Long time don't followed SilentNotary and now nothing is clear. What the Cil? How it associated with SilentNotary?
When is the SNTR roadmap will available? What the swap dates and conditions?

Hi!

Chain-In-Law (CiL) is our legal focused DAG network that is designed specifically to encompass the needs of a legal framework. The native coin for the network is LAW, which has already been distributed via a swap for SNTR. SNTR will be utilized on CIL's network for notary purposes, an integral aspect to legal proceedings.

But recently CiL has been rebranded to IDL (Integrated Distributed Ledgers). Check out http://idledgers.com/ for additional info.

Please, read our latest Twitter posts - https://twitter.com/silentnotary in order to find out how many achievements we have.

Also do not forget to sign up at Ubikiri.com.

Ubikiri is our web wallet and interface for IDL and SilentNotary. It will become the front end for all contractors, businesses, and other users of our ecosystem. It has official Twitter as well - https://twitter.com/Ubikiri_main

Thanks!

Sythyn
Changed feedback to neutral. I have no enough proof, there are many deleted messages. But I remember you did not behave in the most professional way to bounty participants.
Now I will archive a few posts just in case in future reference. If someone has clear evidence need to put it here or open topic in scam accusation

We were contacted directly and then we conducted those transactions to people. But you must understand, that we could not help if a person did not follow the bounty topic and did not express interest.
This is a lie. I told to community manager and CEO that I want pay ETH for bounty, but they replied that they dont care.

We could not answer that rude way. I am sure there was a proper reason and explanation.
84  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: SilentNotary The 1st Blockchain Notary Company in the world! on: August 29, 2019, 11:04:41 AM
SN had given weird instructions for bounty participants and requires us to spend ETH and ehnce many did not even follow the instructions to get paid (including me). It proved to not be worth spending any money as the tokens itself were of no value (0.000005 per token). They should have sent the tokens directly to the address but they didn't.

The softcap was not reached, so, as you know, we were not obliged to pay bounties. But, nevertheless, we decided to pay. We received a lot of applications from bots, that's why the method with smart-contract appeared.

It was a method of "separating" those who are really interested in bounty and really followed the topic from bots. Because in order to receive a bounty, it was needed to make some actions, yes.

It's a pity that you decide not to receive a bounty while being not a bot obviously.

Moreover, within the next two weeks after the closing of the smart contract, we had been paying to those who did not make it in time. We were contacted directly and then we conducted those transactions to people. But you must understand, that we could not help if a person did not follow the bounty topic and did not express interest.

"as the tokens itself were of no value" - sorry, but it's not true. The price was quite high if to consider the overall good cryptomarket conditions in that period of time.
85  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: SilentNotary The 1st Blockchain Notary Company in the world! on: August 26, 2019, 11:16:17 AM
for the record.

this translated german ANN thread has not been paid yet.

several emails and pm to bounty manager sythyn plus questions in the bounty thread - unanswered.
entry on spreadsheet - deleted.

next step: if this would not be settled until end of october - open scam accusation and neg trust, report to mods

So sad to say that i was joining this bounty in my facebook and twitter i did not recieve the payment just follow all the intruction but still i did not recieve my bounty payment.

So, another scam? Sad  It's a pity, looks like it was nice idea..

Payments on the bounty completed.

Despite the fact that softcap was not assembled we paid a bounty to those who followed the updates of the branch and followed the instructions.

We do not accept complaints and do not pay anything to anyone.

Thank you for participating.

The branch can be closed
.

How easy to say that, You got free work from participants and getting not payment!!! just WOW!

OMG I follow the instruction but  I did not received the  reward bounty, I saw my ether wallet in the list of reward, myether deducted fees on my balance ,, why you make it hard for as to claim why not sendng to our wallet???

it's not a new cases, silent notary don't paid bounty reward or maybe just paid a few bounty hunter only, check back November 2017 Ann post, we ask them resolve the issue and they still don't paid our reward, we've have doing all the requirement, send our eth address to them, finally ... ignored us ... same as tokenpay company  Angry

As you can verify by yourself, half of the complaints of those that you sent were posted before the payments were made. After all, the message "Payments on the bounty completed" is dated November 12, and complaints of non-payment were sent earlier than this deadline, that is quite logical.

