Hey guys I am in touch with the BC.Game support right now and I was told that everyone who is a winner in these contests has to pass full KYC verification:

- Personal information
- Facial Verification
- Government ID

Without this, no withdrawals will be permitted. Since this wasn't stated anywhere, I wanted to reach out to you guys here and ask whether this should probably be included in the terms of these contests?

Extending the contract for the Carlos Ancelotti and talk about bringing Mbappé mean things are surely to stay at the top of the league table with Barcelona is having no solid solution for the bringing themselves to the top due to their huge debit and many other internal issues which are creating life difficult for them and their fans as well.

Life is not always that easy in football. Were were here last season when Tottenham was been dramatic with Kane performance, he had the highest goal for that club, yet not a single Premier League title for him and then people wanted him to.leabe which he did and went to Bayern Munich but what has change since he went there? They aren't even the team leading in their domestic league, so please let's take a break with this Mbape and Real Madrid unity, they will do well but it's good if we all reduce our expectations to avoid disappointment later.

Quote
If we are able to check ground realities about all top teams in La Liga then surely we can understand Real Madrid is having no problems for staying at the top for another season, and they will not allow any club for creating problems for them in future as well now in coming match against Manchester City we will have challenging situation for them and most chance's winner will be going to have title as well.

Real Madrid has a string reputation, that's the trend they have been keeping and they know their way out bringing stubborn teams that keep them on that track. If having some strong feelings that even now that all eyes are on Mbape, they might be having some new players on track especially center back and possibly another full time goal keeper as Courtois has sustain another Acl injury.

I feel like interposing here because I think it is wrong to compare Tottenham to Real Madrid. I understand you didn't exactly intend to compare these two clubs, but you mentioned them in a certain context that implies it didn't make sense for Harry Kane to leave Tottenham because he didn't win titles there and most likely didn't win titles at Bayern Munich by the end of the season either. But I think this is not how it works and how a player makes his decisions. It is about the prospects. Playing for Tottenham means to never win a title is almost guaranteed, but playing for Bayern Munich gives a player a realistic chance to achieve something and they are still in the Champions League, so nothing's lost yet.

Mbappe will leave PSG and as far as I understand this is public knowledge by now, isn't it? Correct me if I am wrong, but the news that Mbappe let PSG know he is not going to extend his contract are true. Mbappe just denies any statement regarding Real Madrid specifically, but I think it is safe to assume that he will not be playing for PSG at the beginning of next season.

But going through the options that are at least somewhat realistic for Mbappe, Real Madrid is pretty much the answer. I admit that the discussion has made me tired as well, but this time I think Mbappe made his decision and will go there. There have been several comments from people in charge of La Liga saying that Mbappe will increase the value of the league as a whole and such. There was a lot of talk and no comments from Florentino Pérez that Mbappe deceived Real Madrid or whatever was the tone back when they were close to signing a contract.
87  Economy / Economics / Re: MicroStrategy Buys $250M in Bitcoin, Calling the Crypto ‘Superior to Cash’ on: March 15, 2024, 02:13:03 PM
He’s at it again, absolute legend. This latest $500 million convertible senior notes, pumped into Bitcoin will put MSTR above 210,000 coins & > 1% of total supply.

Saylor is going to go down in history.

Quote
Saylor is going to go down in history.
I guess so!

Saylor's strategy is no joke. On the one hand I think he crossed the point of ne return quite some time ago. Not in the sense that he couldn't sell and lean back, but in the sense that he has communicated a certain message to the world and now he will stick to it no matter what. It impresses me and no kidding here, if he keeps accumulating BTC like this, and BTC keeps expanding, which I think it will at rapid pace, Saylor and MicroStrategy could not only become filthy rich, but more importantly a geopolitical player because of their supply control over the one and only globally relevant decentralized currency.

If BTC one day becomes the highest valued circulating currency in the world and someone controls a few percent of it, damn that means a lot of things at the same time. It's not comparable to people who have their wealth in equity or spread over several asset classes. BTC is a decentralized reserve currency to any other currency. Or well, I realize BTC is not only a reserve currency because it is foreign to all currencies. It is, put in better terms, a reserve financial system to the entire existing financial system. Yes, a reserve system. Owning a few percent of that, for me this begs the question whether one day someone like Saylor could become a target of globally important actors pursuing their geopolitical agendas. There will probably not be competition for BTC like there is for Tesla in the car manufacturing industry. There is not a single person actor owning a few percent of the USD supply. It is a government, a state, but not a single target.

