It looks like an interesting project but with the current price of.21 Cents and a total supply of 3 billion coins that make the market capitalization at 700 million almost. Way to high for the current project but I can definitely see the potential in the future. This might be good for a long time hodler but not short term.

I started buying crypto on 23th December 2017 again - after a long period of waiting and hesitating.
I had my first bitcoin (5) in 2013 then got scared during the crash, sold and not thought about getting in again.
Now after a lot of researching, I took the decision to step back again into crypto. In my opinion there is a once in a life time chance to gain decent profit with a low invest.
Below is my final portfolio, which I'd like to hodl till end of 2018.
The focus is on growth chances. Apart from BTC and ETH all coins have medium or (really) small market caps.
All picks have been choosen on threads in this forum and on basis of an early portfolio review here - thanks to all members for sharing your views. On top of that I've researched a lot on this projects and I'm sure that every project has a bright and shiny future.
I would really appreciate your comments on my final choices.

I agree with all of your picks, but I would only focus on 4 of them. My portfolio is almost similar to yours but I have 10% BTC, 25% ETH, 32% PRL and 32% Elixir. There is definitely huge growth with the 2 small market caps and of course, the big dogs are good hedge bets just in case BTC and ETH dominance comes back. |

This coin looks interesting. The wallet looks so much similar to Xspec, I wonder why? Are there any new features that we can expect with the new coin that stands it apart from others? Checking on the exchange now and the price has dropped almost 50%. I might put $50 to see where this coin might go. Thanks for the heads up.

Waves is a great project especially when it is a platform for business and company to get into the crypto. The team is very transparent and they are many deals that are being worked on behind closed doors that have not been announced yet. Every crypto goes through cycles of up and downs, but would you have a HYPE coin like TRON (which is correcting hard right now) or a slow and steady increase? I would choose the ladder. Again 2018 we will see huge rises in altcoins and Waves has huge potential to 3x-5x this year.

In my honest opinion, you are definitely buying into HYPE coins at the moment. What goes up eventually will correct, but in this case pretty darn hard. You should really look into Xspec + PRL. These two are great short term investment with alot of development coming up soon. Also they have huge potential to grow because of their small market capitulation. As for long term coins, I would recommend Waves and Cardano --- two great upcoming blockchain developments destined to help businesses and e-commerce growth. |

I agree with your choice of Spectrecoin. That coin is highly undervalued and has a lot of achievements on its roadmap checked off already. It has a low market capitulation and supply is very minimal at the moment. Once this coin gets listed on Bittrex or Binance it will easily explode upward. The dev team is very active and this project has been around 2016. Elixer I am a bit wary of lending coins because there are so many other lending coins like Salt, EThlend, and etc. You should look into PRL and DeepOnion. Great project low marketcap and active community. |

