress.

I think everyone of us is to blame, because we should work harder to, :

~ Approach local merchants to ask if they would accept Bitcoin.
~ Ask Merchants to install a Bitcoin ATM in your area.
~ Stop hoarding all our coins and start to buy from the merchants that does accept Bitcoin. <Or they will stop doing this>
~ Start using the Lightning Network to fast track the implementation.
~ Get SegWit addresses
~ Help people to invest in Bitcoin. <Open that wallet and give them some Satoshi to play with.

Let's stop blaming others and start working harder to grow the demand, then we will reap the rewards.  Wink

it's our fault, you're right. Main fault is that we have in community too many people who don't understand the very basic rules of crypto and trading, let's change that Smiley
92  Economy / Speculation / Re: 800 Days Left before BTC Raise Again on: June 12, 2018, 11:08:31 AM
According to this guy, we need to suffer for at least 800 days .
Before the price came in. rofl

your image doesn't show up anymore, but I don't even want to see it. What is the point of quoting "some guy" here and saying the price won't grow for another 800 days? How ridiculous is that?

I am asking as a non developer looking for the links to project or the timeline of developing solutions to this problem. Thank You

it's right to work on the efficiency of bitcoin, it's a true problem. With new green energies, we should be able to cut this issue further, also I'm hoping for miners that can be more eco friendly either.
94  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How foolish are people who invest in Bitcoin? on: June 12, 2018, 11:06:49 AM
as long as bitcoin has not reached the limit for mining, I am sure bitcoin prices will continue to rise. although the price now is too expensive for every people, I don't think that this will stop people for buy bitcoin and I think they will buy more and more bitcoin if the price is down too deep. they just use their chance to make their life better with a lot of money in the future.

when it already reaches full supply of 21M bitcoins, then the price will grow even further, because there will be new ones mined. Only hash power will decrease significantly.

96  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Blockchain Survive Without Bitcoin on: June 11, 2018, 02:37:47 PM
Yes blockchain will definitely survive without bitcoin

blockchain doesn't need bitcoin. There is only one blockchain that needs bitcoin, which is bitcoin blockchain. Then there are thousands of other running without any relation towards bitcoin..
97  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why of Bitcoin has dropped below USD 6800 today on: June 11, 2018, 02:35:38 PM
Here is the explanation, After a period of relative stability between USD 8000 and USD 9000. The value of butcoin fell to below USD 6800 today.

The stable price of this virtual money has shifted since mid-December when it hit a record high of more than 19,850 dollars. The value of bitcoin dropped shortly before Christmas by almost being at 2 thousand dollars in just one hour at a point. Also, almost slipped under 11 thousand US dollars.

Then its value goes back up, before falling again in mid-January and early February. In March the decline in bitcoin prices was below 10 thousand US dollars and reached a low of 6,500 US dollars, before soaring above 7 thousand US dollars.

Experts say the cause of bitcoin degenerates is the unclear prospect of regulation and a series of profile thefts have contributed to the decline in bitcoin values in the cryptocurrency exchange. Google which released the announcement will prohibit cryptocurrency ads on its pages since June is also a major blow to the sector.

Meanwhile, last year's rise, bitcoin caused an increase in interest rates in other digital currencies such as ethereum, litecoin, and more. Now more and more people are looking for ways to invest in digital currency.

However there is a serious fear of bitcoin can explode at any time. Many financial experts have advised potential investors to avoid bitcoin and the United States Securities and Exchange Commission has notified the public to be careful of fraud.

I'm not sure whose fear is that, but not mine. Bitcoin is way beyond the point where it could explode, I think it's better chance USD will explode because of its fraudulent management by FED
98  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Vitalik Buterin: I agree that Bitcoin is better than gold on: June 11, 2018, 02:34:21 PM
Vitalik Buterin (V-God), the founder of Ethereum, said on Twitter that “Why is Bitcoin better than gold?” — I actually agree with this, Bitcoin is better than gold, both personally and socially. I used to talk about Bitcoin's damage to the environment. But gold is even worse.

based on what you quoted above, he has asked why the bitcoin is better than gold, he didn't make any claim, did he? So please either provide full info or remove your false statement.
99  Economy / Speculation / Re: BIG HOPE FOR BITCOIN on: June 11, 2018, 02:31:32 PM
Bitcoin is a crypto currency, all currencies make upward and downward trends from time to time. Bitcoin is and other Crypto currencies are taking over the world economy. See every dip as an opportunity to buy more.
Invest now and smile at moon

very true, people who can buy the dip and smile at panic sellers are the real winners in crypto economy. It has been like that always and will remain that way for a times to come
100  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why investors invest in bitcoin though some of them loose it ? on: June 11, 2018, 02:30:35 PM
As per my knowledge, Some investors invest in bitcoin when the price reach to 20,000$ but now price is hardly more than 10000$.
Should they loose their money?
But still investors are invest in why ?

there are also investors who bought it for $1 and now they're making 7000x profit, that's why. Also to average down the buying price. You need to be patient and reasonable.
