That same VPN has almost certainly been used by another person on the same IP address to open a FortuneJack account.

This is one of the risks you take when using a VPN, since you can always end up being called a multi-accounter if this happens.

Also, pretty sure that bypassing geo-restrictions using a VPN leads to forfeiture of your funds.

I had one incident but I was falsely balmed for having multiple accounts and Fortunejack (bitcointalk) handled it for me and it was resolved.

It is not intended that a dispute be discussed in detail here and our name be negatively influenced by the false accusations of the player in question.

I would also like to add that the mental and physical bed controls were sent to our help desk within 24 hours, so I don't understand how you could suggest that it was after 48 hours.