Batman here again - Well since Ive gotten 13 emails and over 100 reply to my "Top Altcoins Under $1" thread - I'm going to now share with you the $$$$ Top 5 Coins Under 5 Bucks $$$$. I and may partners consult to several businesses, individual, 1 hedge fund and 2 banks - so maybe we are totally wrong and have no clue what we are talking about. - or - maybe you do your own research, use this forum as a Q and A board wit your fellow altcoin investors and we ignore the morons that say "that coin sucks..." yet fail to give any credible opposing views as to why. #GettingRichTogether. 1. WAVES - let me repeats this. WAVES. They are HUGELY undervalued. They have several projects up n running on their platform. The team is doing a great job of development. It isnt going anywhere (Burger King in Russia uses this platform). OceanLabs (I recommended 2 weeks ago) is seeing a big uptick under $1 and will be a grower after it becomes easier to trade. Their DEX is working and will only get better. They are announcing 2 new partnerships in Oct. The platform is actually better and simpler than ETH and I love ETH. THis one suffers from GREAT TEAM, GREAT TECH, bad PR Team. Limited supply, most of it in circulation and TOns of room to grow in the market cap. Currently at $3.83 - I see this hitting $15 by late 2017 and mid $30 in early 2018. 2. ARK - Ark is going to see some high flux over the next 3 months as they just announced a successful connection to ETH and are working on connecting to several others as well. Arks team is lead by the originally gent that brought out Lisk. Yes, they will end up working together - but Ark is better and faster IMO. Ark gives nice rewards if you lease them from your wallet. Arks biggest issue is that its a bot ahead of its time. The FUD around Bitcoin trickles down to the smaller Atlcoins. Once we right the BTC ship and there is a view of sustainability with some of the other Alts, ARK is gonna moon. Strong buy under $4 thru end of year. 3. OMG - Over hyped? Overpriced? Depends on your long term view. With the magicman working on this project (Vatalik), the current relationships OmsiGo already has and the amount of work the dev team is putting into this one. Its gonna be a HUGE winner. Its gotten a bit overpriced based on where they are from a relationship viability point of view, but lots of people are bullish on magicman's participation and also the fact that OMG has been a viable commodity in Asia for some time with great relationships. 4. WTC - Walton Coin. I almost didn't want to include this one because my partners and I are making a large buy on this once a certain price point had been hit, but here it is. WTC is F$%king awesome. The team has the former VP of Samsung, a MVP already in place, great relationships (tons of announcements coming from them in Q4), backing from the Hong Kong Gov (for those of you who do not know - in SE Asia, the Gov has its hand in everything and you really need a JV to some capacity with them. Esp in Hong Hong). The RFID chips they are working on in conjunction with the Blockchain is going to revolutionize the supply chains of SE Asia and eventually the globe. Read the Whitepaper, check out the timeline. Also before some idiot say "Yeah, but China...." Hong Kong IS NOT CHINA. Its a prefecture of China and not directly impacted bu the FUD of China. Long on WTC is gonna be great. I see this as an easy 10-15X in 6 months. 5. Aventus - Only 6,000,000 in circulation of 10M total. I really like the team and the idea of what AVT does. I like the limited supply and the fact that 60% of the tokens are in circulation. The team is good, the site is nice, the pr is solid (A big upswing will come from the PR team being able to market against the colossus Ticketmanster and Stub Hubs of the world.) I believe in tech and real world problems being solved. If AVT can accomplish what they are set to do, this will become the fastest, safest and most cost effective way to buy tickets and not worry about getting scammed. Hopefully then can get some traction before the Superbowl.  The only coins on your list I would recommend are the first 2. Waves will probably be the next platform coin since it is so easily built upon. And you are absolutely right, there are so many exciting news and update for 2018. If businesses like Burger King and OceanWaves, we can only imagine what will happen next. Ark? Did you see the speed test on reddit ---8 sec? It was insanely fast to the mobile wallet they just successfully implemented. Even after hitting $7, I don't understand why this coin isn't at least $30 like XRB. |

I definitely agree with you. There is a bright future for this coin in 2018. I got in around the .35 mark when it reached an ATH. This coin will personally be a long-term hold for me. They are really transparent about their ins and out of the coin and we could see a good niche for this coin in private or public sector. Data security and auditing is huge concern in the real world, but with the blockchain technology added---instant peace of mind.

I need someone's help: I just downloaded Spectre Wallet like 5 days ago and, I can't for the love of god get this dam thing to sync. All the icons say its connected and the little wheel refresh button keeps turning and turning but it downloads nothing. It keeps saying 0 active network connection. Ive been patient for 5 days now and still nothing. Any help would be welcome. I would love to start staking as soon as possible.

OP if you have $500 to put into crypto you do need to know that you can potentially lose it all right? We are currently in a speculative bubble at the moment, but honestly, I don't see it popping in 2018. But if I had $500 and you were looking for $2k profit, I would definitely go for really small cap coins that can turn 3x-5x in a month. If you ask me, you can definitely see the huge shift now into privacy coins so I would recommend XSPEC, Sumokoin and DeepOnion. I have personally experience 3x already with these coins. Again, this is not financial advice, its up to you what you want to do with it.

Congratulations my friend. I wasn't lucky like you to hold onto XRP long enough. HODL is the only way to win isn't it? But yea, if I were you I would take out half and let the other half sit. You deserve the win especially at how long you held onto it --- a whole year. Enjoy the half a million, diversify on other cryptos if you want but just keep in mind 2018 will be the biggest year for crypto. I am currently holding onto coins myself and hoping and praying I can join the crypto millionaires club soon. If you are in the Washington area let me know |

If cryptocurrency has taught me anything and that is to HODL. If it takes days, weeks, months, or even years just HODL. Eventually like all things, it will return to its normal deviation. Trust me, selling at every new ATH and waiting and hoping for dips will be the end of you. I should have been a cryptomillionaire by now, but I kept selling because I always had the FUD. I have learned from my lessons ---- granted it took me 4 times ---- best strategy is to HODL. If you have the time and patience to wait, you will be rewarded again someday. Cryptomarket goes through bear markets and slumps but when the bull comes up --- like the last few weeks ---- it runs hard. Again, this is just my advice to you. Always do your own research, it is your money |

I was just browsing the forum and fell on this thread. Semux? Now you got me really intrigued by this coin. The only lose-lose scenario here is the time allotted with airdrops. Actually, how can you lose money with airdrops? I am definitely going to check this out find some more info and get back with you on this. There are so many new ICO now, I don't even have time to look into it. I just hope this isn't like another scam, shill, pump, and dump coin. IOTA made a huge reach already from .33 Cents all the way up to $5 at the end of 2017 but with cryptocurrency anything is freaking possible. But you have to understand, IOTA's wallet is pretty subpar and the developers hardly ever try to resolve issues. My own experience it has been a mime show literally with support almost none existence and leaked info turned out to be false which drove the price upwards to $5. Correct me if I am wrong, the coin circulation is around 2 billion with a market cap of 10 billion that is insanely high. Hypothetically, if IOTA fixes their wallet issue, have decent customer support that actually assist people ($10 billion you would assume) and if they manage to have actual partners in the real future like Amazon, yahoo, Google or even Ibm then 10x-20x can easily be achieved.

