  I learned how to talk fluently from constant practice, having a rententive memory is highly important because while watching good English movies I tend to bring my ears down to learn how they communicate effectively and efficiently without stress, I also grab their vocabularies and go back at my quiet time to come through them. Indeed I have learnt a whole lot from movies and reading novels.

I'm not really a football person, like I always say I'm a lover of football that don't watch football, for a whole year I can just watch just 1 or 2 days, yet I love football 😎😊 well the reason why I prefer football to other sports is because of the unity, cooperation,oneness, togetherness show of love to work together as a team as one big family admist their ethnic/tribal/religious differences. They're not divided by their nationality.. teamwork is the key ✊

Well, most people don't  even  know the simple eating manners, they just eat randomly anyhow,no dieting, no watching of weight.

Nigeria is the most populous country in Africa, and also seen to be the Giants of Africa.. but lately she has been living in past glory. The honour she has had has been killed and buried by this recent administration.
   The APC LED Government, been led by the president Muhammad Buhari has cost more harm than good to Nigerians. Banning crypto currency is just one of the dooms the recent administration has dragged millions of Nigerians especially youths into..

Apparently the blacks has been racially intimated and demoralized by the whites.but this is not about RACISM it's about the blacks themselves.
   Let's look deep into the system of GOVERNANCE in Africa, handpick any country of yourself and see the dictatorship going on under the disguise of democracy..
   The blacks hates and discriminates themselves so much, and keeps fighting themselves they even go as far as racially abusing themselves too.   
  African leaders are the cause of the under development and uncivilization over there, that region is over populated with insufficient resources and the attitude in leadership needs to be changed and immediately corrected because it's getting late as time goes.
  Imagine after loosing an election, most African leaders refuses to leave office for the winner of the of the election.they believe the incumbent can't be won or removed from the office. It's absurd to think of it. For example the recent election in Uganda, that was won by Bobbi Whine but refused to serve the people that voted him because of the dictator president.. the excessive killings just for power.
  The world has nothing to do to help Africa this time around, Africans has to help themselves by coming together as one. And fight out this bad eggs and making them face the law squarely..

    Basically  internet fraud has been on the hike(increase) or rise in recent times, several scam cases here and there both locally and international.
    Youths of this generation has  made fraud look  cool, and legalized without considering the circumstances involved and penalty if been caught in the process.
     Most adolescents have been lured into scamming people for their hard earned money, most of them are even supported by the parents this days to join their friends and colleagues to learn the illicit act of scamming   people.
    Nowadays youths have made  scamming   look like a good hustle, and if you are not indulging yourself into it.. you are been made look like an outcast. So many are trooping in joining the new so-called trend of the today society..
   In most African countries like Nigeria it's been called YAHOO YAHOO, those into it are called "YAHOO BoYS" this has made young people of today shun white collar jobs.      
   My advice to the youths of today, is don't let anyone  make you feel people ain't making it genuinely, the law of karma stands till tomorrow, karma has y'all addresses.

In recent times, this generation has created a vacuum that must affect the rising generation, come to think of it money is essential, the wealthy and money minded people will have now has inflated the value of money.. more than ever.  To the best of my knowledge, the Nigerian Government most especially the APC LED Government sitting at the top (central) which of his called the federal government..has done a whole lot of extra judicial killings to the east, now everything going back to them, they have started killing themselves the north.. Nigeria has fallen apart..

Please let's all try to avoid having this High blood pressure (HBP) it's very bad. I have seen it torment close fellows and I really feel for them. High blood pressure is a death threat. When it tensions you when no one is there or close you are likely to die, ensure regular check-ups, proper dieting..etc

Unnecessary conversation is the first thing, talking why eating is very unhealthy,  also trying to cross your hands across  to collect either cup or cutleries without telling someone close to bring for you is also bad manners.  I think we know all this things but we're just not disciplined. I think we need to inculcate discipline to ourselves, most especially our younger ones, children and unborn.. it's very important we instill this courtesy into them.
