Well, at least now I don't feel so badly....I went ALL-in at 58,000sat. I see others have also, and are holding. I just hope & pray IE is correct about next week's rise & stability.From all my research, this is NOT a shitcoin, but the chart does look like one. Very disturbing 5-day chart....  BEST OF LUCK TO US ALL!! ~darylluke.  I guess everyone looks at charts differently. What I see is stability and sideways movement with minor spikes and dips. One person with less than 20BTC can pump CLD to 55,000 sat. So getting above 50,000 sat is not an issue, the issue is building buy support at higher levels. As more people realize CLD is not a shitcoin and is severely undervalued, the price will gradually increase. |

I see the scumbag dumpers are having a field day. Bastards, couldn't just hold their fucking coins and let the thing go up to reach a true value - had to fuck it up each time it recovers.
The price will go up again above 30000 later today. Next week you will see significant gains, and by Thursday everyone will be wondering why they didn't buy. People who are holding steady are going to be happy they pitched in and held the line, people who sold are going to be pissed they didn't have more patience. This is how a new coin is suppose to perform, slow and steady movement with occasional dips. The first day skyrocket pumps with the equally dramatic dumps is not healthy for a coin. When an unknown developer promises features that should have been ready at launch, and the developers claims it will take weeks to deliver, it is most likely a scam and you should take your profit and run. However, when a developer like dminer69 has mostly everything ready at launch, and keeps news flowing in daily, you buy as much as you can and hold. If I didn't think CLD was going to be a mega hit I would have sold and moved on already, I definitely wouldn't waste my time and money on a Lottery if I didn't think CLD was worth it. dminer69 was spending money on CLD before the coin even launched, and I can tell he is dedicated to his coin. Now is the time the community has to start pitching in and getting the word out. The dev team can't be expected to do everything by themselves. Even just Tweeting about CLD will help spread the word and get the news out. |

It states that if you withdraw your coins you will be disqualified - can you clarify this? Does that mean that If I withdraw my coins now - after being one of the first entrants - and then put them back in the wallet by the time the lottery closing time I would still be disqualified?
If so, this seems unfair towards those who entered early with large sums of coins as it would appear that the best thing to do would be to enter at the last minute with as many coins as possible and have just as equal an opportunity to win as someone who has invested as soon as it started with the same number of coins.
Secondly, if a permanent disqualification occurs as I stated above, if I were to withdraw all coins BUT for 301 left in the wallet, can I still remain part of the competition and then put those coins back in the wallet at the last minute to have the same chance of winning as if I had kept them there from start to finish?
These are important questions because If there is no weighting is placed in favor of those who entered at the very start over those who enter at the last minute with the same number of coins then the entire purpose of this competition will be defeated. The idea is to keep the coins off the exchange for as long as possible - not for someone to fiddle the market and then shove all their coins in a wallet at teh last minute and scam you and the rest of the entrants.
I would be better off withdrawing all my coins, trading to make more and then putting them all back in the wallet in time for the deadline if the current rules are interpreted correctly.
Hi..those are good questions. Just after releasing the lottery a few parameters were tweaked. If someone's balance goes under 300 CLD the system will remove the participant from the Lottery, but he/she can reenter if the coins are replaced. However, there is weighing on both the amount of coins and the amount of days a person has been in the system. Participants do get credit for joining early. Remember this is a work in progress and there will be tweaks and adjustments along the way. I am trying to make it as fair as possible to give everyone a chance to win. I will most likely do another CLD Lottery after the current one is complete. |

1. This has been answered.Note: Remember the more coins you have in your wallet the better your chance is of winning. Think of each coin as a lottery ticket. The more coins (tickets) you have, the odds of winning increases. However, someone with 300 coins can still win the grand prize even if someone else has 10,000 coins.

