I suggest you to create unique address for each loan so that there won't be any conflicts.

if you are a legit user then why don't you give your account for collateral for loan
it will prove that you intent to repay his loan
|

his account is worth much more then that, he could easily sell it for 3x of the loan amount
If it was a hacked account, OP can't sign message from old btc address he/she has posted. No body willing to buy an account without proof of ownership. i have seen people buying hero accounts for 0.5 or more without signed message |