I would be interested in your opinions about this and whether you think I am getting something wrong here.
88  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: March 13, 2024, 08:49:57 PM
I find Inter Milan way better than Atletico Madrid this season and I expect them to win and to qualify for the next round. It is true playing home is in favour of Atletico Madrid but seeing the latest results and performance of each team, I wonder how will Simeone do to overtake Inter. Not obvious in my opinion.
The game is much more interesting so far. Two goals were scored a few minutes ago. The first goal was actually scored by Inter Milan, Dimarco with a beautiful move beforehand to make it 0:1. But only 2 minutes later it was 1:1 through Griezmann and Yann Sommer in goal had no chance. Now it is half-time and Inter Milan still have the better situation with the 1-0 win in the first game. I think coach Inzaghi will play a bit more defensively in the next 20-30 minutes in half-time 2, so that Atletico Madrid risk more and the chances of a goal for Inter increase. I also think that the Italians will win today.

The Atletico - Inter Milan game is touch and go at the moment. But at first I thought that Inter Milan would have more ball possession than they now actually have. Atletico is right into the game and there is nothing lost. Everyone knows what's waiting during the second half when Atletico plays in the Champions League and they need this one goal to equalize or make it to the next round. I think this is going to be a hell of a Champions League game during the second half.

I definitely prefer it this way. When Dimarco scored, I took a deep breath for a second because I thought that this could in a boring rest of the game. Very good that Griezmann immediately countered and now it's going to be an intense second 45 minutes for Inter.
89  Other / Archival / Re: Are investors investing in Bitcoin at ATH now are fools ? on: March 12, 2024, 11:13:43 AM
yeah they should be considering these 9 factors, yet even if they don't really know all of the answers the 9 factors, it does not mean that they should wait in terms of getting started right away..
I did not know the answers to some of the questions or factors in that thread, but I have been accumulating BTC for over a 1 year now. So this proves, that taking one step is a necessary thing toward leaning new things, On the way I did learn a lot of things and made some mistakes as well, and in the future will make too, but learn new things also.

Everyone should be able to know the basics of his own finances, and of course the more that you invest into something like bitcoin, and if you want to attempt to be aggressive in your bitcoin, investment, then you are going to need to get in touch with learning better each of the 9 factors - each one has several subcomponents that we can build in any direction yet at the same time, we might not necessarily know some of the various facets and maybe how much we have analyzed them.

Some people don't want to analyze anything and claim to just shoot from their feelings or their intuitions, so yeah, there might be some folks who don't consider themselves to be analyzing, but they still are likely to have knowledge regarding where they are at in regards to the 9 factors and some of the ways that the 9 factors can by micro-analyzed...

And for sure, don't get me wrong about knowing the 9 factors since I suggest that it is better to just get involved and get started in bitcoin as soon as possible, and you can figure out where you personally sit with each of the 9 factors as you go, and with the passage of time.

The first thing that I recommend people getting right is to understand that BTC is BTC and nothing else. When the first shit coin hype broke out in 2017, everyone thought they have literally mastered these 9 factors, but the truth is that firstly you could pick any of the coins and it went up, and secondly most of them lost money short-term, mid-term and long-term. I assume that most of the fools from back then learned the lesson that BTC can make you lose money short-term, is unlikely to make you lose money mid-term, and history has proven that none of the people who invested at any point in time during the last 1.5 decades have lost a dime.

This is really the first thing to get right and I mention this because people often talk about bitcoin as a placeholder for any coin on coinmarketcap. Sometimes people ask me whether they should invest in BTC and I am holding back because I generally don't like giving investment advice when I am not entirely sure how people will use my words to put their money into BTC. So what I say is "if you say you want to invest in BTC, then invest in BTC, not X-coin, Y-coin or Z-coin or Dogecoin, or ShibaInu (or what its name is...).

I have had several conversations where people bashed BTC, but it turned out that only a portion of their investment was BTC. This is a very common experience and it's bad because some of them do indeed the 9 principle individual factors right and they are well educated, sometimes hold a degree in finance, but they have so little clue and greed still plays a role that they decide to split their portfolios such that 10% is BTC and 90% are shit coins. Like serious shit coins. If someone tells me they buy Monero for a reason, I understand that. I hold some Monero and I think it has its place. But the vast majority has no place in the industry. Now as long as someone does have a reasonable explanation (other than greed and the hope for 1000x) as to why they picked a certain coin, well, I couldn't care less then. But I do still get to hear from people that they want this thing called BTC, but instead they spread the money all over the place in coins I haven't even heard of before and then when the next correction is inbound, the portfolio is stuck, if not dead.