About another ones, you can also read above an explanation - "Despite the fact that softcap was not assembled we paid a bounty to those who followed the updates of the branch and followed the instructions."

"Followed the instruction" is the main phrase. Every bounty has some rules that participants must adhere. And every bounty has a right not to pay if even one rule is violated. That bounty can not be named a scam. Again, I want to repeat, that we checked each participant and paid bounty fully to people who followed the instructions correctly.
86  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: SilentNotary The 1st Blockchain Notary Company in the world! on: August 23, 2019, 01:53:26 PM
"you admit that you changed the conditions of the campaign" = "It's logical enough that the distribution method appeared after the end of the campaign, it's just an instruction of how to receive tokens." That are not conditions. All conditions has not been changed. It's a guide of how to receive tokens.
Wrong, it's not just a guide. Among other things, it required to spend ETH to get the bounty.

Obviously, as always, not all of people wrote that they have received tokens. As a rule only small part of people write about that, others have received it and decide not ot write about that
Mostly everyone wrote that they got nothing.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2016468.620
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2016357.800
The last pages contain a huge amount of evidence. Perhaps this is why you removed the project name from the title.
And now you are trying to say that you are not a scammer because you paid some participants.

It's a step-by-step guide only. Just re-read it please. Like other things that we have mentioned and proved during our discussion. Because, unfortunately, you keep talking the same things again and again while ignoring all the facts and proofs.

"Mostly everyone... got nothing", "paid some participants" - and again you are talking such a "loud" things without any proofs. As we said before, there were some problems during the payment period (some people did not follow instructions correctly), that's why such messages appeared, but, as a result, all payments were successfully provided. You have about ten links to make sure of that. It's just a quick proof from our side. Let me repeat - as always, not all the people write about it. It's an obvious fact.
87  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: SilentNotary The 1st Blockchain Notary Company in the world! on: August 22, 2019, 03:29:34 PM
Is it still possible to swap SNTR to LAW? Or it's too late?

For now all two swap rounds are sucessfully over.
88  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: SilentNotary The 1st Blockchain Notary Company in the world! on: August 22, 2019, 12:51:14 PM
It's logical enough that the distribution method appeared after the end of the campaign, it's just an instruction of how to receive tokens.

"You paid a few participants...ignoring the non-payment to the rest" - another baseless accusations. There are dozen, not few
So you admit that you changed the conditions of the campaign after the end and paid only to a "dozen" participants. This is about 1% of the total.
By this, you have confirmed that it is fair to call you a scammer.

Please, do not continue to take all my words out of context and just re-read what I said in previous post carefully.

We have provided all the proofs, and it's pity to say that you don't see it. Or don't want to see.

I didn't say that words at all. That is what have been said:

"you admit that you changed the conditions of the campaign" = "It's logical enough that the distribution method appeared after the end of the campaign, it's just an instruction of how to receive tokens." That are not conditions. All conditions has not been changed. It's a guide of how to receive tokens.

"you admit that you paid only to a "dozen" participants" = "There are dozen, not few, LINKS to the proofs of the successful bounty payment."  Links - is a key word. Dozen links to the proof, not dozen payments. Obviously, as always, not all of people wrote that they have received tokens. As a rule only small part of people write about that, others have received it and decide not ot write about that (lack of time, needlessness of this action in their opinion etc.).

89  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: SilentNotary The 1st Blockchain Notary Company in the world! on: August 22, 2019, 10:50:40 AM
That is not a new rules.
It appeared after the end of the campaign, which means it is new.

bounty distribution among only real participants via smart contract.
What a nonsense!

"unpaid bounty" - that is untrue. Just click on links above and you'll see how many people received their bounties without problems and with a gratitude to us.
You paid a few participants and now post links to this, ignoring the non-payment to the rest. The spreadsheet has disappeared and you removed the project name from the title of the bounty thread.

You are talking the same things again and again without any proofs. It's logical enough that the distribution method appeared after the end of the campaign, it's just an instruction of how to receive tokens.

