Because the allocation given has been agreed by both parties between the bounty manager and the project representative. However, if the price problems that arise do not match our expectations, it is not their fault. Because if the token is already listed in the market, the market will determine how valuable their tokens are. This can also be seen from how much they succeeded in selling their tokens at the ICO stage.
It's not true, bounty allocation has been settled only from dev side. Bounty manager has nothing to do with the bounty, unless the dev have agreement if BM who will distribute the token later after campaign ends, which rarely happened, ussually the dev who distribute the bounty to all participants. That's why BM can't guarantee the project will be successful or not, since their main job is only maintaining post quality and other jobs from their bounty participants. |
