81  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The Heck Around Dx pump, Why You Should Hodl DX. on: November 24, 2019, 02:43:14 PM
This is an 8th topic from you about DX token in this month. I didn't even count the other months, but this is just annoying repetitive shit posting now. Maybe tune thi shilling down because it's starting to feel a lot like you are hijacking this forum with your advertisement spam, and that's against the forum rules.

But why will anyone gets angry with another posting about what he likes? i still find it hard to comprehend. There are a lot of others shilling with their projects in here. I have received several thanks for shilling DX token because many made so much during the pump, so I am just gonna overlook this. But i think it will also be better if you would pass by any post featuring DX. besides you said 8th times in  a month. I think that is better since it is not 8 times in a day. C'mon, we need to tolerate others and don't make them feel bad about trying to help. I never ask you to pay me either.

If you think it's true just go ahead, just ignore him I know you may be promoting this token and I do not oppose it.
But the final decision is to people whether they really would love it and whether this is indeed a good project.

Thank you for understanding.

Then you're what of this project? you have posted a lot about this project everywhere. You also made a thread like this before and you keep on making a new one, you should stick to the old ones you've made.

But I am letting you know about DX token. You may do your research on https://dxchain.com

but tokens like DX doesn't really follow such pattern. If you check it and confirm what I meant.

I have received many comments here and on Telegram where many asked me "What I think could possibly be the cause of rise in price of DX token?. This is not a shilling but to answer most of the questions all of which summarized to this answer.

In an update released on Dxchain blog here https://blog.dxchain.com/who-is-the-winner-among-billions-of-blockchain-infrastructure/, reads below

Old topics fades away between new topics and the chance of being visible to people just coming online slim because many topics are released very often.  But i'm also trying to see from your end as well.

Lol, I like his disclaimer though, but obviously he is shilling for this token.  Smiley

I quickly glance at the price, it's all time high is just like 10 days ago and after that the price seems to be going on a downward spiral. So what does it says, probably some pump-and-dump groups are pushing the price higher, but then we all know what going to happen. It is still 50% after that massive pump and it seems the OP wanted to pump it more. But I doubt that smart investors will fall for this kind of trap.

Lol thank you for that. I love the project and i wish to make it famous but basically to help other traders make more money as well be aware of good project. But I am surprised someone is not happy that i do this.

85  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / The Heck Around Dx pump, Why You Should Hodl DX. on: November 20, 2019, 08:47:23 AM
Past weeks has been a great experience for many traders here including Dxchain ICO investors. The rise of DX token price was a sudden event that left many in deep thought asking why  the pump?.

The pump took the token from rank over 1,200 to rank 43, now on rank 67. At every pump, we obviously would expect some correction which I think that has happened already. A good thing to observe is that DX has stayed within rank 50 and 80 for the correction to completely subside. Dxchain Mainnet is slated for Q4, 2019. I got info on the TG it will happen shortly.

With this simple analysis, I am positive DX token will climb to rank 30 or less after mainnet launch. Recent cryptocurrency favorable news from China is also a factor to consider buying and Hodling DX now.

86  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Will Blockchain Domain See Adoption? on: November 20, 2019, 08:24:41 AM
I read a post on Atomicwallet Blog here https://atomicwallet.io/unstoppable-blockchain-domains-guide, and was astonished at how blockchain innovation tends to change paradigms in internet discourse.

For easy read, I'll quote the first two paragraphs on the article:

Quote
The blockchain domains are not a part of a centralized system controlled by ICANN, the international organization that stores the records of who owns particular domains. That’s why only you store your blockchain domain in your wallet, and no one can move it without the private key access.

The blockchain domain can be used for making uncensorable websites. They are not stored on the traditional centralized servers of large companies and can’t be taken down by someone’s object to it or governmental request. Only the owner can put the website up and take it down because the content is stored on the decentralized network like ipfs. You simply need to point content from a decentralized storage network to your domain. The blockchain domains require browser plugins to resolve inside most standard browsers as they’re new and yet not supported by the traditional system.

