I have found out the problems in compiling of the nodes and I'll fix all of them within 8hours as I'm outside right now.

Few variations on possible logo with Orbitron font used, shadows are not nice because Inkscape is playing stupid on me for some reason. Logo would be just Orbitron small letter B with Orbitron plus sign in the middle and all that rotated 13 degrees to the right, same as with Bitcoin logo.    Nice, Good job with the + in the middle. Put 1 billion USD on the table and you will have attention of all developers, worldwide - possibly some extraterrestrials as well. In the meantime, try to be productive in some way. Major topic for me right now is what to add to XBC to make it desirable by normal people - cryptocoiners are way too saturated by the amount of coins, hitech geek stuff and are mostly interested in just investing money with the purpose of getting rich as soon as possible. They are not actual users of coins outside of market speculations. What cryptocoin scene thinks about XBC is irrelevant, it is 7+ billions of other people who should we focus our attention at. I absolutely dislike the idea of fulfilling desires of people around here and it is so because people around here are too much into irrelevant stuff - anonymity, chat, mini-blockchain, new algo, this and that, all seemingly useful stuff but all bullshits in the end. The World does not give a shit about any of that and never will! Bitcoin has none of that but it is by far the most used coin. Agree about all the high tech stuff on other coins, doesn't mean anything. But........ This is why I believe in BitcoinPlus. This new high tech stuff does mean the very different on XBC, because of the plus. People need to see the advantages of the Plus. POS, transaction time, and maybe more. But more important a stabile community and dev team. When they google, they have to see nice and positive things, and cool PLUS things. Than the coin will automatically gain more and more momentum |

Regarding bitcoinplus .org maybe we could register an organisation/foundation.Its function could start off based on research and development as we are still in that stage before progressing onto the products and services side that would require a company/commercial enterprise.

The moment XBC community starts moving toward organisation, foundation, company, commerical enterprise or any other corruptable shit like those I will remove all my support. What I hate the most are parasites in suits and ties sitting in some stupid board of "directors" or whatever else shit and "managing" stuff. If that is what you consider useful and worthy of spending money, time and efforts please go back to real life craps, cryptocoin scene does not needs you. No one yet expressed willingness to help fund even a better wallet - a neccessary step for further development - but you are already see yourself as XBC CEO, managers and so on, can you be more lame? If you feel an urge to do something for XBC but you are actualy incompetent, poor and stupid, it would totally and massively help XBC if you do nothing, thanks. About the new wallet. Good idea. And I am willing to contribute. But first I have to know more. How much does it cost? Who does the work? How long does it take? Can there be added some more things... included block explorer.... First off, thanks egghead for the xbc drop for Jjmv. I'll send some too.
Couple of things.
1. If anyone wishes to see all the adverts I made all you need to do is click (all) and you'll see all the forum advert posts. Just to see what I did. Some ate tongue in cheek, some are lame, some are good..but you'll see my attempts to make the logo stand out.
2. My musician-dj friend, his girlfriend and I will be making a 7 inch split record. I would love nothing more than to use XBC as a platform to promote and send as a means to generate flow of coin. Of course im asking for all opinions on this and more critical thoughts. If im not mistaken wasnt the bitcoin pizza transacted through a forum also? I say we do this once my end is completed(not to mention ill send all my XBC champs a free copy). Ill probably sell it at a five dollar mark but that would something to finally say "look, we mean business and now we have people selling their stuff through XBC."
3. Ill send free copy to Mindfox too haha, i think that will stun him a bit and make him happy to know music products are being sold through it.
4. Yes, i do believe we should stay away from the bitcoin logo for copyright reasons. Being called bitcoinplus I feel is good enough. Maybe we should come up with a new circular type logo for the splash on the wallet and the welcome page on this forum. Do we have any artists here? That would be phenomenal.

