LISK at ~ 0.42 cents USD, it went up from the dips from last week, I don't understand where it is going bust?
BTC went up but LISK remained the same, just the number of BTC changed. Am I missing something? or is this just trying to spread confusion?

This coin has been hyped, it's shit, you never hear from the actual developers. Barely any public appearances. Meanwhile volume is drying up to the level of other shitcoins.
Just sell already. Sit on a portfolio of ETH + bitcoin. Ignore everything else if you want what's best for you.

I have no reason to partake in any other discussions that I am not invested in, especially not on this weird-ass forum that's ridden with third-world country scammers. I don't discuss ETH or BTC, I consider them proven projects. Their challenges and potentials are known to everyone. That leaves LISK. As a proposed ''Ethereum killer/counterpart" but without anything substantial to back that claim, I saw the chance for a quick and hefty post-ICO profit, but absolutely nothing long-term. So far I'm right on track, the rest of you aren't. The proof is in the pudding. There are simply too many people here who fail to realise that we're in a dotcom bubble 2.0. 99% of the crypto projects will fail spectacularly. One day, the realisation will hit that no one really gives a shit about decentralisation yet. There will be but a handful of winners, with actual utility or as proven stores of value. I'm sorry, but Lisk is not one of them. It is too ambiguous, the team seems amateurish at best. If all you have to go by is wishful thinking or empty arguments akin to 'javascript reaches millions of developers' then please re-consider if you should treat LISK as a short or long term project for your own finances. Stakeholder, lol. You look so stupid with your posts, even you try to look smart. Nobody who really hold lisk, will post such bs. You missed the train and you are scared. Because lisk can beat any project. I've read every single post of Vidale and as a Lisk holder; he has a point. There is no 1 person here who is arguing on his level by using good arguments and points. What he actually sees is a one big wall of fud and misunderstanding. And what I miss here, are people who can explain why Lisk will be the next good project without screaming ; you've missed the ICO. So let's try again folks and discuss with each other with arguments. You can expect that during the first 3 months after release we will put the biggest focus on security, scalability, and optimisation of the whole Lisk ecosystem.
Obviously we will also finish up the pre-launch items and work on other things, but as written above we want to get the perfect foundation to build on in the coming years.
After that we will start to work on new features, core apps, and so on. More details later. Further, a question to the Lisk team: I saw several conferences which Lisk will attend to and that is all great. While I was searching for an upcoming event for in Amsterdam, I saw this one: 9 June, Amsterdam Blockchain conference With speakers like: Sergei Lonshakov - DAO, Decentralized Autonomous Organization Annish Mohammed - Ripple Labs, Advisor Peter Oakes - FinTech Ireland, Founder & Chief Risk Officer at Bank of America Merchant Services Jacob Boersma - Deliotte, Managing consultant in digital identity and security Bas Wisselin - NXT Foundation, Board Member Richard Kastelein - Blockchain News, Founder & Publisher And many others.. The webwallet sucks, the blockchain sucks and can't handle the number of transactions, the official nodes are not efficient at all, this is a total mess and it's reflected in the price.
Lisk is awesome. Just wait until the price skyrockets. It will also sucks, for those who dumped Give me a good reason why the price should increase drastically at the current stage. Because of a press conference? Good one. Don't get me wrong, i have some LISK too but this is like walking on quicksand. 6. Expectation of the market: People compare it to Ethereum. I'm not sure if that is very smart because it is different, but regarding the market-situation it may be more true than false. And many missed to buy Ethereum at low prices after launch and they don't want to make this mistake again. That's why I believe we will see a similar price-dynamic but faster. Conclusion: Lisk is in a very early stage but it has a lot of potential and that means that there is also a lot of room and potential for the price. To be honest: My strategy was to buy into the ICO to sell very soon after launch. Initially I just figured that they are good in marketing. But I really like how they've managed the problems regarding development and how they communicated it. That's why I didn't sell because I believe there is much much more price-potential. Good analysis. The main problem is that LISK is fundamentally flawed. It cannot be taken seriously or used for serious application. Perhaps this is by design? It would require a complete re-coding by experts to make it sound enough to be beneficial to big business. Otherwise it can remain what it is, a fun small time application for the masses without serious consequences should it break. Call it a 2016 DODGE coin now with fun applications for the masses. As such it is at best a USD0.50 coin tops. Nothing wrong with that and nothing wrong with catering to the masses in a light weight fun way which is what LISK does and will do. As detailed below to re-write of the code for serious applications seems too daunting at this late stage. Comparison to Ethereum has always been ludicrous. There is a reason the language was invented in their case to operate on the blockchain. LISK is its own thing and has its followers and community just like DODGE, it will come out with fun apps for them, games and other neato javascript things, just how javascript in the early days did the same on the web.
