81  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin (LTC) Huge Pump is coming with New Update on: October 21, 2020, 02:08:24 PM
How does that make it pump? litecoin during it halve did the worst in my opinion becasue many of us waited for this opportunity to come but never came. The current update from litecoin won't come along with pump because this update have no association with price pump as we have seen in the past. Well, if this update will surely bring into place litecoin price pump, so be it.

Privacy already applied on test net, and will be on main net by the next few months.
Yes, i see Litecoin was boring last 2 years, but this new update is huge addition to Litecoin.

Currently we only have few little privacy coins, LTC will be best one because it's oldest and Privacy will be optional for users.
82  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin (LTC) Huge Pump is coming with New Update on: October 21, 2020, 01:43:23 PM
BTC pumped %4.5 today, LTC pumped %9 and imo LTC still undervalued and i won't surprise if LTC reach $100 this year.
83  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which cryptocurrencies have the lowest transaction fees? on: October 21, 2020, 01:27:43 PM
I have been transacting in crypto for a long time and in my opinion the cheapest fees are Dogecoin, TRX and LTC. besides cheap transactions, the speed of delivery is also better than ethereum and bitcoin

i agree, for me LTC is best one because it's usable on many online stores.

Privacy is important for many, maybe i want to send you money, and i don't want you to know my total balance.
Privacy is not for hackers only.
Privacy is one of most futures that cryptocurrency has.
85  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which cryptocurrencies have the lowest transaction fees? on: October 21, 2020, 10:49:12 AM
Now that's new.
I am expecting XRP to be on top. Sadly, it was Tron.
Why sadly?
Because Tron is not that much used in the market. According to me.  Grin
Yeah, I would rather pick XRP or just swallow the high tx fee of Ethereum now.

Is this some form of endorsement for swapzone?
I thought about that too.
I just hoped it was well written without missing some coins that are also existing and well known.

I agree XRP is used more than Tron. but Litecoin is used even more than XRP and still has low fees.
I use Litecoin with all my online shopping, as like VPN, PS4 digital games, and web hosting,
86  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which cryptocurrencies have the lowest transaction fees? on: October 21, 2020, 07:43:09 AM
Litecoin has fast and low transaction fee.

few days i purchased PS4 charge card from egifter.com using Litecoin, it took 3 minutes to complete, i paid fee about 0.000005 LTC =~ $0.00025

i think you would find another coin with cheaper fees, but Litecoin is approved on many established online stores and it has low fees as well.
87  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin (LTC) Huge Pump is coming with New Update on: October 20, 2020, 02:31:29 PM
Litecoin come from reputed coin list, has potential enough to progress and go ahead. Long time ago, i only used to hodl ether & litecoin and imagining the great future for both. Ether has developing a lots but litecoin can't. Still stuck with the 10x down price from its ath, that it has, since long time.i don't think this privacy update will be affect the price of litecoin & we ever see the big pump but I'm quite Optimistic for it
I remembered when its price arose up to 90 dollars. I saw how it moved up fast but no matter how the current price of litecoin right now, it will definitely reach and surpass its ATH. With this new update, we will assume that more traders will turn their heads in litecoin. As of now, we can`t feel its price but those who are in a long term investment in litecoin will definitely be happy. Because litecoin is for a long term position, when cryptocurrency becomes the mainstream litecoin will goes back to its price. BTW, I have searched that the ath of litecoin was 360 usd.

yes LTC price was reached 360 usd.
now people are following DeFi while smart money are buying Litecoin.
88  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: LimitSwap on: October 20, 2020, 11:36:04 AM
keep away from it.
89  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Extracting the hashed password from a Litecoin Android Wallet. on: October 20, 2020, 11:31:08 AM
If I have a backup copy of the Android Litecoin wallet and I don't remember the unlock password, is there a way to take out the hash and try crack it?
I learned how to use Hashcat and I already created a wordlist with my possible password variations but how to extract the hash?
The format is Litecoin-Wallet-Keys-XXXX-XX-XX

not sure if backup words are enough without password.
better you install wallet on another mobile, import your words and see how things will go.

End of Defi hype! Time to invest in real business with real products?

Gas prices at 6 months low!!

DEFI hype investment hypes are over! it is really a time to invest in real business with real products!

I'm glad that the DeFi hype is over the gas price is back to normal and people can now go back to Ethereum trading the highest price of gas fee that I traded was $8 and I'm not used to using that high gas fee, and you are right people are going to lose on hype they should now go long term and find those projects that will last long term with real use case.