What came by this, was when I was trying to send BTC to a client of mine from my Atomic wallet. He dropped me a human readable non-hexadecimal address to send to. I was confused at first. Had to reconfirm thrice and he laughed. Seems like only Atomic wallet offers this service at the moment. Ok! what's the heck?
I can't explain fully here what using Blockchain Domain looks like. Please take a 2 mins read here https://atomicwallet.io/unstoppable-blockchain-domains-guide.

The Ideology behind Blockchain domain says you can own a decentralized websites with an access using private key or keystore file free from censorship. it can hold your cryptos and other personal information with presumably high level security and privacy. As stated in the article, Blockchain Domain is free from centralized structure. If there is anything that got me astonished and confused, this is one. Looking at the analogy, I am skeptical how fast this will be adopted.

I'm yet to draw any conclusion as to the motive of the FB CEO concerning Libra project. Event though it seems like awkward as most people said it is, I am trying to see the good in it. If it supersedes the other side, then i think it is worth doing.

89  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to choose a good project to invest. on: November 14, 2019, 11:21:09 PM
How to choose a good investment project
I understand that many of us do not suggest investing in ICO but I have to say not every ICO scam, invest in IEO no matter  the  exchange is, it is better than investing in ICO.
However, these steps help to judge the project.
1.   The team behind the project, it is extremely important to see who guides the project, experiments, are they able to implement the road map.
2.   The idea of the project, what the project solve, is the project can change something or introduce something new.
3.   What has been done and are there any steps the team is taking to prove credibility.
4.   Is the project is ICO or IEO, IEO will be better.
5.   How many exchanges the project listing.
6.   The type of the exchanges(however this is not issues as some project cannot go with top exchanges, top exchanges required a lot money).
7-     check (twitter, facebook, telegram, website metrics).
8-     It will be good if the project has ann on bitcointalk forum.
9-     Pay attention to what the team promised, it should not be far from reality or promises to enrich or quick profit (such as 200% profit).
10-   Look for old project in the market at least 3 month old.

Nice. Going by number 10 on your list, allow me introduce Atomicwallet coin to you.. Hopefully, this will bring smile very soon.
90  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My research for spam coins/tokens on: November 14, 2019, 11:14:38 PM
Bro my purpose for posting. Is don't invest in these dead or scammer project,
For those only think that every coin that is listed on CMC is legit.

Coin like SPEC spectrum network token really made me have different mindset about cryptocurrency as a whole. That project was too real to be a scam. Even listed on exchange.
91  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My research for spam coins/tokens on: November 14, 2019, 11:12:34 PM
I saw ARAW token here. But the team seems active sometime ago. And have a good focus. I had bought about 88k ARAW to hold on long term but now it worths less than $2. I regret I did buy it. Last time I checked on TG, things seems crazy but I think they're confused and due to the fact that it is open source project. I just count my loss. But I am letting you know about DX token. You may do your research on https://dxchain.com
92  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Altcoins ever come back again on: November 14, 2019, 10:44:34 PM
Looking at the market dominance, bitcoin covers almost 70.5% of the market trade as of time of writing. there is the need for altcoin recovery or it might spell doom for investors. i.e, people invest today on a new project and sell off tomorrow.
According to a wall street executive, Max keiser, he strongly believed that altcoins has reached there dead end and advised that everyone should focus on bitcoin. considering the fact that bitcoin is limited. there is the need for altcoins as the name implies, Alternative coins.

What is your say on this.

That's a hard question to answer. But I must say altcoins never have season. Most ALTs have their movements tied around BTC and ETH but tokens like DX doesn't really follow such pattern. If you check it and confirm what I meant.

94  Other / Off-topic / Web IDE or Local terminal: which is better? on: November 14, 2019, 10:24:07 PM
Even though I am a learner, I call myself a Developer cos I l believe I can achieve it. Over 3 weeks, I have improved in coding knowledge (python) but that's not enough.

