Also the above poster has some valid points. External events have had an effect on the coin recently. We cannot control these and they effect the market for the coin. It is not that people don't care or do not want to hold the coin but they are waiting to see what unfolds. Once they start seeing us mentioned in the media and word starts spreading then they will more than likely jump back in.

Well..I should be on the road to Alaska but I thought I better check this thread one more time...LO and BEHOLD..another new wallet download Ok I did it and it even mined 42 new coins. Can I leave for Alaska now knowing that I am all caught up with Coin 2.1? Probably not..(thank god for McDonalds free wi-fi hotspots).
A word of advice as there are enough pissed off people already (not me).
Any future updates to the wallet should be labeled accordingly !! This new updated wallet still has the same version number as the previous. The latest should have been labeled v.2.1.0.1 or something to distinguish it from previous version (v,2.1.0.0). I just named my folder "COIN 2.1(2nd edition)" to avoid confusion. I think there are going to be a lot of "which v.2.1.0.0 is correct" type questions. Get my drift??? Ok..fuck the crabcakes..who wants salmon and halibut??? I agree, versioning really is necessary  |

The annual interest was variable from the beginning, Starting with 30% interest the first year, 20 year 2, 10 year 3, 5 year 4, 2 year 5 and 1 after that.
This was the initial idea with interest. Now if it would make the community happy since we did have to do this large cap upgrade we can lower those.
NXT-E is waiting on us to pay. We are awating polo, Bittrex and bter's new wallet addresses and the exchanges will start.
We have mintpal, CCEX and NXT-e addresses and are just waiting for those other 3.
Cryptohunter come to the IRC i will switch your coins over manually myself.

I am sure if you follow this path you will seek what you find. Nobody is switching to x11 that is really a 'unique' thought..... And......... throwing in some proof of stake !! Quite an original recipe indeed. This coin needs some serious marketing or change overall. How about to switch coin to CORG2.0 with X11 algo with couple coins for PoW and PoS2.0 for the rest of the coins? Anything to see some progress I would start with lowering the total amount of coins in the first place to get higher value of coins. What do you think will get this coin grow in the long run? |

Again Arbitrageur, I will be more than happy to have this debate with everyone on the new thread Cmon don't let TIPS die. Any news? Any new planed feature? I realy invested a lot in TIPS and i don't want to be forced selling all my Tips (serveral millions) @ 6 latoshi. If there is the tip of the community with lowering max. coin amount, and it worked for other coins, maybe its smart doing the same for Fedoracoins again. I agree with you, toal amount of coins (moneysupply) should be lowered generously. 500B is just way too much to get any value  |

Yes they do. Im glad we can keep the logo and I hope we do keep the Coin2-Page also. I still have lots of stickers left and I will re-order as soon as they're gone... Not a very cheap but promising investment for me out of my own pocket... |

So far as I know : Yeah mintpal caused us to have to raise the amount of coins.
With their bs.
But its okay. The leftover coins after the exchange will be going into a public wallet. For bounties and giveaways So any surpluses are going for the community! So we will have a chance to earn some C2.1 while getting bounties for tasks Which is great for us. Isn't? Yes sir, well transparency what this overhead of coins is used for would be nice, I mean this is ~30 % surplus of coins which didn't exist before swapping What exactly is given to Mintpal, what is open for bounties ?! |

Now just those Exchanges need to run trading again and we are back on the tracks! I hope it will happen today ... For the social component of this community I wish we can wait for most of the people with local wallets to have their cons swapped before we go live on exchanges I doubt we can wait for every single one, I for myself, have coins swapped already this morning which was working just awesome and fast (thanks Kalisto, you're brilliant). I would love to see C2.1 on exchanges, but I would wait for a little bit longer |