$8 for tx fee still too high. LTC (litecoin) tx fees is about $0.0001 and it confirms within 3 minutes.
91  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: End of Defi hype! Time to invest in real business with real products? on: October 20, 2020, 09:19:52 AM
defi bubble already burst.
i'm buying old established coins as like Litecoin.
Eth is good too but i worry it will follow DeFi falling.
92  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin (LTC) Huge Pump is coming with New Update on: October 20, 2020, 09:16:09 AM
i'm holding Litecoin for years, and i won't sell it because i believe people will need Litecoin someday later and give it more value when Bitcoin fees get higher.
today i only charge my PS4 and Switch games using litecoin, it has low tx fees and much faster than bitcoin.
93  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your favorite project these days? on: October 19, 2020, 10:36:51 AM

94  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Better using DAI or USDT? on: October 19, 2020, 09:15:14 AM
If I want to cash out for stability should I use DAI or USDT? What do you people think is safer?. I read tether can be frozen by a central authority but also dai may not be totally secure from what I've heard.

personally, i use USDT.
95  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin (LTC) Huge Pump is coming with New Update on: October 19, 2020, 08:44:14 AM
LTC started 2011 with limited 84m total supply. currently mined 66m (%22 left)

this was 2015~2017 (LTC-BTC)
LTC pumped from 0.0032 btc and passed 0.02 btc (+%600).

and this 2018~2020 (currently)

96  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Time that there will be no new altcoin projects anymore on: October 19, 2020, 07:46:23 AM
i agree, having many tokens which are not accepted to use in any store, is worthless.
we can see tokens has pretty ideas, pretty names, but they have price for exchange only, they are not accepted to buy hosting, or any online service or goods.

we only see some established coins as like BCH, LTC and few others beside BTC are accepted as real money on major online stores.
but tokens? i couldn't find any store accept it, they only has price for exchange, nothing more.

I guess you have a misunderstanding what tokens really are. They are created not to be traded in stores in the future. One of token roles is to be able to give its holder to be the part of a project. Second role is to be a financial base of a project. Third role is to attract funding in the project on exchange to a token. You cant just count Apple, Google, Amazon stocks useless, because you cant use them as a direct payment in stores and "major online stores" accept or dont them as a payment with fix price.

i understand what tokens are, invest, hold, to earn more. as like Proof of Stack. but then what? it's price will increase? there is Bitcoin.

imo, if crypto coin was not accepted on major stores, it's worthless.

Apple, Google, Amazon stocks are not useless because there is real products behind it, but tokens are just pretty face to bring investors and mostly there is no product behind it, just hold to earn more (PoS). this is worthless and we could see later 100s tokens like this.
there is UniSwap, SushiSwap, BurgerSwap, and i can create similar.
97  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Time that there will be no new altcoin projects anymore on: October 19, 2020, 07:22:11 AM
Since the creation of Ethereum and other smart contract-based and token creation platforms we have seen the number of newly launched projects token created, we now have thousands of dead tokens and coins but many are still create it seems many tokens just come and go.

Do you think we will have a time that there will be no new tokens created and people will stop investing and supporting new tokens or coins?

98  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: is DeFi over? then old coins revolution ? on: October 17, 2020, 09:29:13 AM
smart money buying old coin while many ppl fomoed on defi

this is that i think is happening now..
99  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: is DeFi over? then old coins revolution ? on: October 17, 2020, 09:18:41 AM
I see DeFi projects are over, as same what happen to ICO before.

Will we see old coins revolution?
i'm talking about old good altcoins as like Eth, EOS, LTC, BCH, XRP..etc

what do you think?
is there any chance for DeFi tokens to bring investors again?

DEFI will never, it is just the start

The current DEFI is mainly Yield farming, lending and borrowing
Look further
Flash loans, debt consolidation, and all these traditional finance product will be available because of DEFI

Coins like EOS, LTC, BCH, XRP are just purely blockchain coins
Easily replaceable once they got no adoption
We need working products, not Blockchains
We had way too many Blockchains here

your comment apply to all DeFi similar projects as like Uniswap, Sushiswap, Burgerswap,..etc
while old coins are similar with blockchain, but LTC for example is better for small transactions as it has fast and cheap fees.
Eth and BTC are not similar too, Eth is good for automated contracts.

yes they have similar blockchain system, but i can say some altcoins as like Eth and LTC could be better than BTC in some cases.
100  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The rise of BCH on: October 16, 2020, 12:42:14 PM