You bring up some good points...
I think it would be a smart idea to gain control of the accounts before investing on a dev though. It may be more than just a facelift unless we get a hold of XBCPlus.com and the rest of the social media accounts. We would make a bigger and better impression for funding if we could have a site, project plans, and team info prior to starting a full fundraising campaign. It would be bad if the community raised the money to reamp the coin only to have the old team regain control of the accounts...
There is no need to regain control of those accounts because coin name is BitcoinPlus and it's ticker is XBC - xbcplus.com means bitcoin plusplus.com so it is not really fitting. Jjmv and substrata, my compliments. There are back some constructive thought and actions. Looking forward to more to be implemented. |

GroundBeef. Just a litle hint. Have you looked in the irc lately? There are some interesting people in there for a wile. Urocoin devs, M. Langdon and some others. Have you asked them what they are doing there? I asked true-assed (urocoin lead dev). He said it's because he thinks XBC is a master of POS and checks what happens with XBC. Langdon is a Dev from the sterlingcoin. And yes Egghead, world Pease is my main goal in live And again the stake change is a good option in my opinion. One third coinholder, good course and dev-team. Lets call it the Acropolis project. And I disagree with coinerz on the point of funding programmers. When they buy in 2% coins they fund their own project. That's why I think the original dev is such a dumass. XBC was on it's way of reaching one BTC each, when developed properly, he/they could have earned much much more. XBC can be the biggest altcoin. Just repeat the next names loud. Biebercoin, Piggycoin, Pinkcoin, Multiwalletcoin, Canabiscoin, Hobonickels, Auroracoin, etc, etc..............BitcoinPlus. Witch one sounds the best? |

Then perhaps Ground Beef should start answering the questions that people have asked in this thread instead of brushing them aside. Also, perhaps Ground Beef should back up his claims that he tried to contact me 'many times' by posting all of the emails, PMs etc... that I have asked for. ie - don't make silly claims unless you are sure you can back them up. Ground Beef needs to learn to take advice from people who have a lot more experience than him and not get all pissy that people are bringing a touch of reality into his fantasyland. This is why you aren't going to find anybody who is going to help you build Parthenon. Also, I had moved on a long time ago. If you remember rightly, I was brought back into this thread because somebody had compromised both the XBCPlus.com domain account and the XBCPlus twitter account and it was left to me to mop things up once again as you weren't doing a thing about it. Anyway, as I've already mentioned, you're going to have to create your own website now. I really can't be associated with what this has become and I can't keep bailing you out either. .. Would it be possible to change the back end of XBC so that a percentage of the staked coins automatically goes to the team to help fund development, marketing, or overhead...? What would it take, to create this? Team recruiting and retention would be easier with a system like this I would think... Any thoughts?
That is a good idea and would give devs more skin in the game.A real incentive for any dev team to make a supercoin is to have them paid in that coin so the greater the results equate to greater rewards like a fair bonus structure/scheme Good idea indeed. and then half to coinholder and other half of the stake to devolpers or even 1/3 holder, 1/3 democratic dev-team, 1/3 good course. I am getting the files from Azor(just spoke with him) and he will be sending me the files. Jjmv is willing to extend his hand to help and am very grateful for that. Coinerz, thanks for helping with the transition and all. Getting XBC back on top is gonna be tough, I am not afraid and once again(because I'm too excited) I will reitorate that GrounBEEFtaxi has over 1200 XBC now and am a certified shareholder of the coin. I am promising to all on here that I will not sell and scam to make profit and I will hold onto the coin until it reaches parity with Bitcoin. That is my solemn promise and that is all I can say at the moment.

I think it was miscommunication. Being a coin dev is a 24/7 job and is much more than one project. Be completely open and hand him over passwords and accounts. He is a pro and knows people who can develop, communicate and much more. You can do the Parthenon project simultaneous and together with MDT. You Azor an CryptoYoda can be the Parthenon dev's and MDT the general dev. Think of this please. |

@ oldnoob I suggest you stop posting links without warning people what they are connecting to.Can you tell us here who has overall responsibility for the XBC official site and the twitter page you posted above yesterday?
You also suggested that we leave our wallets open.Do you know if the nodes our wallets are connecting to are safe?Who is also responsible for the nodes that our wallets are connecting to?
I will take care more in the future with links and stuff. About the technical things I don't know nothing about that. I am just trying to do everything I can to save this coin. I try to keep people communicating and try to keep this Ann alive. What Coinerz said about bitcoin winning the battle over all this other altcoins is absolutely true. That's exactly why BitcoinPlus has such a high potential. Again, GroundBEEF go and talk with MDTSpain and show all you're cards. Or tell us what you are up to and fast, so the community can help you.
