81  Economy / Economics / Re: Why people are still buying BTC? on: August 09, 2018, 08:30:05 PM
Apparently, Bitcoin market price is around $6500 and it is expected to appreciate significantly this coming market season (December). This will be equivalent to investors making about thousands of dollars should the market appreciate slightly by some percentage. With this expectation, you will find alot of people channeling their funds into Bitcoin and hoping to gain some profit should the market turn green. Therefore, in basic sense, investors/people are still buying Bitcoin because they believe in the lucrativeness of the coin.
82  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you trade for money or emotional satisfaction? on: August 09, 2018, 05:41:44 PM
I am not too sure there is any individual who trade with the sole intent of satisfying his emotions  without considering gaining money or losing money.  This is what i think, i think the outcome an individuals trades determines emotional state. an individual can therefore become sad or happy depending on the out of a trade. And since trading outcomes are not certain, emotional satisfaction is way out of the picture. Personally, i would not spend my money trading for hobby.. because i do not have enough to spend myself, not to talk about trading it for emotional satisfaction.
83  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: DONT INVEST IN BTC IF YOU CAN'T OR AFRAID OF TAKING RISK on: August 08, 2018, 02:29:32 PM
Generally, i think no one should ever attempt to invest assets they can not afford to loss in any business.
If a person feels he is too scared to loss what he is about investing, then plz keep your assets in a safe.
With that, am pretty sure your assets will always be of its original value and will be twice as safe as you desire.
However, you should be aware that you never making progress in the line prosperity.
84  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Day trade is more a lucky thing or skill on: August 07, 2018, 09:23:04 PM
Personally, i think day trading is more of 50% skills and 50% luck. You can be as skillful in trading as you can be but if you do not have good luck by your side each day, trust me you will lose alot of money everyday. So, this is what i do often.., I pray for good luck. Hence, if i sense a bad omen on a particular day, that day will be announced no trading day. then my money will be save.. however, if i become stubborn and refuse to listen, then woe onto me.
85  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Who believes in HODLING? on: August 06, 2018, 07:51:12 PM
I believe in HODLING worthy coins. Often time i decide to hold some of my bounty tokens for some period of time before selling because the vision of the project goes very further into the future. On the other hand, if i perceive a token to  either remain at its ICO price or depreciate after ICO, wouldn't hesitate selling that token right after ICO.
86  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Trading, ICO, Lending, Bounty. Which one should I do ? on: August 03, 2018, 02:51:08 PM
I would i advice that you double check the amount of money you have currently. That should at least assist you making a good decision on which of the i above to do.
If you feel you have little or no money, i would i advice you  try bounty for now. do not get worried about which bout is legit or scam. try to participate in as many bounties as possible and be patient.

On the other hand, if you feel you got enough funds.. you can try investing in ICO for a start. However, i must prompt you that investing in an ICO is no guarantee that you going to make alot on your investment. it all depends on the type of project you invest.
Lending and Trading on the other hand are a bit risky for starters. I would i advice you channel only a small fraction of your funds into that. so in case of any losses.. you wont be too heartbroken.
87  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Future Of Crypto Market Without Bitcoin? on: August 03, 2018, 02:17:07 PM
Without Bitcoin, the crypto market will be super empty. Bitcoin undoubtedly stirs the affairs the current crypto market. While all other coins exist and thrive, all are hugely influenced by Bitcoin existence.
There no way Bitcoin is ever going to day. Hence, there is no need to imagine a the future of Crypto Market without Bitcoin. I dont see that happening soon!
88  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: HODL vs Day trading on: August 03, 2018, 02:01:00 PM
Personally, i have had some experience with day trading, and i find it really intense, challenging and time consuming. I had to make judgement call on whether to buy or sell per 24 hour market price changes. While i have been lucky with some calls i have made, i have never gone free with others.  There time i make alot of money, at times i loss a ot of money. But i still enjoy the after feelings that comes with it.
Holding on the other, i consider it to be somewhat safer. the risks associated with holding is quite minimal if you are super cautious of the market price of the coin you are holding.
89  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: $280 in one airdrop, is it legit? on: July 25, 2018, 12:50:18 PM
Yesterday I found an airdrop, they will distribute $1.5M dollars just for airdrop.

I follow their rules and what they want me to do, like join them in telegram, retweet their post, follow them, subscribe on linkedin, reddit, youtube, gmail etc.

after that I saw my dashboard that I will get tokens estimated $280 dollars one week after the airdrop which is august 1.

