Однозначно для экспертов надо ввести квалификационный отбор. И звания от "Прохожего" до "Платинового эксперта" тоже неплохо. Только слово "ранги" я бы заменил на другой синоним - например, те же "звания". А то лично у меня сразу возникает ассоциация, что следующим этапом станет раздача меритов.

Я думаю, что отбор специалистов будет конечно же по каким-либо документам, иначе проект быстро потеряет свой авторитет. Для этого команде нужно будет потратить немало времени на старте проекта, но когда первые эксперты зарекомендуют себя - они смогут проводить собеседования у вновь прибывших экспертов, только нужно ввести систему поощрений и штрафов на тот случай, если вновьприбывший человек окажется некомпетентным, то наказание должен нести человек, принявший его в проект.

Как по мне то идея плохая, я обращаюсь за помощью, при этом не бесплатно, в надежде найти ответ на поставленный вопрос, а не участвовать в проверке "экспертов". Я так могу зайти на любой тематический форум и мне так само накидают вариантов, но вот какой из них достоверно верный?
