Is any of you guys already used their android or IOS app??. Looks interesting and very easy to use app.
I think it is available in the Google Playstore but I donnot install it already. I think it is available on app stores around the world but not that already in used. I installed it already and it was too cool and easy to use. Very catchy and has many features. Must install guys, worth to install. Thumbs up TrustLogics Team. Cool!! didn't check it in my app store. Is the TrustLogics app available in every country?? I don't know if it is available on any country but here in the Philippines it is available. it is so good for me to use token for payment that sometimes makes rough time for employers and company. just to make it clear! the token will not be used to pay the employee, it is a payment that will be on the site. maybe for recruitment and applying. the fee you need to pay. but no worries about salary. it is not in the token. As far as I know the token is not used for employee payment. It is used for request of data and documents. It will also distributing on validators and TrustLogics Platform ONLY. Salaries and other payment is not necessarily use of the TLT token (TrustLogics Tokken), it may have small amount of value but not for salaries. |

Project, Platform or Portfolio??
All of the above, lol. trustLogics is a project for every applicant and employer who had a hard time finding job and finder people to work on for their company. Platform because it is ERC20 and using blockchain to protect both applicant and company profile. And lastly, Portfolio because all data and certificates are stored in one place that can be shown privately or publicly. For me it is Project, Platform and Portfolio at the same time. |

Is TrustLogics Project will be communicating on every countries government??, Like here in the Philippines we have DOLE (Department Of Labor and Employment) wherein they have also android and IOS apps and reminders that there was a job hiring available. Is TrustLogics will partnered on governmental terms to be legalized and accepted as Job Hiring website in that specific country.
They don’t need to communicate with the government trustlogic is build by the people for the people this is decentralized Trustlogic only needs to communicate with the recruiters around the world. This is legal internet is freedom right? It is true that it is decentralized job related pattern then how we or even I will assure that it will not break the law and rules of the country's government. You are right that it is for recruiting people around the world to have a job then why it is not communicating the government??, is their any recruitment legalization coz even BTC can ban by the government because it is not legalized by the law of country's government. |

there is also an additional branch of government for every country that need to be consulted. Department of foreign affairs is a big part here, as the employer and employee will be on different country. Thinking also about this problem, because if it is for job hiring inside and outside the country project team would be legalized in every country. Recruiter will be also adjust on different government culture of the country to know where do the applicant belong and not. Hope that this problem has a good solution because this project is one of the good solution on job hiring and occupancy problem. Every government has their own right process wherein they would allow international business establishment rather company to be allow and applied in that specific country. It would be a hard time for TrustLogics Team to talk on every country to apply their own project. We also knew that the process of every country is so so slow especially here in the Philippines, documents, laws and legalization was so so slow. What would you do to that problem if you know that Filipinos are so excited on this project and have that potential users of this project. |

On a reputable employer's point of view, the HR department should take care of verifying the information on an application and in any case, if it's free for an employer then why not but if the employer would still have to pay, then the employer should just hire it's own PSV, just saying.
For the fees, it's the applicant who will have to pay in the platform. I'm not sure about the employers though, since the applicant already paid for the information on his profile, there's no mention of the employer having to pay. Well, if there would really be no fees for employers in joining and using the platform, then more employers would be encouraged to join since in other platforms, they would have to pay just to access information and pay whenever an applicant is hired.The question is will it be free for employers? 4.3.2 Peer-to-Peer Hiring Model

This process is quite effective and reliable, as costs are involved only upon closure of a certain opening and referred candidates are more trustworthy Not sure, but the one to pay the bounty would probably be the recruiter, so, this is just the same as other platforms, recruiters have to pay when hiring, the unanswered question is will it be cheaper here or at a competitive price? bounty? bounties are being paid by the team (trustlogics) bounties are not the issue on this by the way. the topic is outside of that word. Just new to this industry but I believe they used the term in the WhitePaper in relation to smart contracts as means of paying respective participants of the said transaction in case the transaction has been completed. The word bounty sounds different and quite inappropriate since it would mean that those involved in the transaction are going to be bounty hunters but that is not supposed to be what it is. Yes, that is correct, they should have not used the word bounty here because the transactions involved might be considered "outside of that word" as mentioned above. The context of the word bounty in this industry are payments made to the bounty hunters who joined the bounty campaign of a certain ICO project and the payments made are in the form of token or coin of the said projects. What term should they use then? Reading back the quote, it sounds like they are monetizing the recruitment industry since they used the word bounty and also they are monetizing on the applicant referrals since when someone is hired, the peer who referred will get "bounty tokens" Maybe that is one of the problem of this project coz they did not discuss the payment and token related terms for using this project. I mean if you would be presenting this project you must focus first on the price, payment, and costing of the project, if it was free it is great but if it has a payment it may be the same as other but have more feature than others. need to elaborate the costing and payment terms TrustLogics Team. Still good project though. |

TrustLogics should make limitation to the number of applicants in a certain job. To ensure that the first comers are the one who will be given the opportunity to work. Because if there is unlimited number of applicants, it is hard to choose who among them are accountable and suitable for the work.
It is also good if they will put the date of entry so that, they know who are the first person who applied.
If they will limit the number of applicants, the possibility to search for a better worker is dull. If a company have high standards then they should seek for unlimited applicants. Since this is just an online form of applying, why do we limit our ownselves to the possibility to have job? We don't need to limit our people to apply job if they want to apply then they can sign up on Trustlogic platform. Trustlogic aims to have more jobs and we can't control many applicants in the company. Hiring company will verify data of the applicants. in my opinion, no need to limit the number of each job seeker, because if they are newcomer or not, but they are qualified to have a job in a company on in the trustlogics hiring list i do not see any problems here. That right Sir, we really Don't need to limit the people to applying of a job, the TrustLogic have their great platform so that, the applicant and the Job seekers have an opportunities to be qualified to the job hiring. I agree that they should not limit the number of applicants. It is the recruiters jursidiction to decide on that. What the recruiters needs to do is they will give a time frame on the opening and when to end the hiring. For me it is too unfair if the first applicants only will be hired. What if the first applicants doesn't compile the skills and requirements needed on that specific job or work. We are not one sided here guys, we always looks on the skills not the attentiveness only of the applicant. Workers is the one responsible for maximizing the profit of the company and if the worker was not trained and not that skilled on that job employer will train again and again and will cost also. I think Trustlogics Team has a filter features though to know who was the first who applies and it depends on the employer who will be hired or not. |

Reading TrustLogics whitepaper and I'm pretty impress on the presentation. I only have one question on the recruiter identification, How can we know if I'm the applicant if the recruiter is legal or illegal recruiter??. Is TrustLogics Team covers the verification of the recruiters and other legal terms of legalization. Just in case, because many Filipino here have victimized by the illegal recruiters and suck up so many money on poor Filipinos who wants only is to work abroad.

Does Trustlogics platform have a registration fee to create an account? If there is any, how much Trustlogics token would it cost? As per my understanding there’s no fee on using trustlogic. If they will put fees no one will use it or it will be hard for them to be known. They need to have a cutting edge to beat the other job platforms As far as I know jobseeker tokens will pay the company profile and to know if the job is fit for him and to pay the recruiter. Correct me if I'm wrong. They didn't elaborate the token distribution more. TrustLogics Team!! need help for this topic to be more broad for us to know. |

Very good and well designed project. Great mission on both applicant and company. Innovative and way different on other job hiring websites. I read their whitepaper and its pretty complete maybe just a littele bit of information but it is very good tho.