A Few Things1. Yesterday I asked everyone to move some or all of their coins from the exchange to their local wallets for security reason. Less than 24 hours later BTER was hacked and 51 million NXT coins were stolen! Some people heeded my warning and moved their coins, but there are still over 800,000 coins left on the exchange! 800,000 CLD coins in one place is extremely unsafe, we must reduce that number by half. This is not a "ploy" or some kind of trick to be able to sell before everyone else. The CLD network is secured by everyone staking their coins, staking is very important to the network.
2. To motivate everyone to move some or all of their coins to their local wallets I have created a CLD Lottery! 8000 CLD in prizes and anyone with 300 or more CLD in their wallet can play! I want everyone to think about 8000 CLD for a second! Currently my lottery is worth $1,662 in prizes. If CLD reaches $1 per coin in the near future, the prizes will be worth $8000!!! All you have to do is move your coins to your local wallet to have a chance at winning!!! Anyone not taking advantage of this doesn't like free money. 3. I also asked everyone to remove their sell walls to help the price improve. Once again some people pitched in and removed their sell walls and the price increased like promised. If everyone pitched in and began removing their sell walls we can go to 100k very easy. The sellers dictate the price of the coin, and it is hard to "pump" a coin if everyone has sell walls setup.
4. A coin is only as good as the developer and the community. Watching the charts is not going to inspire others to buy. It is our job as the members of the CLD community to go out and let everyone know why CLD is worth investing in. Some of you have issue with me "promoting" CLD, and you are entitled to your opinion. But I must ask what have you done to promote CLD? Just buying and waiting for the price to increase is not helping to spread the word. So if you want to criticize me for promoting CLD that is ok, but at least match me in my efforts in getting the word out. Tweet, go in troll boxes, post around the forum, do whatever it takes to let everyone know why CLD is a good investment!

my coins are now in my wallet and unlocked for staking but when I try to enter the IE compo it keeps telling me I need a minimum of 300 coins to enter to which I now have 335!
Any thoughts on this?

Remove Your Sell Walls & Your Coins From Bittrex
As some of you have already pointed out having this many sell walls up now doesn't help anyone. By removing your sell walls you alleviate sell pressure and also make it significantly easier to get CLD back above 40,000. We the investors control the price of CLD, and the less coins being sold the higher it goes. Think about the first day of trading, CLD quadrupled in price because no one had sell walls up yet. I would also like to make it clear it is not safe to have so many coins on the exchange. We all remember what happened with BlackCoin and VeriCoin. There are approximately 901,358 coins being stored on Bittrex! That is basically the entire supply of coins! I am not saying you have to remove your entire stash from the exchange, but maybe half or a bit more to be safe.
I am not going to do predictions but I believe CLD is a 200k+ coin. I do not fault anyone for wanting to sell for profit, but you are really selling far too low. It is similar to selling a new car for the price of a bus ticket. The developer has been approved by multiple services and I also had him vetted before I invested. He is a smart and driven man with impressive credentials, and I sincerely believe he wants the best for all of us and CLD. He has been very professional and active throughout this process, and I am more than confident if anyone can make a success out of this coin he can.
So lets take a moment and think about what he has already accomplished.
1. One of the smoothest and fairest launches ever.
2. Working Android wallet first week of launch.
3. Cloud service (In Beta) first week of launch.
4. Press release first week of launch.
5. Ad campaign first week of launch.
6. Explainer videos first week of launch.
How many other coins had this much done the first week of launch? XCloudCoin has accomplished more in 5 days than most other coins that was released a month ago. So if XCloudCoin is not a good investment, then I do not know what other alt coin is.

Most of you remember me back in the early days of BlackCoin when everything was looking optimistic, some of you only know about me through rumors and fud. Yes I am an investor and I buy and sell coins. I will be 100% upfront with everyone. My plan was to buy and sell at the top until I started reading more about the coin. Then the dev started releasing new stuff everyday and I was impressed. So I removed my sell orders and became a long term holder. CLD reminds me of BlackCoin in the early days, and the dev deserves our support. I do not care if you believe me or not but I am not selling anytime soon. Even if I eventually move on to a new coin I am not selling. My lottery is my way of helping to get the word out about CLD and to get people staking their coins. I will do my best to help XCloudCoin become another Cloak or Via. If you remember back in the BlackCoin days it went over 90k, and recently Cloak went well above 150k, and I want the same to happen with CLD. So yes you can sell now and move on to some other coin that may or may not be a scam. Or you can stick it out and help make something great out of this coin. If you are on the sidelines watching, buy some and hold. Some devs deserve our support and this devs has mine. He hasn't asked us for one thing and he has provided a lot so far. Ignore the fud and the idiots, they will always be around. Do not sell your coins because I am in, because if that is the case you will most likely have to sell every top coin because I am in most.
