The price will keep fluctuating around $400 until 1 or 2 weeks before halving,
Then "new paradigm"... some people will sell (panic), some people will buy a lot (cheap, maybe).... and boom.
There's only 2 (50/50 %) possibilities : up or down.
Btc price will raise up to 1000... or maybe fall to 100, who knows.
considering that Chinese holidays are over i expect slow rise in price we are now on 400 again and i expect to be on 450 but next week and then we will see how it goes why are we basing everything on Chinese these days ? Is bitcoin not a global currency or is it declared by satoshi that he is controlling it residing in China with their festivals ? |

Gold has great value when compared to bitcoin. Dollar gets printed in accordance to the value of gold they possess. So gold directly plays role with the economy. So having gold as investment is preferred than bitcoin on these days
Dollar printing is not based on gold anymore for quite a good time now. Not any other currency in the world. this is the reason why i think, gold loses a big portion of his vlaue in the past, because it has at $2k before now half of that i'm not betting on gold anymore, too much stagnation is not even healthy Gold is still a good invest but if you think about the future the bitcoin would be better to invest because the digital currency's are the future. I think its easy to say that in a couple years there is no real money anymore. To be honest digital currencies can never overcome the fiat's,it just that we created this coin ,come use it and we will dump some day cause we have the majority of it ..lol why are people cashing out if it is the future ? I think its easy to say that in a couple years there is no crypto anymore. |

Why would you want to change Bitcoin for fiat currency? The whole point of Bitcoin is that the devaluing fiat currencies are no longer required.
Yes but there are many people who are into it for gain/profit and an easy example would be traders ,they trade and make some extra coins/money and what is the point of doing it if they don't cash them out ? investors in altcoins also fall in the same criteria. If bitcoin is made illegal then we cannot use it ,No thermos won't even get an appointment to meet the president's and to discuss anything loll. |

Yeah, I think you generally hold, sell a little on tops (but if in doubt do nothing) and buy on dips.
In general, I think that's really bad advice. No one knows where a top is or if a dip is really a dip. If you claim otherwise you're lying--to youself or others. As for the title of this thread, who knows if the run up is over. Probably not. Since this is the speculation area, I happen to think we'll see $500 by February 2016. The speculation we see on forum is made by people not holding the amount of bitcoins which on dumping might effect the price. however, I dont think it could be a whale one to manipulate the price etc... But there couldn't be any huge price rise until new merchants , businesses , services etc. start accepting it ,which is not likely to happen in less than a decade. |

Probably, by 2021 the inflation will be ~1.8% , by then the bitcoin price can be way over 50,000$. You could become a rich person by then. Well you guys really are very very optimistic about the price. It is simple too high at least for me because from 300 to 50,000 is a huge difference. To make this change there is not enough time and i think its impossible for almost 6 years from now. Almost like $3 to $500. That would never happen!  if China starts getting into it openly then surely we can see that happening again, it's in trillions then. |

the best way to get bitcoin the current, you should buy it and then hold it and wait until the price reaches $500- $600 and I estimate this will fall off the end of the year  Technically you're not earning bitcoin there, the price of it only changes so you're basically earning money $$$  But this is a good idea IMO cuz as you can see with rising bitcoin price right now, it will probably go to the moon. Definitely today is the right time, if I only have enough fiat, I will definitely buy as much as I can   The rise in $$$ value is certainly there. let us hope that the trend continues. Soon will wake up more users and if you guys will stay with this rate, tomorrow your campaign will be empty.. 0.07 for Senior Member is definitely too low. Better consider this payments one more time..
Grow up people. All major campaigns have lowered their rates and the smaller ones will also do this. Why do you expect to get paid 40 usd a week if you got 20 usd before? Please... First of all, we are not getting paid in USD, but in Bitcoin. It is the task of campaign managers to secure the funds before the start of the payment period so that they don't bear the risk of a rising exchange rate to fiat. Users participating in the campaign did their job as agreed and fulfilled their part of the contract. Why they should now pay for the mistake of the campaign managers? More importantly, ongoing deals should be respected, if both parties agreed on such deals. Changing the rules in between the cut-off days does not look seriously, to say the least. It also affects the trust one may have for such deals. yeah i too dont get this ,why are the rates effected this is all in btc ,these are not eur/usd exchanges ? btc all in and out. |
