81  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: ALT coin Stores and Services List on: March 14, 2014, 03:04:39 AM
Can you recommend a website that has an accurate chart that shows how many Devcoins it takes to get 1 Bitcoin ?

Well coinwarz has a Devcoin chat which you can find at http://www.coinwarz.com/exchange-charts/devcoin-exchange-rate-chart.

According to that chat, one Devcoin is going for about 0.00000038 BTC.

Another site i have found seems to be floating more around 0.00000025 so all in all somewhere around there.

Hope that helps, come follow us on twitter for now until the main site is up!

Defiantly going to be an interesting one to watch unfold. I haven't been convinced enough myself as of yet so personally i don't have any interests in mining Auroacoin. Still like i said its going to be interesting at least.

But for anyone involved I do hope it works out well for you guys!

Happy mining!

Yeah I was 'mining' this coin at the beginning of crypto apples, mined some crapples for a week. Don't have a clue what they are now tho? revolution coins? Its all a mystery with this coin lol.

Actually just to add to that, will my wallet.dat file from the crapples qt work in this new CHE wallet then?

Thanks

Welcome back, hope you like the progress so far   Smiley

As long as you had the revised crapples wallet, just download the new wallet from the revolution website in the OP, run it and then paste in the crapples wallet.dat

If you have the original crypto wallet it wont work.

Thanks for getting back to me, yes the progress you have made so far looks good, let hope it stays that way and the future will be bright! yes i have the revised crapples wallet so should be a problem.

Again thanks for your help.

And has gotten it's private calculator which can be found at https://cointweak.com/calculator/coin/lpc

Congratulations on such a high revenue per day. It is nice to see a coin more then 1 satoshi up that high. Smiley

I learned that Windows 7 task scheduler sucks big balls. I have a server I've been trying to consolidate, but two weeks later it is still running on an XP machine because the completely rewritten tasks just don't run correctly regardless of effort. It's a fustercluck.

haha couldn't agree more.

93  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The FUD Storm. And so it begins... on: March 05, 2014, 09:25:32 PM
FUD is starting to impact the market less and less as time goes on. When silk road went down price dropped like mad. Mt Gox collapsing has lowered the price but we are still holding strong at a good price at the moment. Lets get back on track!
94  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CRYPTSY STOLE ME 2.31 BTC - SUGGESTIONS PLEASE on: March 05, 2014, 09:12:57 PM
Lol at seeing a lawyer over 2 BTC

I wouldn't mind 2 more BTC.
95  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CRYPTSY FROZE ME 2.31 BTC - SUGGESTIONS PLEASE on: March 05, 2014, 09:06:45 PM
Cryptsy.com stole me 2.31 BTC, withdrawal is stuck (though confirmed via mail).

I did phone my lawyer and I will meet him soon. Anyone had similar problems and unlocked funds peacefully?

Unfortunately Cryptsy has a bit of bad reputation, when it comes to lawyers and crypto-currencies they don't really seem to know a great deal about it and the law being such a gray area at the moment for cryptos its hard to successfully resolve these kinds of issues.

Best of luck though, hope you get your BTC back.
96  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: How many GH/s or TH/s is needed to make asic bitcoin mining profitble on: March 05, 2014, 07:52:55 PM
I was wondering how many GH or TH is needed to make bitcoin mining profitable?

is it worth the investment? I was looking at a 1TH miner at cointerra @ $3499.

Thanks

It all depends on time scale requirements, power cost, availability of hardware etc.

Work out what you want to make and what hardware you will need and then use a site like coinwarz.com to estimate your profitability.

Best of luck

Mt Gox were one of the worst things to happen to cryptos. Nevertheless now that they are gone it adds legitimacy to this new exciting technology that allows lesser tech savy people an entry into crypto-currencies. Lets move forward, add accountability to Bitcoin and other coins and forget that Mt Gox ever existed.

What kind of Rig would you need to start mining? Is it worth it?

Don't listen to people to tell you what you 'should have done' by looking for info elsewhere your new to the game and thats okay, you asking in the right place anyway thats for sure. These people, lets call them the "noob tribe" as it seems to be a favourite word of theirs, need to help beginners not put them off.

I know i have just signed up to Bitcointalk but have been involved in cryptos for some time so feel free to PM me if you need any help.
