@Chato1977, a keen eye will see how he got caught. Still, if you don't leave your KYC - you can't proof that you own these details and that you ask for yourself.

Most of the questions are being repeated, so we collected the most common ones, take a look: 13 BTC were restored long ago..Only 1 case in the list is dated by 2017, all the other are no older than 2020. Why you don't show proofs?1xBit doesn't disclose personal information. Many players choose 1xBit for the opportunity to bet without leaving any personal info, and that could be done only if we do not disclose our info either. By showing our internal information, our whole community could be at risk of being revealed, so we do not and will never do so. There are proofs that 1xBit scamming players. No, if you look at them. Most of the accusers buy negative 1xBit accounts and try to get profit at both 1xBit and on BTT. These people usually create 1-day newbie accounts on the forum to post accusation, sometimes they post screenshots of disabled payment methods (which is a common practice for a closed account). And these screenshots shouldn't be considered as a proof since such screenshot/video could be made up easily by simply breaking a rule on site, even easier when you buy a closed account. How do you know that people buy 1xBit accounts?1xBit is not the first company to experience that. But some proofs are here and here. Links to these messages could be shared in pm to someone experienced on btt. Otherwise, we risk connecting buyers with sellers. Is there positive feedback about 1xBit?Yes, it is placed around the forum and in the dedicated threads like that. ////////////////// This list could be updated, ask your questions, and we will add the most interesting ones. If you believe that you didn't buy an account, didn't violate on-site rules and still have issue with your 1xBit account - share it via email, or in the more appropriate (than this) thread, or in pm - we will help finding out what happened. 1xBit team

this is a clear violation of every Victims right to claim their winnings.
Does a robber or a hacker have rights to keep the funds he has stolen? How does this differ from a guy who knows an outcome of the match, or tries to receive bonuses twice when they are only once available? Regarding resolved cases, please refer to this post: clickSome cases (including pm cases) are still pending answers, it will be posted soon. Sincerely, 1xBit team

After several emails, chats with live support and messages here in this forum, I couldn't even get a word from 1xbit about my situation.
Hello lemonn, you have received a reply to your main email at the moment of closure. Using multiple accounts to receive bonuses twice and for arbitrage betting is prohibited at 1xBit. Accordingly to the Terms and Conditions placed on the site, your accounts should be closed with a refund provided. The ~25 mBTC of deposits on the account ramobab@outlook.com is way lower than the sum of your withdrawals - thus refund is no longer required. 1xbit.com stole my money.
1xBit doesn't stole money. In case of an account being closed - our security checks it and, depending on the results, restores or refunds it - in both scenario funds are being returned to a player. It is written in our ToS and seen here on the forum. The same pattern should apply here, once we got a reply about your case - we will post it in this thread. But still you will receive an email in case you didn't yet. Sincerely, 1xBit team