I am a huge fan of Sci-Fi, AI, VR and stuff like that. That's why this ICO is particularly interesting to me.
Neurogress is a company that develops a software for neuron controlling. Controlling things with your thoughts.
They test a beta version of their software since October according to their roadmap.
Long story short, that's the concept in a few words:
1) You put a neuro interface on your head
2) This neuro interface connects to any device like PC, smartphone, etc, and reads the signals your brain produces
3) The desired action is performed
In my opinion, Neurogress will bring a whole new level of VR. Of course, gaming is not the primary goal. The main goal is to create "smart" prosthetics controlled by the power of thought.
I think this can get a huge ROI in the long run when mass adoption of such technologies will begin. Someday neuro interfaces will be as ubiquitous as smartphones. What do you think about this whole thing?
First off, there is so many ethical and biological questions I have for you and this company. No way any country without proper testing, research, and development would allow this kind of tech to be implemented into or onto the human body let alone the brain. To have a sensor controlling your neurons and stimulating your thoughts can be grayline there. Honestly, this looks like a failed project let alone the harm it can cause to the human brain in the long term. |

I am relatively new to crypto and I woud like to have some feedback on my Portfolio 40% Ripple 25% BTC 15% Cardano 8% Lisk 5% Ethereum 4% Iota 1% Litecoin 1% Siacoin 1% Stellar Lumen I have doubled my money with this Portfolio. I am looking to invest 50% of my initial investements in other Altcoins, any suggestions? Congrats! For a newbie to crypto and you have already doubled your portfolio that tells me you got in at a really good time or you already know what you are doing. So why do you even need our opinion at all? But any case if you want feedback on your portfolio I would definitely reduce your exposure to XRP (I think it hit an ATH already) and take out Stellar, Sia, and Litecoin. So what you should have in the end --- this is my opinion you don't have to follow it ---- 20% BTC, 20% Cardano, 20% Ethereum, 20% IOTA, and 20% Lisk. Let me tell you why I would do the following ---- different blockchain technologies. Each of the cryptocurrencies offer something new to the blockchain technology and have the opportunity to grow exponentially as user adoption increases. The 20% BTC is a hedge bet against all your other 4 just in case BTC does an insane bull run and BTC is the name everyone knows and desires. |

Ark is definitely a good investment especially if you got it in June. Ark is trying to develop a bridge with all blockchains if I am correct? If so, that could a very big thing in the near future. Ark is a fork of Lisk so definitely a bright future ahead of itself. This coin with their current roadmap, delegate voting system could easily potentially earn you another 3x-5x by the end of 2018. Isn't crazy that we can predict 3x-5x with confidence but the stock market can't give us a return like this..... Imagine the possibility once this catches on the mainstream. We are the earlier adopters people, Hodl, hodl, hodl!

To me honestly putting money into cryptocurrency is a risk in itself. This balloon could pop tomorrow or even next month and well your investment could be worth $0. But if you are going to invest $500 ---little fish or not--- diversify as much as you can. Putting all your eggs in one basket is never the right decision, and I hope you are hedging yourself as well. I also hope $500 isn't your life savings. Be smart with your money and just make sure to invest at least half of it into BTC to offset just in case it bull runs.

Can you guys imagine how much John McAfee is making alone buy just announcing these coins? All he has to do is buy up a few million dollars of a coin and say "My Today's Pick" -- bam he instantly made himself richer by the freaking day. Guys like John McAfee are ruin cryptocurrency as a whole, people are losing their life savings trying to follow and buying his recommendations. Everyone needs to stop following him and boycott his ass. He is tainting and dragging cryptocurrency down in the dirt.

I, myself, have 3 coins under that I have been holding since $.01 and I'm hoping 2018 will be promising. Those coins are VXG --- I invested this coin because of its privacy, wraith protocol, and it was extremely underpriced for the majority of 2017. Another coin is electroneum where they hope to get users to mine off their mobile device and to use to enter the crypto market -- I definitely see a huge future in this since the ceo and team are very transparent with their holders. Lastly, the underdog for so many years and was thought of as a meme and now passed the $.01 and that is DogeCoin. They have a huge loyal fan base and community so I wouldn't disregard this coin at all. Hope this helps out!