There is too much gambling, so I know you wrote your guide "9 principle individual factors" exclusively for BTC, but perhaps I would add one more principle and put it first, which should be called "BTC is BTC, and nothing else". If people study BTC and would get the idea behind it right, all the characteristics and core principles, they would better understand why BTC has a unique position in the industry and why it is the real cryptocurrency that is by far the least likely to fail ever. Afterwards, getting an investment plan right is essentially the perfect plan. Not getting BTC right in the sense that BTC is only BTC, could nullify the most sophisticated investment plans.
90  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Jake Paul to Fight Mike Tyson in Live Netflix Boxing Event - July 20 on: March 11, 2024, 06:14:39 PM
He just beat Ryan Bourland recently who looks like not willing to fight and Jake is up again for another.
They should call this a fight but an exhibition but believe it or not is happening. You think Mike is done after Roy Jones but Jake wants to pull him again for he just needs recognition from the boxing community.

I would be surprised if Mike beats Jake. He is 60.  Would you bet if its on Stake?

Quote
Jake Paul is set to fight former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson in a boxing match that will be livestreamed on Netflix.

The bout is scheduled to take place on July 20 at the AT&T Stadium in Texas and will be available to all Netflix subscribers. Additional information, including the co-main event and undercards, will be announced at a later date. It is being produced in a partnership between Netflix and Paul’s and Nakisa Bidarian’s Most Valuable Promotions (MVP).

This will not be the first time Paul and Tyson have appeared on a boxing card together. Paul fought in the co-main event of the pay-per-view that saw Tyson fight an exhibition match against Roy Jones Jr. in 2020, which was Tyson’s first boxing match since 2006. Paul defeated former NBA player Nate Robinson via knockout in the second round in what was Paul’s second professional boxing match.

https://variety.com/2024/tv/news/jake-paul-mike-tyson-fight-netflix-1235932856/

I don't know. Too many fights of this type sound to me as if they could be scripted. The whole idea is to keep the wheel moving and now it is a Live Netflix Boxing Event. I am not too familiar with this type of boxing scene, but I am aware that it's not about titles, but about pay-per-view and how to reach the biggest audience to earn the most money possible.

Does Netflix have exclusive rights or will it also be streamed on other platforms? I have seen some interviews from Paul and I think Tyson too, and the talk was about pay-per-view and how important it is to deliver a show that all the kiddies enjoy and watch the next fight, too.

In this case I guess the deal is to push Netflix subscriptions, similar to how the Inter Miami Messi deal was paid for by Apple as Apple streams Inter Miami games. It's crazy how this dude is going through life earning money nonstop. The Mike Tyson story is now something that probably a lot of people will watch because they think they will revive some of the crazy memories that Tyson is responsible for, but I doubt that it will be that spectacular.

next victim: google Cool

I have never looked at this overview before, but this does indeed say a lot about BTC and what's going on. This is only talking about the market capitalization, but it would be interesting to have a further column that mentions how old an asset or company is and the momentum is clearly on BTC's side!

Now I have to remember Warren Buffett's words and how he said that it is a bubble because BTC doesn't produce anything of value and why Gold and Silver besides companies should still be valued at a higher market capitalization. My answer these days would be that it perhaps doesn't produce anything of value to him personally, but it obviously produces something of value to people other than him.

A great overview that I wasn't aware of or not been thinking of!

Wonder if they are going to quote Cramer next?

I wonder if he ever explained himself regarding his contradictory stances on BTC. It is funny when you google "most stupid Jim Cramer comments on Bitcoin" because you immediately get the impression that Cramer must be suffering from a multiple personality disorder. I'll leave that google search up to you, but it's worth reading it! Cheesy

Maybe I should share my favorite:

“This thing [Bitcoin], you can’t kill it,” says Cramer, “The late Charlie Munger, who was so brilliant on so many things, was blind to this,” he added. “It’s a technological marvel and I think people have to start recognizing it’s here to stay.”

vs.

“I mean, I sold all my crypto. I announced everything on TV that I did with crypto, but I would not touch crypto in a million years... “

But there are tons of these contradictory statements. Yet he gets invited by these talk shows.

