I believe that Ivanov needs to do a lot of work to advance the Waves to a more worthy place in the cryptocurrency market. Today, the main advantages of the wave are its very high transaction speed, but in my opinion, security is very weak. You wont be expecting something good from waves -> old coin especially when it is being managed by a forex trader. If you also noticed old coins/tokens are slowly dropping away which means newer coins/tokens are replacing them because the old ones have the same weakness. blockchain will develop those older models will be replaced by better versions. |

I'm forced to create this topic today because it's getting annoying how some new developers are creating gold backed tokens on this forum, please listen to me, some use cases are foul play in crypto space and gold backed tokens are one of them, many so called devs are building tokens but they have no proof that those tokens are backed by any gold yet some investors believed them, it's all lies, open your eye people...
The only way I can trust a token that's backed by real gold is if the project is from a gold company, verified and certified, I'm talking about well known real gold companies like
1. Kinross Gold
2. GoldCorp
3. Agnico-eagle mines e.t.c
These are examples of real life gold companies, stand for the truth and stop promoting or patronizing unrealistic crypto projects
Are you sure that these projects are really backed with real gold? I have known some projects that actually been backed with gold but not able to get traction nor become success due to lack of interest. Its nothing new that project devs will be tagging off other ideas just for them to imply it into their own project and make it look more interesting. When we do talk gold then it do simply spark out someones interest thats why you cant really stop nor get rid of those people who do deal up even with fake ones.This isnt only limited on gold niche but also in others as well. If you read carefully he mentioned if its backed by these companies because those are companies dealing with real gold but I dont see any reason for those companies to have any partnership with cryptotokens when they dont have any problem exchanging their gold with real cash. |

I think that Waves has long ago become worse than it was, there are no great prospects there, in my opinion, you can invest in this coin to make money.
You wont be expecting big from the forex trader Sasha unlike Vitalik which has a background in coding you would expect Eth would really progress. This is a big problem big funding but its being runned by people with no clue/idea with crypto. |

Gold backed token use case is very good but not for every developers, scammers are just taking the advantage of the use case since it will easily attract investors, without real gold company and partnerships I will never invest in such project
so far only a few cryptocurrency that get support from gold because I know gold is not directly involved with cryptocurrency price movements so when buying a cryptocurrency that says they have the support of gold then you must be careful but if you have the confidence to buy it then don't problem because the risk is in your own hands. I am curious what are those cryptocurrency? As far as i know nothing i have encountered with actual proofs, its either they cant share because about security or pictures of those gold are photoshopped. I also agree that people should stay-away from those tokens claiming backed with gold because the amount of regulations involve would be big, its not a walk in the park. |

I invested total 7 Ethereum at this coin but now they are almost hundred USD only. When the platform will be ready,any possible date?
If this project were updated then we never see that current condition. Whatever i also big investors in these project since end of 2017. I was own 1800 tokens provably when it was worth of 3000$ and right now i didn’t see any centralized exchange where going trade, it’s got delisted gradually from all of exchanges, What a declined. It’s untracked listing in the coinmarketcap. @ethbits profile last active since 2018. they might have cashed out during the bear market and launching an exchange now is very difficult since regulations are getting strict to such businesses. |

That is right. But expect that other projects, so many of them, will always try to snatch the spot from Ethereum. Have you read so many promotions of other projects with the lines like "Ethereum Killer" or "next Ethereum". Well, good luck to them but that will not happen. They need to keep up with the fast and regular updates that the team behind Ethereum is doing. Other projects are obviously lagging far behind and without a very active team as Ethereum's.
Give it a time because Ethereum platform has also a downside. Polymath discussed it why most companies wont use it for their Security tokens. |

nobody has ever supported centralized shitcoins ever and this is not about to change in the future. and coins like this one only got some short term traction because of the name and the million dollars that were behind them trying to pump and make profit. they all have a short life which comes to an end when they reach that expiration date. in 2020 it will be an old pumped coin on track of dying not anything else.

You are wrong. Bounty is not dead, rather new bounties are coming in every week and month. I earned 500$ last month from bounties. My friend circle earned huge money from bounties in this year. So, people should not give up on bounties, keep searching for the best project. I would believe you but you havent been active lately. How did you earn $500 last month if you havent posted much and with a member account those chances are pretty small unless you have dozens of multiple accounts. |

99% is an overestimation in my opinion. One could argue only 1% of crypto will eventually have a real world use, but as we have seen, speculation tends to be the main aspect of crypto. And I don't think that will change anytime soon. So although many coins may die, I think this conversation will go on for a while yet ... years from now there may be less coins, but I don't think as many will go to zero as some think.
Even with coins that has usecase could still go to zero, too many tokens/altcoins doing the same thing with not even providing something new. People are in it for the money, the coins that do not generate any hype or marketing will go zero because people would ignore it and go for the one that genereates noise. |

ETH, Monero, Siacoin, IOTA, Golem, ripple are some of the well known coins which have a practical use. PERL coin came up with a good practice, the coin became opacity coin.
I have to admit I've never heard of golem, but the other ones I'm somewhat familiar with. As far as practical uses go, I'd say monero offers a lot more privacy than other coins but I don't know if it actually gets used for anything practical. Since I've never owned any monero, I'm not aware if you can buy anything with it. Same goes even for coins like Eth. Being able to purchase goods or services with a coin is probably the most important measure of practicality in my opinion. True, Eth does offer the smart contract functionality, but that really hasn't been used for many real world purposes other than creating scam tokens. How about doge or litecoin? There are merchants that accept those coins for payment, and they're even sold at some bitcoin ATM's. They might not be as popular as coins like Eth or monero, but they do get used more for commerce I think. By the way, I'm curious as to what siacoin, iota, and ripple are really used for. Anything other than trading? Siacoin - used for cloud storage Iota - you can use it for data protection and verification, planning to have dapps on the network soon. I have the same fear as you. Trading indicators really matter for a market that is always manipulated as strongly as the crypto market. There, it takes people tens of thousands of dollars to realize the problem and experience.
so even the knowledgeable person will not easily beat the market. Just to be safe, you shouldn't trade here. hold & sell high is the best strategy.
TA is pretty much useless, Most analysts have been wrong and only a few correct predictions. Market manipulation can produce price dump, and not all price dump are as a result of market manipulation.

I really dont think that $1 is going to happen soon for stellar that would put it next to ethereum which has the bigger market and platform.
And even if the market goes to a bullrun it also needs bitcoin to go up to make the $ 1realistic