"You paid a few participants...ignoring the non-payment to the rest" - another baseless accusations. There are dozen, not few, links to the proofs of the successful bounty payment. It is easy to count.

The spreadsheet is not working now, because the bounty campaign has happened two years ago. It's logical enough too. Even an ordinary website usually stop working in one year because of the expired hosting, what to say about a spreadsheet.

It's not a reason to blame us in scam if our name is not spelled out in the topic title, while we keep posting a link to it without problems and do not refuse to confirm that this is our bounty topic.

We appreciate your interest in the project, but we ask you to evaluate it judiciously. And not only we - as I see, several participants have already expressed concerns about your accusations.

No wonder that he left so baseless negative review, he knows nothing about project's activity

Take a look at recently news, examplens. And you will understand that the project isn't just "still alive" but is blooming now

I did not follow this project after ICO end. My feedback is not related to "scam or not scam". It's just because changed bounty rules (and refuse to pay) after they finished.

@Sythyn I'm not too much online these days, but I will look over your suggestion in next few days, you will know.

Ok, thank you.
91  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: SilentNotary The 1st Blockchain Notary Company in the world! on: August 21, 2019, 12:47:46 PM
a special smart contract was deployed and everyone who wanted to receive a reward did it with its help
Thus, after the end of the bounty campaign, you introduced a new rules, one of which implied the need to spend ETH in order to receive tokens.
For example here
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2016468.msg23687427#msg23687427
wasted 0.077527716 ETH

I think that you just hope everyone forgot about the unpaid bounty.

Now I remember where is the problem. Thanks Rabbot

Note that despite the fact that we failed to raise the softcap in the framework of earlier conducted the TSO and the bounty we have no obligations to participants, We tried to accrue a bounty from the share of teams.

Silent Notary project did not reach a soft cap, but I see this token in some exchanges. This project is still alive?

quoting for future reference

@Sythyn you are asking me to remove negative trust.
I know for accusations that you or Silent notary refuse to pay bounty hunters or you change rules after the bounty ended. Can you give me proof that you or your team paid yours promises, and all the people who are participated in promotion in your ICO has ben paid?
I will remove my trust mark if you provide me with valid proof of your project

Yes, of course, we are ready to provide all the proofs. I'll do it while describing the situation at the same time.

Initially, we did not reach a soft cap and under the terms of the bounty, in this case, no one should not have received anything (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2016468.msg22049704#msg22049704).

But, nevertheless, we took account of the participants interests (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2016468.msg22414302#msg22414302) - a special smart contract was deployed and everyone who wanted to receive a reward did it with its help - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2016468.msg23483477#msg23483477. We did this because the vast majority of the bounty participants turned out to be bots. All the real ones, who wanted, received a reward - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2026645.msg29225459#msg29225459, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2016468.msg23638811#msg23638811, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2016468.msg23515642#msg23515642, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2016468.msg23518765#msg23518765, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2016468.msg23532792#msg23532792, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2016468.msg23559174#msg23559174, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2016468.msg23650424#msg23650424, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2016468.msg23655623#msg23655623, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2016468.msg23747974#msg23747974, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2016468.msg23748247#msg23748247, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2016468.msg24462632#msg24462632. Some participants who successfully received the payment even created additional instructions so that everyone could do it - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2016468.msg23748247#msg23748247

Moreover, we extended the bounty payment period several times, as some people were late - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2016468.msg23253643#msg23253643.

The complaints were due to the fact that some people did not follow the instructions correctly, but all in all everyone who wanted it received all the bounties fully. We hope that you consider the fact that we extended the bounty payment period and, please, take into account all the links I posted above with the participant's gratitude about successful bounty payment.

Also, read my answer to Rabbot as well.

Yes, of course, the project is alive. We have just released our own blockchain Chain-in-Law and Ubikiri social network. You can make sure that it is working - all transactions made on the Chain-in-Law network, through the SilentNotary service and the Ubikiri social network, can be viewed using the Chain-in-Law Explorer - https://explorer.ubikiri.com/

It is true, that initially the soft cap has not been reached, accordingly we were not obliged to pay bounties. But we gave an opportunity to receive bounties, even considering that.

