You know, there are more important things to starting a revolutionary business than placating some very worried immature investors in an online forum.
I don't believe bombarding them with questions is the way to go about achieving anything really. What will it do? Shut people up for about a week until they start moaning about the next 'missed deadline' or 'bad news'. And it won't stop MP's shills for a second.
If you invest in any other startup, unless you've contributed more than 5% of their bank balance, they're not going to answer you about every little thing they're doing. Look at kickstarter - how often do you get updates from those companies? Look at how often Friedcat replies to the ASICMiner group.
People on this forum need to get real. This is a business with millions of euros behind it. We've contributed what? A few hundred to a few thousand each at most. Stop bitching. If you'd stuck in more than you could afford to lose, you were a greedy fool. That's the nature of investing in high risk-high reward startups.
Don't expect mummy to hold your hand to get you through the bad times.

Source101:
Very important and potentially damaging claims. Except for one small thing:
Eeeeeeeeevvvviiiiiiiddddeeeeennnncccce!
Where is your evidence? For any of it, except for the twitter stuff.
Anything. Just one bit. A small piece of confirmed evidence.
One piece. Go on...you can do it. Back up your claims with something real. Evidence.

This all stinks of despicable market manipulation.
I really want to point the finger at <someone in particular in the BTC community>, in an attempt to undermine a potentially successful competing business, but without further evidence it's pure speculation at this stage and that's not what this new thread should be for.

What's up with the trading halt on HL?
"March 28, 2014 Havelock Investments has been formally informed by the Pass-Through Fund Manager of NEOBEE that the compliance officer of Neo and Bee Ltd has stated that due to an increase of abnormal activity on the LMB share platform, there may be a high possibility of questionable trading activity. While Neo and Bee Ltd investigate the issue further they have strongly recommended that we halt trading and transfers. Havelock Investments has halted the NEOBEE fund and is awaiting further instructions from the issuer." From Neobee's page on Havelock. Probably some naked shorting by some of the same spammers in the other thread, trying to scoop up some shares at a lower price.

Thehun:
So you lost faith because they didn't reply to an email you sent them about a totally unrealistic business proposition?
How terrible of them...
I'll make sure to sell my car if Toyota refuses to reply to an email I send them...

I knew Danny personally even before NEO even got it's name - back when it was just an idea. I will not comment on his financial situation at the time as it is private information but I can assure you (by 'you' I don't mean source101 but to the people who believe him) that he wasn't poor.
'not poor' like 6 million means nothing and NEOBEE is just a game 'not poor'? His private financial life is not mine or anyone else's concern. I was vague on purpose on my last post. No, now you're specifically introducing motivating factors which we as investors deserve to know. What's his 'skin in the game'? If I'm just playing with an idea and stick a few hundred into it, I don't really care if it fails. If I throw most of my bank balance into something, I'll work my fingers to the bone to make sure it works out. Furthermore, this is not the sort of thing you expect of someone running a bank before they sit before a parliamentary committee (from his twitter account on 18th March 2014): "At parliament for the discussion on #bitcoin this is no Westminster but just as much sin has taken place in here" Is that really professional? Are we dealing with a real business that wants to 'make it' and change our world, or just some idle plaything for a slightly dumb rich kid?

This is the thing with NEO - it only takes one country for it to explode into the public consciousness. Let's hope that country is Cyprus. The only worry I have is that their bankers are under secret pressure from the ECB...

What's going on? Is Neo Bee getting delisted from Havelock? So NeoBee must be pretty shitty to invest in right now? Pretty bad, I was planning on purchasing couple thousand shares. Oh well..
Yep, definitely being delisted. Also, their offices are going to be burned and their directors shot. Oh wait...you mean this is all made up shit without any evidence at all? Way to go you little FUDster.

As i understand it, Danny also has personal funds to recover just like the rest of us. Whats not like the rest of us, is the contact and latest info, Danny may have.
Yes, apparently Danny stuck in 6 million of his own funds. So unless he's (a) lying (b) so rich that 6 million means nothing to him (c) an idiot He wants this business to succeed as much as we all do. I do think it's an interesting way to go about things though - drum up support first and then seek regulatory change.

It involves trading illegal unregistered securities on an unregistered exchange.
Things are legal until they are declared illegal, NOT the other way around. Can you point us to the appropriate Romanian law which declares these securities illegal?

Sorry if this is somewhat off-topic, but MP just published an email exchange he had with some SEC toadie who came enquiring after his MPEx customer records, specifically pertaining to Satoshi Dice. Seems to provide confirmation of what many have suspected... that US SEC is coming after bitcoin securities. http://trilema.com/2014/interacting-with-fiat-institution-a-guide/And his reply was spot on. As much as I dislike MP/MPEx, he's absolutely right here. Much like the comedy email exchange between the RIAA and the Pirate Bay 6-7 years back, this is a case of a US agency believing they have automatic worldwide jurisdiction. Insisting on IRC/email was also smart - keep everything recorded in black & white, not 'lost' on some phone call.

Get back to discussing *this* "pathetic charade." Let's stay on topic plox ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Suggested theme: "What happened to the pump? Did vandals really break the handle?" What on earth do you mean? Anyone who bought during the IPVO is sitting on a 50% profit. Why would we want it 'pumped' when natural growth will bring far greater benefits over the long term.

Hold on now MPOE - are you really accusing NeoBee of being a scam?
