I agree with you. When the project starts with such a lies, think that spending time and money on it is a silly idea.
Understand that all developers want to make money in such a market, but there must be some limit.

Hi Syndrome,

Our project has been publicly available since early march and been promoted since then too.
we've had coverage from national fintech organisations and from twitter accounts with over 4000 followers.
As mentioned to CJ, the stats in the block explorer reflect the addresses directly interacting with the network.
Our sagepool address ends in "6d" and under that there has been over 15 individuals participate in mining since launch before using the bitcointalk forum.
We had an initial community forum page on cryptocurrencytalk but unfortunately we didn't have much interaction which is why we moved here.

Hope this helps clear up the situation,
Adam

pfft, 125,000 blocks already mined, but network hash is @ 2 GH/s

so you just been soloing your own coin for what 3 weeks? Cheesy

ONE miner also = 80% of the whole network according to your explorer

ya im good, not even worth switching a rig for lol

Hi Cj,

We launched early march and had our twitter and cryptocurrency talk page live but the community isn't very active there unfortunately.
Also, the miner distribution chart only takes into account the mining addresses directly interacting with the network, our pool address ends in 6d and we have had a lot more people mining through that over the last few weeks

CPU mining is not recommended.

Hey, the overall hashrate on the network is still relatively low so don't be deterred from participating right now. We do have some plans for a CPU only pool soon though.

In the meantime, keep your eyes peeled for a giveaway  Wink

etash is for asic now,body

You can mine Sage with claymore ethminer at our pool: https://mining.sagecity.io/#/

120k blocks mined alright since March 12th announcement? Whats the blocktime? Is this a premine?

We publicly launched on march 12th and had a forum page over at cryptocurrencytalk but didnt get much interaction, mining is available to anyone who wants to participate.
Blocktime is around 15 seconds but it varies while the network is in its infancy
There is no premine, only a 3% minting founders fee which we are planning to utilise by community voting on spending (check out the whitepaper: https://www.sagecity.io/technical-whitepaper)