Our participants voted to restart, and that was done later. Moreover, on very favorable conditions for those who received bounties.

Despite the "relative calm" here, we've been working fast and furiously towards the rapid development of our project. However, Bitcointalk updates seem to have fallen of the peaking order and we've resolved to address that. Henceforth, all SilentNotary news will not only be published on our Twitter https://twitter.com/silentnotary and our Medium https://medium.com/@silentnotary, but on that BitcoinTalk topic as well. So do not forget to follow it closely.

To get up to speed quickly, here are the most critical SilentNotary development over the past six months:

- A revamped and more streamlined website was released (https://twitter.com/SilentNotary/status/1093923737374806017), web app (https://twitter.com/SilentNotary/status/1100756480817577984), Android app (https://twitter.com/SilentNotary/status/1108352520479559686) improvements.

- the official iOS app launched on App Store (https://twitter.com/SilentNotary/status/1122248180266147840).

- Added top talen to our team (https://twitter.com/SilentNotary/status/1103644296375402498 and https://twitter.com/SilentNotary/status/1098611839808749568).

- SNTR's first use case published (https://medium.com/@silentnotary/first-use-case-ce24925502d0).

- The patent for the LightStamp was approved (https://twitter.com/BreusMax/status/1110943201941221377).

- Our founders met some high-level governmental officials at the "Digital Week" Forum (https://twitter.com/SilentNotary/status/1113719922167828480).

- SNTR got listed on KuCoin (https://twitter.com/SilentNotary/status/1131494140833931264).

With the development of the blockchain technology, startups began to appear, claiming to take the place of notaries.

Is it worth it to be afraid? Is there a threat to the notary that has been formed for centuries? Or vice versa - does blockchain open new markets and opportunities?

SilentNotary is just such a startup.
This is a system of providing evidence, based on the blockchain. We have working prototypes, and we are beginning to enter the markets. And we believe that the blockchain will only expand markets for notaries and open up previously inaccessible opportunities.

Do you want to know how? Who will win in the new race - IT startups or your classic competitors?

We offer professionals – notaries and lawyers to join our closed group to discuss the opening perspectives and find solutions for the use of new technology in your professional practice.

Dear friends! Here is our current state and some last updates:

1. Listing on HitBTC. We have an offer for the listing received during our pre-sale. Now we are discussing a financial conditions, as they are sufficiently differ from the offer we have. We can't disclose any details as we don't have such permission. We look at this situation rather positively, because the offer contains all the details and has no any exceptions. This issue can be solved at any time.

2. We worknot only with the only one exchange. Our Senior sales manager Dmitrii Grafskii is totally focused on the listings. We are waiting for a very good news from Dmitrii now)

3. We started burning unsold tokens. According to our estimations more than 80% from the total supply will be burned. Final report will be published after the distribution of rewards for the invitation campaign.

Guys, I understand that you can't stop fight against our project because of your unsuccessful bounty. Instead of following rules to get your rewards you are still trying to hurt us.
Politics in Russia is a dirty thing. And when you're doing your job you're receiving such dirt in tabloids. As it was explained earlier police and municipals stopped an attempt to steal government property. Criminals tried to influence the investigation with such publications. It did not help them.
Max and his team have improved rating from 49 to 10th place comparing all municipal regions just in 2 years. So Max got a gratitude from the governor of Moscow region and proposal to work in the government of the Moscow region.
Here is official publication: http://nfreg.ru/novosti/kadrovye-perestanovki-v-administratsii-rajona/
If you will not stop all this BS we'll report to moderators.

Hey, friend, they just stopped the attempt to steal a lot of government property, so they got a piece of dirt for it from these swindlers. I think they are already in prison)
He received gratitude from the governor for his work, look in the news! Wink

What thanks? The article is not written about any thanks. Maybe Google doesn't translate you well. It says that Breus works in the administration. The administration had given false information to the police. Breus issued a document. which is contrary to the archived records. This fraud. And here, too, was a hoax. Of course you will make excuses. But it doesn't cancel the scams.
