The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

Does a robber or a hacker have rights to keep the funds he has stolen?
Why not answer this yourself? because if there is someone who is taking money here that is you and your team , so many proofs had been released but you are still hiding in your Privacy reason lol. Some cases (including pm cases) are still pending answers, it will be posted soon.
Sincerely, 1xBit team

Best to disclose the proof people asking here to clear everything,
This will most probably never happen. If they didn't disclose the proof from a long period of time, it basically implies that they are shady and are untrustworthy which is why there are so many pending scam accusations against them. More than a week but still silence? tired of hearing the truth and answering lies?
Their answers will most likely never change. They will just be giving more excuses along with links to the 13 BTC thread and the reviews thread.

Most of the questions are being repeated, so we collected the most common ones, take a look: 13 BTC were restored long ago..Only 1 case in the list is dated by 2017, all the other are no older than 2020. Why you don't show proofs?1xBit doesn't disclose personal information. Many players choose 1xBit for the opportunity to bet without leaving any personal info, and that could be done only if we do not disclose our info either. By showing our internal information, our whole community could be at risk of being revealed, so we do not and will never do so. There are proofs that 1xBit scamming players. No, if you look at them. Most of the accusers buy negative 1xBit accounts and try to get profit at both 1xBit and on BTT. These people usually create 1-day newbie accounts on the forum to post accusation, sometimes they post screenshots of disabled payment methods (which is a common practice for a closed account). And these screenshots shouldn't be considered as a proof since such screenshot/video could be made up easily by simply breaking a rule on site, even easier when you buy a closed account. How do you know that people buy 1xBit accounts?1xBit is not the first company to experience that. But some proofs are here and here. Links to these messages could be shared in pm to someone experienced on btt. Otherwise, we risk connecting buyers with sellers. Is there positive feedback about 1xBit?Yes, it is placed around the forum and in the dedicated threads like that. ////////////////// This list could be updated, ask your questions, and we will add the most interesting ones. If you believe that you didn't buy an account, didn't violate on-site rules and still have issue with your 1xBit account - share it via email, or in the more appropriate (than this) thread, or in pm - we will help finding out what happened. 1xBit team

Indeed that is correct since we are crypto gamblers we wanted our details to be keep in private and that is Great of you , actually i respect and salute you for that. But what we have here is that Player itself is asking for Them to Disclose their details , they wanted you to show the proofs that they are cheating so i see no reason why not open those request? if the player itself is asking then why not deal with it in that manner?

@Chato1977, a keen eye will see how he got caught. Still, if you don't leave your KYC - you can't proof that you own these details and that you ask for yourself.

It's nice that the marketing team is very active and new forms of promotion appear all the time! Is there more information about this new contest at the moment, or we have to wait until tomorrow for the details to be published?

By showing our internal information, our whole community could be at risk of being revealed, so we do not and will never do so. this is a way your site found to be a scammer without being accused of scam, if you can't disclose proof then nothing prevents you from freezing people's background and using arguments that the person is a cheater and when the person asks you to show evidence you will say: "we cannot disclose evidence because we are a company that does not disclose customer information" with that the matter is closed and the person runs out of money

There are probably people who unknowingly violate the rules and unfortunately face the consequences. On the positive side is that even if someone tried to cheat, 1xBit returns the deposit.

Your argument makes no sense whatsoever. How can you say for sure that 1xbit isn't knowingly cheating some of their players by stealing their money and providing excuses linked to their TOS? You can't and that is a fact. 1xbit returns deposits sometimes in order to make themselves look legit while they are actually withholding their winnings in a shady manner. This is another fact.

I can't prove it, and you neither can prove that 1xBit writes untruth. It is an impasse that leads us to discuss it for months. The other guesses are only your suspicions, which you are also unable to confirm.

1xbit dont want to pay my money, they refuse to give me my money, they steal from me! I sent email, writing on chats, everything I did and they not responding to me anymore, and they not give me my money. They refuse to give me the money I have on the account, they just logged me out from my account, and not give me anymore access. They stop collaboration without refund, or give me to withdraw my money. This is insane. If there is some 1xbit support on this forum, can help to get my money back to me, otherwise, this is big scam. Account number: 319728587 Photo of the account before they logged me out: https://ibb.co/92Hpf2WSTILL NOT ANSWER,NO MONEY, NOT REFUND NOTHING!!! MY ACCOUNT STILL CANNOT LOGIN! after week that i did not visit this thread yet same issues happening here and there? same drama everyday and same answer from the team over and over again. I think those scam accusation already damaged the company 1xbit as they are trying to boost their name here making multiple signature campaigns to have different approach. It will be nice if you advise your campaign managers to create more slots for signature participants or create multiple signature and see the response you will get from even your fellow mates. Do you think that it is easy to have multiple signature campaigns? Multiple signature campaigns are only meant for platforms who can foot the bills. Incase you don't know many persons had been aspering to join 1×bit.

Signature campaign is the most popular form of promotion on Bitcointalk, so I'm sure it brings relative results.

I can't beleive how they can scam like this. For the first time I make account here because i dont need to send any id card or provement. I deposit money there to bet. After some time they logged me out from my account without any reason. Then they give me access to my account with all my winnings marked as VOID and refund and not give me my money win, and all lost games stay as lost. They said I put my two win games as known result, and my lost games are put in the same time and minute as they who won. This is total scam and they will not allow you to win 1 cent from this website, they will mark you all winnings are void and return money, BECAUSE YOU WON money, they not allow won here. only lose. This is total scam. This is out of the mind. I will share now the picture from my account to see how they scamming people who register here. So in future no one to reguster here because you will lose your money, because if you win, say bye to your money, and if you lose, you are welcome. Enjoy in this scam share picture provement of this scamming betting company 1xbit.com https://i.imgur.com/V9Ak3jK.pngSCAM SCAM SCAM! Just look same time, same minute, they mark that game as lose, and the another who I won, they marked as void . hahaha but this is not real what they doing!!!!!

The signature campaign is great, it's great for gambling casinos or projects with good potential and reputation, it will enhance their potential and their reputation as well but promoting known scam sites will just ruin their reputation further, I don't know if 1XBIT is really getting a lot of good leads but what I'm sure is they are getting a lot of exposure as a scam casino.

I see that you are getting better and better in insulting me.. But I understand that when it comes to money, people often lose their minds.
If you have not violated the rules, you have nothing to worry about, you will get your money back. Even if you have violated the rules, you will get your deposit back. Unfortunately, this type of review often lasts even up to 2-3 weeks, so you just need to be patient and you will receive an official answer.
When anyone loss money and do not get proper answer as well as get wrong answer or something like this then it could be same as s/he is saying. The scam site will never give money back if it is a handsome amount but it might be possible to give money back if the amount is very low.

A scammer or scam website will never give back a handsome amount. Here is an example that 1xBit gave back 800 mBtc, currently worth over $50k: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5267172.msg57907925#msg57907925The vast majority of complaints are for several hundred dollars, so your theory not fit to 1xBit situation, but I agree with you.

I used the word "neglect" to refer to the fact that 1xBit paid too little attention to Bitcointalk users in the past, ie neglected them.