Indeed, Jude Bellingham must be careful how he speaks to people because it will negatively impact his career. We all know that when we are angry, we sometimes say things we regret, but let's face it: the referee officiating the match between Real Madrid and Valencia is not qualified. He should also be suspended for his actions because, had the match taken place somewhere where the fans were unhappy and easily enraged, he would have been bullied before leaving the pitch. However, this is football, where there are many rules.

Real Madrid is unaffected by Jude Bellingham's two-game suspension because he will only miss the matches against Celta Vigo and Osasuna, both of which are inept opponents of Real Madrid. Instead, Real Madrid will use Brahmin Diaz or Joselu, two goal scorers who can also play the position, and Bellingham's suspension did not prevent him from competing in the Champions League, so Real Madrid is not concerned about the suspension. However, Jude Bellingham should be counselled on appropriate field.

I am undecided what to think about the decision to suspend him for two games. I have never seen a referee end a game in the middle of an attack - a cross ball! When Valencia cleared the ball, he could have immediately blown the final whistle, but he didn't. He waited for Real Madrid to get into the position for a cross ball again, waited for the cross ball to be shot and then while the ball was in the air, he blew the final whistle. What the heck did he think when he allowed Real Madrid to go for another cross ball to then end the game?

I can understand Bellingham's reaction and from what I understand his words were "it was a f***ing goal!" Now I want a referee to be sensitive in such a moment and give a red card a second thought before pulling it out. "f***ing goal!" is not an insult. It's like saying "a damn goal". It is more about expressing disbelief than it is about an ad hominem attack.

Frankly, I would be shocked if a player who scored that goal would not freak out! If I was the coach, I would fully protect that player from criticism unless the player went for an ad hominem attack and perhaps aggressively touched or pushed the referee. That's a different story, but it didn't happen.

By the way, I was going to send you 3 smerits rather than 2 smerits for your fairly detailed post, and the reason for the deduction was that you had mentioned a shitcoin as "the forum's motto," which I find problematic on at least a couple of levels... 1st - the comparison of anything valuable and important being attributable to a scam like ethereum is almost beyond belief.. 2nd... I find it important for all members to recognize and/or appreciate a difference between bitcoin and any shitcoins, even if we might not agree in regards to how much time, energy and/or resources to invest and/or allocate into shitcoins (I personally suggest no more than 10% the size of your bitcoin investment, absent some other compelling reason), so from my point of view, in a lot of senses there is an importance to both prioritize looking at the world of "crypto" through bitcoin first, and then second, even if any of us might happen to be somewhat of a shitcoiner by potentially going beyond a 10% allocation into shitcoins as compared with bitcoin, to at least not fail/refuse to make a proper distinction when bringing up shitcoins as compared with bitcoin in any discussion.. whether talking about finances and/or using it as an analogy in the realm of nutrion and/or health.  .. therefore deduction of 1 smerit.. Tongue  hahahahahahaha

Ah this is funny, I initially overlooked the fine print here as I somehow read your post and then thought this is some standard disclaimer or so. Now I re-read the post and saw your remarks about the 1 smerit deduction!  Cheesy

Let me clear up two things here: first of all, I am not an smerit hunter and therefore appreciate any smerit that is sent my way regardless of the number someone deems appropriate. Secondly, I am not a shitcoiner at all and I don't hold more than 10% in shitcoins. I hold > 0% since I have countless of addresses with some shitcoin dust that I will probably never touch again, but these days if I have spare cash for investment I am putting it into BTC and have been doing this for years now. I used the Ethereum analogy because I thought the term "gas" more properly resembles the processes in our body than the term "fee" (like in BTC) does. While I do not value ETH similarly or higher than BTC ever, I valued the semantic load as a resemblance for in-vivo processes higher than that of BTC's "fees". Wink

I actually re-read the post here because I wanted to take the time over the course of the next few days to add some details from my experience. As for the B-complex, you can't go wrong about it. Whether it is necessary is sometimes a question of experimentation and whether you feel improvements or not. Most of the people I know don't get bloodwork frequently enough to be able to sufficiently assess whether they are constantly at healthy levels. That's why my approach has indeed become one of: I'll add something where it is cheap and doesn't do any harm. The B-complex is a perfect example for that. D3+K2 is another example for a relatively cheap supplement and the existing research definitely convinced me of positive D3 supplementation effects. You can't do anything wrong with 5000 IE of D3 daily. Creatine is a must in my opinion for all kinds of performance related processes. Apart from muscle performance and recovery, it has well-researched effects on the brain. It is usually cheap and you can never go wrong with 5g daily. Some other things I take depending on how healthy my food was and how intense my training was.