I search for materials and projects I can leverage upon to build ideas. Recently, I stumbled on Near protocol -A platform for developers and non-developers.

Something caught my attention while glancing at the site. And that's exactly the topic of this post.

The platform is new and seems cool. On Near protocol, Developers have the option to either use their terminal or use online IDE provided by Near. As a developer, you only focus one developing features for their app rather than much time on set up.

Quote
DxChain is more focusing on the underlying architecture of the blockchain storage technology, the design of service performance is relatively complete for business-oriented and customer-oriented. At the same time, the storage infrastructure platform is also under construction, such as AWS-compatible APIs, private clouds, and so on. In general, from the perspective of industry and technology development, if everything goes smoothly, DxChain would be a dark horse in the blockchain world.

This is an highlights from outcome of the in-depth study and analysis conducted by the Global Blockchain Rating And Consulting Agency Daling Research answering the question: "Who is the winner among billions of blockchain infrastructures?". Data industry is growing at speed much more like the Torque-compelled. At every feed of technology, data is needed. The global economy is on a ride being driven by data. Hence, Dxchain is obviously going to be among the world power sooner than later. This is more reason attention needs to be on the project.

In my opinion, Bullrun has just begun. Please note that I am not intending this to compel you into any form of investment. You have all the rights to decide what is good and make your own finishings.

98  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Day Trading or Long-term Hodl? on: November 13, 2019, 09:32:05 PM
Daily trading can be more profitable than long-term investments. But I think daily trading is more risky. And you should have a good buy-sell strategy for your daily trading and have free time for researches. You also have to follow the market very well. So I choose long-term investment instead of daily trade, as I cannot follow the market very well and I don't have a lot of free time.
Thanks for exerting that.
99  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Day Trading or Long-term Hodl? on: November 13, 2019, 09:29:42 PM
Before now, I have always been getting it wrong about cryptocurrency. A friend recently opened my eyes to see how I could have increase little coins I have to fortune overtime by day-trading. But I am no that type. I had always thought I could only make fortune in crypto by hodling a certain coin for long.

13 months ago, I bought SNTR worth about $100 hoping that in few months I'll wallow in milliions of dollars like Ian Balina , but the reverse is often the case in the subsequent ones I bought. Sad fact, $100 worth of SNTR 13 months ago now less than $2.

Recently, I watched several videos of how to analyse a coin or token to invest in, gained some good knowledge of the basics. I discovered day-trading tokens like DX token and AWC could have actually make me what I hope to be If i had the right information. But its never too late. Yet, I am drowned in mentality that hodling for long can only be the fortune I hope for. Reason I need help.

long-term hold investing:

Pros:

Reduced tax rate thanks to long-term capital gains.
More hands-off than short-term trading.
Allows for cost averaging.
Forces you to research projects thoroughly.
Less paperwork involved for income reporting.

Cons:

You may miss out on large gains.
Not as exciting as day crypto trading.
Harder to make daily gains or income.

day trading:

Pros:

Potential for big gains.
Can potentially provide you a new income stream.
More exciting than a long-term holding.

Cons:

Carries higher risk than a long-term holding.
Higher tax rates.
More paperwork is involved.
You could end up holding a useless coin when it dumps.

Hope it can help.

Thank you for the headstarts. That's a bang of advice.  But how could day trading make one end up hodling shit coin when dump? Since he sells everyday and keep track of coin.
100  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Day Trading or Long-term Hodl? on: November 13, 2019, 09:25:39 PM
Hodl has not been fair to me honestly, I did alot of day trading in 2016/2017 and it was awesome but then I ran into a couple of lost so I had to go into buy and hodl, am still hodlin til this moment, please when moon?

Hilarious. But so sad a story. I know couple of guys who did ran into heavy loss buying and hodling BTC $18k .
One of them is still in shock. Another in coma. So pathetic.
