81  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Aurora coin.. for real? on: February 28, 2014, 10:28:37 AM

I guess I will applaud them for an 'out of the box' marketing scheme..

but I bet 80% of iceland doesn't know what crypto currency is.
and 50% pre-mine opens HUGE room for corruption pocketing without a 3rd party auditing firm, don't you think?

Will they pull it off u think?
82  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Worldcoin got approval for ATM in China on: February 28, 2014, 10:16:41 AM
http://www.reddit.com/r/worldcoin/comments/1z63v5/dude_wdc_rushed_up_10_at_btc38_just_now/

Just saw Worldcoin went up like 12% and went to find this out.

For real?  The buying DID comes from China if you look at the time sequence.
I am calling it legit for now.
83  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ALL CRYPTOS FALLING... on: February 23, 2014, 04:38:43 AM

Altcoins having the best day for the entire week

megacoin raised 30%

and worldcoin, vertcoin appears to start rallying up too.

coinbase bitcoin price still at 625 still...

though I do agree, the gap between bitcoin and altcoins will narrow.
84  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: megacoin up 30% on: February 23, 2014, 03:01:26 AM

well, not everyone is in it for the long run.

in fact I cashed in megacoin before I posted.

I think it is fair to say most (?)  are in it for the trade only.
85  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: megacoin up 30% on: February 23, 2014, 02:06:53 AM

cause I assume you can read.

fine. assuming good faith, and you are not trolling, then

Vertcoin is good, just too new, and too concentrated, very vulnerable to HUGE swings
as such though I really like the development, I am not telling people to put in money yet.

I am observing it for a little while longer, it is not on my buy list, but it is on my good list.
I will be looking at the blockchain again after 2 months to see before committing.

Hope that answers.
86  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: megacoin up 30% on: February 23, 2014, 01:55:22 AM
man, can people PLEASE do their homework?
you said you read my posts? you clearly hadn't

just click my name, go to posts, search megacoin.
if you can't do that. let me help you.

Vertcoin was not a bad choice, until I inspected the blockchain yesterday and see how concentrated it is in a few users.
this makes the coins highly manipulative, they can squeeze down the price easily til you let go... I have removed VTC from my list.
you can go take a look if you want, let me know if you come to same conclusion after seeing the blockchain..

this might be because VTC is too new... so giving them a benefit of a doubt for now, but definitely looks weird.

don't invest in any 'new' crypto, nothing out of the top 20 market cap either.

Litecoin is a save choice, but it won't go anywhere, so if you buy looking for appreciation, Litecoin will do nothing for you.

I feel it is either Megacoin, or Worldcoin, only these two appears to have a future in sudden appreciation.
and of the 2, the current new management in Worldcoin appears much more aggressive.
buy slowly, add more whenever you have more confidence, crypto is a volatile world, always reserve some ammunition to buy again lower.
and don't be afraid to make a 10% profit, you probably can buy again soon.

probably will give u good results.

May your venture be profitable.

trolls everywhere...
87  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top 15 Crypto discussion on prospect on: February 23, 2014, 01:46:16 AM
oh hey, I made 3.5 BTC buying Megacoin last night.

i am quite sure I know what I am doing bro. Smiley

you buy the rest and see where it brings you. I let result speaks.

I been investing in crypto since 2010, so I know how to read momentum, what is BS and who's trolling.

but you do what you want, I will not call you uneducated or nothing. Cause hey, I am happy with my profits.
88  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / megacoin up 30% on: February 23, 2014, 01:40:10 AM

Last time when I posted on recommendations.

I said I like Megacoin / worldcoin and vertcoin
and pretty much I got laughed at. (48 hrs ago)

Just to show some strong picks .. megacoin up 35% since.  Just to show you jokers/trolls.
(though I am not selling Megacoins, 35% profit is good enough for me, made 3.5 BTC there already)

Worldcoin and Vertcoin will go up in similar magnititude soon. Just see.

89  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top 15 Crypto discussion on prospect on: February 23, 2014, 01:29:39 AM

I did not know about about Novacoin... thanks for pointing out.

taking a look now myself.
90  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top 15 Crypto discussion on prospect on: February 22, 2014, 03:02:16 PM

i might have grouped sha256 coins together.
but unmineable without ASIC is unmineable. I do reckon Peercoin and Namecoin both have good new tech involved, but I am not interested in things I cannot mine.
as the price is easily too centralized.

You've done more than group SHA-256 coins together, you've blatantly miscategorized and provided misinformation on multiple coins. And Namecoin has been merged-mined for years...

Anyhow, if you've made $150k profit off of Bitcoins, why haven't you gotten an ASIC? When even top of the line ASICs right now cost under $15k, that's a fairly mitigated risk for someone who has made as much as you claim to have made. Additionally, in order to have made that much, you could have easily consolidated some of your equipment and taken the risk (after all, you must have clearly taken risks to have gotten a lot from BTC). So why not?

To be frank, I think you're spewing out a bunch of hot air.

if you started on bitcoin in 2010, you will know how
and no, I don't believe in ASIC, the moment GPU started to not work, I moved on.