The push-up challenge is a great idea and actually everything that stimulates muscle innervation is highly recommendable! Use it or lose it and nerves themselves are like a muscle. You initiate a plethora of activity in your body by stimulating your nerves and muscles. Hope you keep going and step up your game when BTC crosses the $100K. How about the challenge will be changed into "BTC price/1,000* pushups indefinitely"? Wink

98  Other / Off-topic / Re: Niacin / Glutamine deficiencies negatively affecting life-quality / longevity? on: February 28, 2024, 11:27:45 AM
Hey JayJuanGee / guys, I guess I will have to apologize a couple of times more in the future as I sometimes lack the time to respond in sufficient detail and then I decide to put the answer on ice for a moment altogether.

So to get back to the title of the thread, I think the aspect of "life-quality" can be investigated through self-experiments whereas longevity really is an answer that only research can give. I mean, once we are about to die, we probably won't have an idea whether a Niacin deficiency contributed to our death. There is a lot of research on the topic, some of which focuses on Niacin, but many of the studies focus on the vitamin B category as a whole.

The biggest problem in everyday lives is to clearly identify and isolate a (perceived) health problem, and then treat that problem while keeping the context in which the problem occurred otherwise intact.

So for example: a while ago I had been suffering from both nerve pain (wrist and shoulder) and psychological issues, I'd mention especially panic or stress as a baseline feeling over the course of the day. It's actually not easy to distinguish between anxiety, panic and stress. It seems to be easy at first glance, but it's not when these things occur at a rather moderate level, but still severe enough to impact your life. Now, there is certainly an interplay between physical impairment and psychological impairment. One may cause or foster the other and vice versa. Now let's proceed with the analysis:

There have been physical, tangible factors in my life that I could change to address the nerve pain. Change the load of my exercise, but also avoid certain activities that I know have had an impact on my nerves. That was pretty easy for me to identify. Certain activities that are (physically) nerve irritating and wrecking. I reduced or banned those activities and symptoms decreased, but didn't disappear. I then did more research on how to support nerves' recovery and health in general. And the answer is: B vitamins.

Now I'll be honest about individual B-substances, it is close to impossible without the assistance from a (highly professional) doctor and frequent measurement to exactly identify the one substance that will cure the one problem. Frankly, most of the problems are not caused by a single deficiency. Often times it is a question of balance and interplay. One of the best examples is vitamin D and magnesium. The latter is required to facilitate vitamin D absorption. Magnesium is like that gas in the Ethereum network here (to stay in line with the forum's motto Wink ). If someone doesn't know that and uses overdosage of D3 (which I often do) without supplementing magnesium, it could cause problems. At the same time, vitamin D is the gas for calcium absorption and too much D3 can lead to hypercalcaemia. Either someone does sufficient research and does some experiments to find out what works and what actually has effects, or the only way to do something about the vitamin, mineral and hormonal balances is to consult very, very good doctors (and those are rare, at last from my experience).

Back to vitamin B: I have been trying to isolate single substances from the vitamin B complex, but this goes too far for me personally. You would really need bloodwork nonstop and then the interpretation of the numbers according to some standards is one thing, your mental and physical condition is another. The standards define huuuuge ranges and as soon as you are within these ranges, the doctor will tell you it's all good. But that is not the case! Testosterone and free testosterone is another great example for this. The range for "you are healthy" is so wide that everyone with an average IQ and some knowledge about the topic would know that the definition of the range itself is the error. And it is extremely individual! There are people who can perfectly live on the lower end of these ranges for some markers, but there are also people who feel like trash when their values are around the mean of these ranges.
I started using a vitamin B complex supplement of high quality and made sure that it contains the elements to support myelin nutrition and strength. The myelin cover is what protects your nerves. As soon as I took that for several weeks, my physical nerve problems were gone. This is now 6 years ago and I have rarely had any interruptions of supplementation.

