I'm afraid the recession isn't over yet. The media telling us how good the economy is doing all the time (bit too enthousiastic if you ask me). I'm on the verge of buying a house but I'm afraid for the next 10 years.
Don't! My wife and I have been in the market for buying a house for the last year or so, but we've held off so far. Mainly because there is very little inventory and what is available is way over-priced. We're in San Diego and to buy a median priced home right you need $109K/year. Wages aren't keeping up with the prices, shrinking inventory and huge increase in price over the last 12 months; all this indicates we are in a housing bubble. Prices should start falling soon. I live in The Netherlands and we have the exact same problem. I'm not going to pay my whole salary to my mortgage to live in an average house. Many people aren't even able to buy a house yet. Think I'll just rent. And yes I think the prices are going to fall soon as well. Some people who have decided where they really want to live, buy the house and pay the money in short EMIs and I think that would be either equal or around as much as the rent you will be paying, if you really want to buy a home, I think that's a smart way. Otherwise, if you're a young lad and yet to settle down, rent out a house with a room mate, it will be pretty economical for ya I don't want to buy a home that much. I'm hesitant about it. I'm young and I own a business, banks don't like businessowners, relatively. I might wait a few years before I start buying because I'm afraid of what's going to happen the next few years.

When I bought Bitcoin with creditcard I first bought linnen dollars on Virwox.com and then traded those for Bitcoin. The only downside is that you'll pay respectively more fees

A feeling when you win a game that might be a fix of a boring daily habit. In opposite if you lose a lot game alot you get wrecked. Gambling wisely is the same as maintaining a healthy lifestyle. You will only notice to stop abusing yourself when you get a serious physical and mentally illness.
Btw i myself seriously do gambling for fun,
Very true. I gambled because I was bored and needed some excitement every now and then. Now I'm trying to find my excitement somewhere else and it works. But I had to suffer a lot in order to achieve this though.

lol man are you mad ? 1 year for 1 btc .. go and find a job its more good choice
The only thing is that most people looking to make amounts like that are children that are given a computer. $200 an year is absolutely phenomenal to them. When your parents don't want to give you their credit card but you still have to pay your Runescape membership. Lol, that made me laugh but it's definitely true. In the eye of the poor (or child), 1 btc can be a lot.

Yes i have gsy 4500 and i have 52000 tennet orange coin 5000. yovi 23689 and my account plus 23500 ams coins
I did some quick calculations and those coins are worth more than your loan request amount. Try asking in this thread and maybe Quickseller will loan you, since he accepts stable altcoins as collateral. (however, I'm not sure how stable all of those alts are) Trading these altcoins for btc would be quicker and more reliable for him lol. Requesting a loan isnt necessary

Is very hard to make 1btc per day. You need a business to make this amount of bitcoins. You can earn about 4-5 btc per month from a real job.
You sure? I earn atleast 3 times that amount..

Minimum wage should always be there. But I do think many companies should reward for the job/ actions that have been made. Many ppl get paid too little for their responsibilities
