Update:
Still running errors free at 750M. Hashrate stays even but Zencash mined per day has dropped a little to 1.35 Zen a day. Probably due to new Z9s coming online. Getting closer to ROI.
It would be interesting and helpful to the community if one of these days you report to us if and when your Z9 ASIC dies. I would certainly find that useful information and reward you with some merit or some other way if possible. Knowing the limits on these machines and why bitmain only shipped with lower default settings is a intriguing. 1 of my Z9 suddenly died, it was running at 750 MHz for weeks. It is now not responding after power up, no LED activity or fan spins. Tried with different working bitmain psu with no luck. What were the chip temps? |

If someone has information or a unit from the OP I don't know why they wouldn't be willing to help run down the details. Unless of course everyone came at them like a mob which put them on the defensive. Some politeness and courtesy goes a long way. Think about how you would feel if you happened to be this lone witness with a unit and everyone has their pitch forks and torches....
Oh man, if that happened to me I'd post a shit ton of photos showing the box, the address label, details, hell I'd even DNA swab the box. If I found out I was used as a bait for a scam, I'd be very interested in finding the person who did it. Exactly. Any normal person would want to help, unless they are in on the scam. |

This delivered around end june right. So, it has nearly been a month.
Wat was the original cost, 1.9k for 1 piece was it? I am wondering if it will break even.

What’s weird is if I change the priorities to be all ‘1’ it mines Pascal.

Same as the other pools: stratum+tcp//blake256r8.usa.nicehash.com:3354. Select blake256r8 as the Algo, your wallet address as the user and ‘x’ for the password. I have all NH pools set to priority ‘0’.

I’ve got a mix but have one Gigabyte RX 580 8GB, it stays around 58 degrees, fan doesn’t usually go much past 50%.

I’m not sure what is best. Me personally I set minimum fan speed to 50% and temp limit of 60.

Gigabyte cards in my experience run hot. But yes you should manually set the fan speeds higher to keep the temps down.

Ya, I don’t see a big advantage with the Z9 over the mini.
The biggest advantage I can see is that you could get by with one large PSU and fewer PCIe power connections. The full size Z9 says it has 7 connectors. Four minis would be 16 connectors. You could use one large PSU to power several minis, would just need a few PCIE splitters. |

Just an update... seemed to mine Pascal for a minute or two and has been mining Blakecoin ever since.
Mine is still stucked at Pascal overnight unless I set the nicehashsma command off. X10s are switching from Qubit to Quard from time to time just fine with the nicehashsma command. Do you have the Blake256r8 pool set up as an option on your B’s? |

I deleted the blakecoin (blake256r8) pool then added it back, it’s now mining Pascal. Makes no sense. I’ve got four NH pools setup with priority ‘0’ and auto switching set to ‘true’.

My BK-Bs still not auto switching to LBRY on NH. Anyone has got it working on auto switching to LBRY on NH? It stays at Pascal most of the time.
Nobody? I was having the same problem on NH, I’ve been mining LBRY on Suprnova for a few weeks now but thinking about going back to NH. I’ll update my results when I switch back. yeah, I can do 'LBRY only' on NH but just not in the auto switching mode. It will stay mostly on Pascal for the auto mode. I am back on NH auto switching and it’s currently mining Blakecoin. |
