81  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PSB] Pesobit, Philippine-based crypto on: October 15, 2016, 06:32:27 PM
As far as I know, although not a local resident, no other cryptocurrency-loaded debit card withdrawing directly in Philippine pesos exists (without a method involving additional steps).

If or once that capability is added to Pesobit as planned, there is no need to worry about the future price of this coin, as it will go way up if in use like that with an unique capability.

Although only having been in crypto for less than a year, I am a whale in Pesobit holdings (a significant percentage of the total original ICO while not having sold any), and essentially every altcoin has pump and dump fluctuations superimposed on longer-term future trends, as in all the graphs at coinmarketcap.com

What really matters in the end is continuing development to produce intrinsic value, and that we seem to have.  I applaud the development team.
Woww psb whale welcome to the thread.. i wonder how low the price is if you dump your holdings now Grin Grin

We got a nice News again.

But saddly, the price Just get some stablish when this hit a big Exchange. Need more volume to secure a good price
3ksats still a very good price at this stage of the coin imo
its still almost 10x of the ico and there's a lots of investors still showing good support so we just better to work on it and keep moving forward dev.
The actual price is good for ICO investors because they still can get ×10 of their investments if they decided to sell or restore their money, but there are some holders who bought PSB after they saw its bump, those are losers now because of the big dump which happened after PSB reached 10k sat, some of them bought at 7k sat and they are waiting the price to move up.
Well , whose fault? If they dont bother to buy @300sats and bought @7k just because they saw the price roe up quickly hoping they can make good profit but eventually ended as bagholders..

This is why people like me want to sell PSB locally to Filipinas and Filipinos, directly, paid in local cash currency.

This can be done in whichever country they need PSB.
I hope  dev team have future plans to work with local exchanges here in taiwan to add psb .. a lot of ofws more or less 100k , this move will create huge demand for psb for sure..

I think that is already included on the roadmap. We just need to wait and trust the Pesobit Team will implement their plans successfully.
Roadmap didnt specify clearly if we'll be able to buy psb with local currency here in the future  aside from buying it with bitcoin ..

Staking in now open in the online wallet.
It provides slightly higher rewards than your staking desktop wallets but will lock your coins for 30 days.
For now, it only consumes your Available Pesobits in the wallet. Within the next few days, we will also allow bitcoin payment.

To clarify on the announcement yesterday: The debit card that will work as Visa or Mastercard and withdrawable via ATM will be attached to another wallet outside of the current online wallet.
The current online wallet will be your Pesobit wallet. The other wallet will be your local currency wallet attached to the banking industry where you can top up your debit cards, pay bills or do a typical bank withdrawal.
The online wallet will have a connection to your Philippine Peso wallet so you can convert your Pesobit to Philippine Peso without going through the bitcoin network. There could also be another option for you to withdraw your Pesobit->Peso and that's via coins.ph API.
The Philippine Peso wallet attached to your wallet.pesobit.net has no name yet and it will be a registered company and need to comply with the government's rules and regulations and that includes customer verification (KYC).

It will be a long process but it could be complete and operational around late November or early December and this acts as the Recipient solution in the Remittance sector as overseas workers' families can easily receive their money using Pesobit Debit Card. The rates of Pesobit will use the existing conversion rates among all the exchanges.
Some overseas workers will then have to buy Pesobit using their bitcoin either via one of the exchanges, coinomi via shapeshift once complete or another service that allows local currency to Pesobit conversion.

It will be a continuous development aimed to make Pesobit as easily usable as possible acting as a better alternative and solution to current systems and the debit card solution is only one of the solutions and opens more opportunities. Some options also include NFC-based cards and mobile solutions for merchants that can act as a POS.
Very nice update Dev.. it would more efficient and i think a lot cheaper if ofws be able to buy psb with the currency of the country they are in directly.. example is if i bought 1btc the exchange will charge me around 8dollars already which is the same amount if i used any remittance company fee for sending money.. another fees if i buy psb on exhchanges and exchange my psb to peso..

If you look at the blockchain, you can tell if the original holders or those who participated in the ICO are still holding, or if they've already sold (or at least moved their coins to an exchange).

If you look at the exchanges, you will also see the volume of coins being sold. It looks like a small percentage of the ICO coins, considering that there were 16 million distributed, only 500k are in the exchanges.

So, the rest are probably being held.