Bitcoin mining in the very beginning was just a benching game, I had no idea it would be so profitably then.
and I am glad I cashed in at 840 too.

anyway, if you listened to my previous selection in Megacoin, you made 10% today dude. so....
91  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [WARNING]dogecoin and coins that lie from the start, with premine are scam coins on: February 22, 2014, 02:38:09 PM
when doge starts to fail, people will start dumping doge into bitcoin

agreed.

or the next best choice.

this is one of the reason I was talking top 15 earlier.
as both Bitcoin and Doge might dump into another coin. (may or may not)

but if it happens, it will be sweet to capture the right one for a fast 300-500% increase.

Altcoins are too obscure to understand. Too many. No real purpose. Untrustworthy developers.

Bitcoin has the properties of gold and therefore imo the best chance of survival.

subjective I guess.

I think the ASIC concentration made bitcoin too centralized and least likely to be stable.
when a big player cash in, end of story.

93  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Fast [FST] underevaluated on: February 22, 2014, 01:40:39 PM

i actually agree, this coin is also vastly undervalued.

I feel it was marketing that was lacking.
both fastcoin and worldcoin if properly marketed, can be a monster.

apparently, this is not an easy task for most.
94  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [WARNING]dogecoin and coins that lie from the start, with premine are scam coins on: February 22, 2014, 01:33:05 PM

doge coin is not a scam

it is a joke turned into an amazing marketing story

how long it will last, I will have some serious questions about though, afterall, how long can people put money on a joke...

my predication, is one day, suddenly the price crash, and the panic might not be contained, bringing Doge to a more reasonable market cap

I however need to say, I am very impressed with the community work the doges have done. nothing short of amazing.

no one knows all the trivia. I know enough to know I know a lot more than you.
also to see you don't know enough to not pick up on jokes.

and done with you troll, go away if you have nothing to discuss.
97  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top 15 Crypto discussion on prospect on: February 22, 2014, 01:03:46 AM
lol. oh very mature respond, I am quite sure it is you that doesn't know shit.
I made over $150k USD in profit in bitcoin, I invite you to do better before commenting.

but looks like I was right to think this forum is full of people like you.

I also was right, about most people won't like to hear the cold hard truth of the top 15.

Lets see more people try to defend without facts next.
98  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top 15 Crypto discussion on prospect on: February 22, 2014, 12:55:08 AM
investing in bitcoin since 2010, so probably be around longer than you.

new to this sub-forum though, seeing how good the knowledge goes here.
99  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Top 15 Crypto discussion on prospect on: February 22, 2014, 12:42:25 AM
order by today's market capon mineable coins

#1 Bitcoin - the largest horse gets all the crap, that's what happening now. I fear the future here, looks like it's market share will en eroded by other cryptos.

#2 Litecoin - the second, and might be best coin for value holding, though seems pretty priced in for future up swings.. stable, but boring in price actions.

#3 Peercoin - Bitcoin's sha256 brother, mined for proxy Bitcoin buying by ASIC, nothing to look at. I cannot mine it at all with ASIC

#4 Dogecoin - A joke that went out of hand, and now we are all eating doge spam everyday. It will collapse big time one day when major holders sell, cash in now if u are smart.

#5 Namecoin - Bitcoin's sha256 brother #2, mined for proxy Bitcoin buying by ASIC, nothing to look at.

#6 Protoshares - This one I never understood the value, can captain proto help me out a little bit for better understanding?

#7 Quark - the most pre-mined top 10 of all times. somehow the community seems ok with it, and I have yet to understand that, I also say cash in before it is too late.

#8 feathercoin - the zombie that came back to life, was funny to see the forum board asking questions about why they appreciating, pump action only.. will probably slowly grind down.

#9 Primecoin - Bitcoin's sha256 brother, mined for proxy Bitcoin buying by ASIC, nothing to look at.  I cannot mine it.

#10 Megacoin - I kind of like this coin, though I am not sure if the price is stable cause it is good, or no one cares, very little trading volume, makes cashing larger size difficult. 3rd favorite. buy now.

#11 Infinitecoin - and endless coin with endless chance to depreciate, like dogecoin. Infinitecoin had some very suspecious pump and dump, I say cash in if it goes up a little  more before it drops 20%

#12 Novacoin - a coin that has been aroung long enough to be interesting.. combines some virtual of a few coins.. but a very slow dev team.. has potential?

#13 Worldcoin - sold down from #8 to #13 from projects that was never meant to be, I like the new management, strong community. 30 secs undervalue? looks ok to me at this price.

#14 Vertcoin - was another of my favorite, until I bought in at 0.6 and then it went to 0.28, i looked at the blockchain to see very suspecious concentration. The community appears strong, but the uneven distribution gave it red flags all over, also too new, never will I make the same mistake twice, I will observe it for another 3 months before reconsidering.

#15 Dakcoin - Pumped up coin, will be out of the picture next week when people realize and race to sell to secure remains. too new to have value at this level, a sell for me.

Do you agree with my list?

probably will give u good results.

May your venture be profitable.
