Im kinda jealous right now congrats on that though, I dont think hes planning on paying me anything, so I guess My rep will stay, I guess others are free to leave theres or take it away. We pay for everyone who keep our signature until the 4th of June (time where payouts should be made), but actually even until 1st of June when we responded that everyone will be paid. Why didn't you reply sooner? Is there a reason? You've been online, but didn't bother to inform them until today. Why? What? I've informed everyone that they will be paid at 1 June, 4 days before the payment date, and provided payouts to everyone who kept the signature until the 1st June. Why are u lying ? U have details in the PM as u asked for. I can see the user is in your payout list. He showed your Sig even after July 1. Why r not u responding to the PM and holding his payment ? And yes, I've checked again, no signature was been found in NewIndia user profile at the 1st of June. |

Both of the transactions you provided above are processed without any errors. Processing status will be shown until we will get first confirmation, that may take pretty much time sometimes. (1) My orders have been processed many times without this 1 confirmation requirement. (2) This rule is not shown ahead of time and is entirely unreasonable. How can I possibly predict when the next block will come, let alone the price of gold at that time? You get it wrong. We're waiting for confirmation only to provide payout and avoid doublespend. It doesn't affect time of bet realisation. Except it does in my case. Please refer to the transaction date/time I provided. Your bets was been processed in 60 seconds right after it was been made, as I can see in our backoffice, as an example let's take first transaction you provided above. You bet on gold price fall from 1293.69000 at 2014-07-15 22:29:32 utc, 60 seconds after, at 22:30:32 gold price was 1293.70000, so this bet was wrong and you loose. |

Before we was trying to work without transactions confirmation but as well as many other providers was been affected by doublespend fraud. You get it wrong. We're waiting for confirmation only to provide payout and avoid doublespend. It doesn't affect the time of bet realisation. |

If you guys want to bet/trade with a legit 60 second option broker go to http://satoshioption.com. They might not be on bitcointalk vary much but the site has always paid me over the last 12 months Pro's 100% anonymous Onsite wallet Been paying for more than a year Money forgotten in a onsite wallet is automatically sent back to the sending address after 3 days of inactivity Con's Markets sometimes turn off/on Deposits need 1 confirmation Low payout for btc/usd compared to forex pairs/gold/silver Satoshi Option also runs a option exchange for btc/usd more similar to normal options instead of binary. I haven't personally tried that portion of the site yet though so no feedback. Alternatively beastoption runs on professional binary option trading software which is pretty much the same as any usd/eur/gbp based binary broker. They also offer longer timeframe of 1m to 1h. We've had a lot of discussions about onsite wallet, but we want to secure client's money as much as possible, and best way to do so is not to store client's money. As many people have stated it's also the best way to prolong the bet by x amount of time. With a 60 second option even 1 second delay (never mine 50-100%) is enough to tip the scales from profit to loss. Which is why I only play where onsite wallets are available. Hope this delays will be smaller after upcoming infrastructure update, and we're still discussing onsite wallets for hardcore players who wants no delay in bets processing. Service had some bad times for a month or so, but it was always paying to the customers. If anybody have not been paid or have any questions, please right it right there or in to the personal messages, we don't want to be a scammers and owe money someone, but I understand that some errors can be made during the campaign processing.
You are acting in a good way, this is how it should be, I sent you pm since friday and you dint respond, you dint pay me and i changed my sign Thursday, one day before you paid, im in the innitial confirmed users list , you owe me around 200 posts. my address in on profile. see this member didnt get paid and many others You didnt pay this guy nevet so your rep will still be there, you have it on the list on first page. He removed his signature at least at the end of the month, we're paying only to users who had our signatures at the end of the campaign period. |

Hello... nobody is even paying attention to how the site itself cheats (either intentionally or unintentionally) and instead is focusing on the sig campaign... lol

So how is this a scam? I've been playing on here with like 0.05 or less now for the longest time for fun, and nothing has ever happened to me :\
You should wait for at least one confirmation until doublespends are possible in the network. Hi, I have encountered 2 major problems. First your system introduces a VARIABLE LAG before transactions are processed. This lag can be anywhere from 1 second to 12 seconds in my experience. You don't have to take my word for it, look on the blockchain. The differential there is huge. 12 seconds is 1/5th of the entire length of the binary option. Theoretically with that kind of lag it would be possible to completely change the outcome of a bet, and this has happened to me multiple times. It is mandatory that you fix this. Second, your system occasionally marks withdraws as "processing" rather than actually "win" or "loss". Then, later, it will switch to "win" or "loss" by which time the price may have changed significantly. It doesn't appear to always check the price at the time it "began" processing. This can last 15 minutes which obviously is way longer than the option itself. For an example where this system has cheated me out of winnings I should have been due, please refer to the transaction made immediately prior to the one made at 23:49:07. Please fix these problems. My address is the one in the transaction I just referenced (23:49:07). 1) This is a technical lag, transaction processing can take some time that we're trying to make as small as possible. Hope that new technical infrastructure will help us to avoid any lags like this. 2) Bet will be processed in 60s after it was been made, "processing" doesn't change anything here, we just need some time to get information from our server and show it on the website. |

Yeah I dont understand it as well, but It makes sense.
To JC I was not attacking you, I was stating that I was confirmed and I have that post as proof. Im also on the list and I even got a PM two days ago that he was going to pay me yesterday. I have that as well. I stood here till july 9th for uptown advertising a few extra days more. I did fulfill the contract and days over, I am owed .33 btc for the whole month, I believe is more but im claiming what is fair.
As of Today I still did not get payment, I will continue to pursue the payment, since I did give a couple of extra days of free advertising.
I also saw updown.bt promise you payment.. but that was days ago. What has happened since then? Has he not been responding to your PMs? Thank you for your concern on the issue, but as of today I have not receive 1 bitcent from the time he promised me. I been waiting patiently and have not taken action to put a negative feedback on his profile, so I am still giving time but my patience will likely run out Sorry for the delay, again. Now the last payment was been sent and campaign is officially finished. |

regardless of rules whoever advertised for him deserves there payment, and I was promised payment but still I got nothing today as promised, he told me 8 to 10 hours, and is past that already.