Is it normal to receive some dollars like that in an airdrop? because this is my first airdrop.

this is the website https://www.avinoc.com

TIA

1st August is not far from now. I am glad you have been able to complete the tasks required successfully. If it is legit, you surely will find out soon enough. Personally i dont trust airdops because i think they are waste of time. The price state above might be true or fails. All will depend on the price of the coin on exchange. so what about you wait for the coin to get into your wallet and check it worth out on exchange.
90  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to lose weight? on: July 25, 2018, 12:42:46 PM
How do you lose weight, especially if you’ra hypersensitive person? There may be others out there who have tried taking medications but ended up stopping due to appearance of rashes in the body. What are the other measures for it, apart from exercise?

If you are hypertensive and you wish to reduce weight, it means your current status is the main cause of your hypertension.
My advice is, you reflect on the advice your doctor gave you. Give it a great deal of thinking and decide on the ones you can follow to help reduce your weight without exercise.

Hypertension related to obesity may require that you avoid may jonk diet that will make you add up weight. Therefore, try and watch out for what you eat.

94  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your biggest regrets in cryptocurrency? on: July 23, 2018, 02:21:53 PM
I discovered bitcoin when it was about $5 per coin and during that time for several reasons I could not buy it. I discovered eth and xmr when they were around $10 per coin and I could not find a good place to buy them. I discovered netko when it was about $0.05 and I could not get the wallet compiled. I probably had around 40 bitcoins and cashed them all out under $800 and I could name more.

You?

I regret not joining crypto soon enough. Frankly, where was i all these while when people were making millions of dollar. Anyways let me put my regret away. I dont wanna have any regrets now, that i find myself in the business. i hope it not too late for me though.
95  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do bounty hunters become ICO investors? on: July 22, 2018, 09:09:48 PM
Icos look for bounty hunters to promote their project through the power of social media.Sometimes, some of these hunters also double as ico investors. But it looks like bounty hunters understand ICOs project and are able to determine very good projects before they invest because of their experiences in different projects.

Obviously most bounty hunters understand ICOs project more than other investors. This therefore gives most hunters the upper hand to determine very good projects before they invest.
In term of having the means to invest, most bounty hunter have made some good some of money over their period of induction. Hence, i am pretty sure most hunters have the means to invest in ICOs.
Therefore, the bottom line is Hunters sometime becomes ICO investors
96  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's the most important thing makes you participate in bounty program? on: July 22, 2018, 11:13:52 AM
Why are you guys join the bounty campaign?
And what's the most critical thing makes you participate in the bounty program?
I'm interested in it, and I want to listen to your thoughts.

The most important thing that propels me to participate in bounty programs is that. Each bounty program gives me the opportunity to learn something new. Something entirely different and rewarding. This avenue kinda prepares me to be ready to host a bounty program for my concept. With every white paper i read, i am enriched with alot of knowledge about the strength and weakness of each project i participate in.
97  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin has really come back? on: July 19, 2018, 12:08:05 PM
Bitcoin prices have rebounded to over $ 7400 today with large volume trading. Normally, bitcoin prices will increase sharply at the end of the year and this year will be no exception, a lot of good news has been released and the movement of the market is very positive. If nothing changes I believe the bitcoin price at the end of this year will continue to peak as many people expect.

Obviously it has rebound impressively over s speck of time. While it is expected to remain at it price or increase, some are also praying that Bitcoin price reduces so they can buy it for keeping.
98  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why invest in altcoin? on: July 18, 2018, 03:51:49 PM
Why invest in altcoin when you can invest in real estate, stock market?

In a strict matter of one type choice, I am diving right into investing in real estate and stock market.
Reasons.
1. Investing in Altcoin is riskier compared to real estate
2. Investing in real estate is more reliable compared to Altcoin
3. Less scam in real estate investment compared to Altcoin.
4. Real estate investment is more scale-able compared to Altcoin
99  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto is For Risk Takers on: July 18, 2018, 11:25:08 AM
Obviously crypto is for risk takers. crypto is for highly determined and ready to dare investors. Investors who see opportunity and dive right for it. I have personally tried couple of times to invest in some promising coins on the market. The feeling really get wired and regretting when the coin you just investor into begins to demonstrate depreciation in market price. Then i will be tempted to go sell the coin to avoid further lost.

lessons i have learnt. if you want to hit it big, have a bigger gut.
100  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to make friends ? on: July 15, 2018, 01:06:43 PM
It is not about my looks here considering my girlfriend is the hottest girl at uni
But I just can't make friends and have been ignored in groups on several occasions on accounts of being boring
Need some help here. ( will be grateful )

Most people just like you have had some challenges in making friends. The basic factor that might influence affinity to others may depend on their personality. who they really are.

The concept of friendship is largely about appreciating and accepting who you are and who the person you want to be your friend is. the absence of appreciation and acceptance makes friendship quite impossible.

If you want a sociable and easy going friend? first of all ask yourself whether you can relate with such a person. if you cant related with the kind of person you want to be friends with there is no way you two can be friend.