Yeah. Someone is hoarding the coins and it really hurt the market. The PSB price now is capped and it will die soon once whale holder dump their coin in huge volume. This is very risky on PSB. I suggest that the devs must do something or else it will turn to 1 sat price just like other coin..
How come it will dump to 1sat if most holder happily staking their coins in their wallet .. only few holder dump their coins for quick profit..
88  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PSB] Pesobit, Philippine-based crypto on: October 13, 2016, 03:01:36 PM
I think this will hard to pump again. Thats simple, whenbut rise, the group will dump and rebuy again.

They will fuck the coin, saddly
Why you want to pump this coin so badly , so that you can dump at higher prices.. 3k still about x10 from ico price and its gaining strength again .. just be patient buddy
89  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PSB] Pesobit, Philippine-based crypto on: October 13, 2016, 04:45:37 AM

Actually no lol I'm just rolling with free roll coins, I've made good profit already and just warning people of coins that go on yobit and not being on a bigger exchange. If you do not know Yobit already, that's a manipulator's paradise.

All exchanges are manipulator's paradises.

Also, Yobit, which you claim is small, is actually 25% bigger than Bittrex, which everyone seems to want. Yobit is not small!

Here is the fact:

http://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/volume/24-hour/

+100 any coin can die it doesnt matter what exchanges they are in , if no   development going on .. psb iimo is different its less than a month since launch and lots of new investors already .. as to the current prices this is just normal trading pattern big investor can easily pump the price to a new ATH and sell all their coins if they want too.. to those saying this coin will die soon or dump to 1sats hoping to buy psb because they missed the ico just keep on dreaming dudes .. Lol
90  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PSB] Pesobit, Philippine-based crypto on: October 13, 2016, 12:28:33 AM
Prices are low, its not the time to sell, time to buy more and stake while we wait for a better price.

Also, may I remind people not to leave coin at the exchanges. Many nice coins were killed by Cryptsy's bankruptcy and the large amount of coins which are threatening to flow back to the market and drown them. Also if you leave coin at the exchanges you cannot benefit from staking, it is the exchange who will stake with your coin.

Do not leave coin at the exchanges... send your PSB back home, NOW, to your wallets and stake!

I have made more than 300 PSB staking in a short period of time, nice, thank you Pesobit!
Tiny investor like me will earn few psb in staking.. since big investors wants to play with the price right now i consider this as an oppurtunity to gain some psb much faster
91  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PSB] Pesobit, Philippine-based crypto on: October 12, 2016, 02:55:12 PM
Do not worries of the down price, that's normal for trading and PSB is very good coin and road map.. hold your coin and same time top up some more, honestly so far even though the price already touched 10000 sat , I just sold only 10% from 300k psb which i bought during ico , Why ? because my feeling and experience 2 years with crypto, PSB one day will go higher and higher. Patience for few years and you will be millionaires.

Ico price is 340 sat, why worry? You guys are very lucky guys. I envy you, I didn't join the ico.

The reason i put more btc to the ico because the road map is very good and i believe 1 day PSB will touch 1usd , still not late to buy now..
This is best opportunity to gain more psb just ride the waves .. i really believe in the future of this project thats why i invested a lousy 0.03btc with this current price ups and downs it will probably reached 3btc by the end of the month
92  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PSB] Pesobit, Philippine-based crypto on: October 12, 2016, 10:21:41 AM
This is a common whale move after that sudden spike to about 10ksats ,  few days sell off to accumulate coins at lower prices.. i strongly suggest just hold , do not sell your coins to them
93  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PSB] Pesobit, Philippine-based crypto on: October 12, 2016, 04:35:40 AM
What you think about this 1% group?

They can control market easy if they had some holders in.

They can Destroy your project if they want. Be carefull
Dont worry it will bounce back .. just buy all you can at these prices

Yeah, ill buy all i can, then they dump it again, and again, and again!

Simple hun

Only if they have enough coin to burn they can dump to get the price down. i don't think the 1% is too bad. More investors are arriving all the time and their collective investments will counter balance this.
Dumpers will lose if no one sold them a coin at lower prices .. clearly the are some holders who panic sold their coins during the shakeout
94  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PSB] Pesobit, Philippine-based crypto on: October 11, 2016, 06:56:41 PM
Almost 900% retrace in 2 days, crazy. No bad news to cause such a dump either, dev premine dumped?
Check explorer buddy .. rank 2 premine is intact .. do not worry to much about the the price atm.. once they finish accumulating you know what will happen next..
95  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PSB] Pesobit, Philippine-based crypto on: October 11, 2016, 06:46:04 PM
