Apparently the blacks has been racially intimated and demoralized by the whites.but this is not about RACISM it's about the blacks themselves.
Let's look deep into the system of GOVERNANCE in Africa, handpick any country of yourself and see the dictatorship going on under the disguise of democracy..
The blacks hates and discriminates themselves so much, and keeps fighting themselves they even go as far as racially abusing themselves too.
African leaders are the cause of the under development and uncivilization over there, that region is over populated with insufficient resources and the attitude in leadership needs to be changed and immediately corrected because it's getting late as time goes.
Imagine after loosing an election, most African leaders refuses to leave office for the winner of the of the election.they believe the incumbent can't be won or removed from the office. It's absurd to think of it. For example the recent election in Uganda, that was won by Bobbi Whine but refused to serve the people that voted him because of the dictator president.. the excessive killings just for power.
The world has nothing to do to help Africa this time around, Africans has to help themselves by coming together as one. And fight out this bad eggs and making them face the law squarely..

OP, what you're indulging here is explicitly called prejudice. The picture you painted isn't a colour thing. It's a human behavioural thing and cuts across colours and cultures. Whether the supposed whites or blacks, we have bad people across all races. Sadly, what marks the so called blacks out is the deft of leadership and lack of strong institutions to punish offenders. In sane societies offenders go in for crimes committed but that isn't so most times in Africa where highly connected individuals are let off the hook when caught pants down in criminality or most times they are given just a slap on the wrist. Look at the recent chaos of Jan 6, 2021 in the US and the consequences the immediate past president, Donald Trump, may face if investigation reveals he actually incited people to cause mayhem at the Capitol. In Africa, such is a usual occurrence and no president has ever got punished for that. Give a supposed white an opportunity to commit crime without getting cut and it will shock you how quickly they will take to crime. In the UK there are over six million CTV cameras, yet people there still indulge in all forms of criminality ranging from burglary to traffic offence, armed robbery, car snatching, murder etc without thinking twice they will be caught.

It's all about education. When there's free speech and education, political morality rises. But when free speech and education are barred, people tend to accept slavery and discrimination. We've seen that happen forward and backwards multiple of times in the same area. Be it Egypt, South Africa or Nigeria.