BUT: at times, when I abused alcohol, nerve issues came back in an instant. Any of these substances (alcohol, drugs, nicotine, etc.), are fiercely attacking the myelin protection and go straight to the nerves. I then preventively took higher dosages of vitamin B complex when I knew I fucked up with my lifestyle and it turned out that this can be a cure to an (avoidable) problem. This is of course no recommendation to drink and just counter it with B vitamins Wink But there is clearly an effect of B vitamin supplementation in the physical realm against negative impacts on the body brought in externally. Therefore, I clearly recommend the supplementation of a high quality (doesn't have to be too expensive) vitamin B complex unless you perfectly understand how to choose the composition of your nutrition.

But there is still the mental health question: anxiety, panic, stress. In general, research has shown that the influence of our mind on our bodies, our health is clearly, clearly (!) statistically significant. There are very interesting documentaries about it and research published in the best medical journals available. Just read about the pla-cebo and no-cebo effects and how imagination and believe make a difference in physical recovery and health.

Now there is also the biochemical sphere, which can be influenced with supplementation. Cobalamin (B12) is probably the most important vitamin B that supports biochemical integrity and resilience. It is incredibly important for the brain (fatigue, brain fog, etc.) and this is something I have supplemented as an isolated substance on top for a while when I had these brain fog conditions. It depends on what B complex you can get and how the dosages within the complex are distributed. Keep in mind that the public recommendations can sometimes (or very often are) on the lower end of the spectrum.

To address anxiety, panic and stress conditions, I did some more research, banned alcohol and then later gave tryptophan a try. And now we'll come full circle regarding the name of the topic (Niacin, Glutamine). Ever since I started supplementing tryptophan, I have experienced that my mind far more often finds peace literally. One of the reasons is that tryptophan is the Ethereum gas for building Niacin (and others). Since alcohol is a Niacin killer and accelerates tryptophan depletion (a double negative), massive deficiencies are the consequence. I thought banning alcohol should therefore fix everything. I didn't drink anything for a few months and realized that I still feel far from perfect. That was the point when I introduced tryptophan. It helped! There are no miracles, but there are significant improvements over the status quo when deficiencies are present.

To get back to the initial question, I think you can see that upping the Niacin intake alone may lead to no effect at all. We have to understand our very own complex environment, what we do to our bodies, what our intake consists of and what the potential sources of harm/deficiencies are.

The good thing is that most of these supplements won't kill you and you can experiment with it. For me personally, a vitamin B complex with sufficient B12 dosage, tryptophan (before night) and magnesium, D3+K2 and creatine is my daily stack and I can say that it definitely does make a difference! That's 6 pills and a scoop of creatine per day. I do eat pretty healthy food and reduce alcohol to a minimum. My biggest issue is caffeine, which is of course a cortisol booster and bad for the nervous system (and actually not good at all in many other respects as well), but I accept that and can perfectly handle it with the way I set everything up now. I do have some variations according to life situations. If I know that I am going to have a weekend of partying, I increase some of the dosages. I understand enough of cause and effect and the substances to apply them under various circumstances.

Hope you are doing great and now I finally prepared a wall of text for you! Smiley Looking forward to hearing from you.

Yet this game got started with quite a headstart, a 2 goals lead for West Ham after 7 minutes to then see Brentford close the gap with 1 goal. Quite an entertaining game and I wonder whether this is one of those matches that goes on like that and ends in a goalfest or whether this was it. I remember several games when it started as if it were to have like 10 goals, but then the result remained like that for the rest of the game.
I expect more goals in the game too. West Ham are under the pressure to score more goals because the game look very far from won for them and then Brentford coming from a goal behind are looking dangerous, and also know that the chances of the equalizing and winning this game is high for them with the confidence they have developed. If Westham loses this game after starting so well, even at home, it will be a big disgrace for the team that started very well, and for the coach.

This was a goal festival and West Ham showed an incredible efficiency. I didn't expect Brentford to lead the ball so much and have West Ham under control, but what set these two teams apart was the conversion rate of their chances. West Ham had six shots on target and scored four goals, what else could they be hoping for.

I was quite sure pre-game that this would be a successful game for West Ham as it was about time for them to create some positive momentum. Their season was looking great for quite some time, but then they fell apart and had this losing streak which cost them a lot in the standings. If they kept going without this negative streak, they would be on par with Tottenham, but now they have to deal with finding themselves stuck in the middle. It's bad as it is hard to see as a team what they are still playing for.

Once again Manchester City had such a narrow result, which I think is not optimal. They seem to have problems. They won their game at home against Brentford 1-0 and now another one with 1-0 against Bournemouth. I mean for the time being they probably don't care about the exact results, but who knows whether the goal difference will come into play by the end of the season?
