81  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: First Bitcoin Apple Store on: April 21, 2017, 12:37:03 AM
There are many other sites that offer electronics for bitcoins, not just you.

So claiming that you're the first doesn't work out.

Also, as many others said, people simply do not have trust in a 1 activity newbie enough to send you hundreds of dollars for a phone. Use escrow, set it up via Bitify or some other site.
82  Economy / Speculation / Re: Speculation on the price of BTC if Bitfinex does a Gox on: April 21, 2017, 12:20:55 AM
Seems kind of crazy we are still pushing higher.

Bitfinex has a lower chance of doing a Gox in my opinion than Gox had itself.

Still has BTC withdrawals enabled which is a good sign.

Just released a public statement saying that they are fully solvent - take that with a grain of salt of course but, at least they are claiming something and not leaving the public speculating.
83  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Free Faucet Game | MMORPG Card Battle Style | EthereumMining.Co.In {Version 2.1} on: April 21, 2017, 12:18:27 AM
Nice idea but needs work on the design.

Too many ads as well, at least don't put it in the middle of the page, instead put it somewhere in the side in a colour that blends in with the background so we don't have to deal with it with such annoyance.

Overall good site! Looking forward to V3.
84  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is YoBit.net provably fair ? on: April 21, 2017, 12:16:34 AM
They have their gambling dice set to 0.01 so if you accidentally play you lose more it was at 0.001 and they do thst for that very reason. They make the buttons nice and big by the trollbox too. Also it's snowing exchange so you can gamble and currency and I guess people get greedy and also tempted. It's not probably fair the house edge is probably high like 4% yet people still play. I don't understand it.

Yeah, that's what every single site does. Suck you in.

And then once you're sucked in, they want you to play more and more, and make sure that you don't ever stop.

Yobit likely doesn't have a provably fair system because they aren't fair.

Personally, I always lose when I do a bet over 0.01 BTC. Unlike the provably fair dice sites, I can accuse them of being rigged because they don't have anything to verify with that proves the rolls are not rigged.
85  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Coindroids - On-chain strategy game with coin payouts on: April 21, 2017, 12:02:48 AM
I can definitely say that this is going to take off once it's officially launched out of alpha and beta.

Just love the idea, and I guess if there was bitcoin it will be even better, but I understand that transaction fees are so high that when someone wins anything they won't actually profit from it when you minus the transaction fees.

Great to see a project from 2014 still developing into 2017, means that a lot of work and sweat has actually been put into it Wink
86  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: ParaDice.io - SCAM / NOT PAYING on: April 20, 2017, 11:48:44 PM
The story from the website's admin doesnt quite check out, the admin says the user usually claims from the faucet and make a x100 bet with his accounts, 0.00000500x100= 0.005BTC, OP has much more than that

0.000005*100 should be 0.0005 instead of 0.005, am I right? It would be wasting time to make many accounts claiming the faucet and bet x100 all the time just for 50k satoshi, it is not worth compared to the time needed to do it.
We should wait for yahoo, if paradice can give a proper proof that mafiacoin is the one who is wrong here then he will get his account clear. Otherwise, paradice deserve the red tag cause they cant pay so small amount of winning.

What likely happened was that he abused the faucets regularly and saved it up somewhere, and decided to deposit some of his faucet reaping rewards one day to gamble it up to .008, and that's when he was found out.

Yes, hopefully paradice can provide yahoo with proof that is needed.

And you'd be surprised how little people work for in remote areas of the world. For some abusing the faucet even if it is just 100 satoshis means that they are getting better pay than they would if they got a part time job.
87  Economy / Services / Re: CLE_Maximus's Bitcoin Program (Earn BTC from Amazon purchases) on: April 20, 2017, 11:43:07 PM
This seems nice, but you're buying at normal amazon rates for goods, right?

I mean if you go onto purse.io then you can easily get a 20-25% discount if your purchase size is in the sweet spot of around 30-100 dollars. And they have escrow, buyer protection up to $10,000 if something happens, etc. etc.

But I like the idea, the raffle seems like something I would want to be a part of too.
88  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: ParaDice.io - SCAM / NOT PAYING on: April 20, 2017, 09:53:25 AM
We're sorry this happened in early start of our casino.

We've already paid even if we had evidences user: "bomberman" 0.1+ bitcoins.  Also we have evidences that user mafiacoin and sarul are the same users.

We don't want to create a precedent by posting user's ip here, only if it will be mandatory. He also declared he never used VPN or Tor browser, it is impossible that so many accounts to be registered  on same ip and all to have the same style of playing.

This user is having 37 accounts registered, he is changing accounts at every 20-30 seconds and claim the faucet on 100x bet mostly.

We will not accept this kind of behaviour on our website, in this case we decided not to withdraw his funds and to suspend his accounts for moment.

Thank you all for your interest on this problem,

Paradice.io

Interesting.

The IP thing is true then obviously he deserves not to get paid as he is a faucet abuser.

I suggest you disclose proof to a trusted member of the community privately, and maybe he can reach a verdict so that you can clear your name.
89  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ATCCOIN | The Coin You Trust Most on: April 20, 2017, 07:09:02 AM

Atccoin is a peer-to-peer Internet currency that enables instant, near-zero cost payments to anyone in the world. Atccoin is an open source, global payment network that is fully decentralized without any central authorities. Mathematics secures the network and empowers individuals to control their own finances. With substantial industry support, trade volume and liquidity, Atccoin is a proven medium of commerce complementary to Bitcoin. Atccoin is digital money used for secure and instant transfer of value anywhere in the world, with no borders or limits. There is no government, company, or bank in charge. Utilizing blockchain technology, Atccoin are issued and managed without any central authority. Every user with a Atccoin wallet plays an important role in processing transactions on the decentralized, peer-to-peer network. Interest is earned by each participant and users stay in full control of their money.

At least set up a website mate.

Nobody is going to trust you because you spent like 5 minutes writing up that paragraph of description, so generic that it can fit literally any altcoin that has ever been invented. Your title "the coin you trust most" certainly isn't the case with most people here.

Tell us more about the project please?
90  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: ParaDice.io - SCAM / NOT PAYING on: April 20, 2017, 06:32:31 AM
Did you use VPN whilst connecting to their site? Or did you use Tor? Maybe that's where the confusion was coming from.

I strongly doubt that they would scam for $9 even though their interface seems to be completely copied from Primedice. After all they do have a signature campaign running and the domain name is probably registered with more than $9.

But attempts to doublespend are indeed futile when you take into consideration that they do require 1 conf.

Hopefully he refunds you, because he probably has way more than that in his BTC wallet.

I don't use VPN and Tor.

max bet have limit 0.0011 too.. because they have not bankroll for more amount.

I hope that receive my 0.0083BTC

Lol really?

Max bet is 0.0011 BTC, that's crazy.

There isn't a lot of casinos that offer that low of max bet. Most casinos are comfortable with operating a max profit of around 0.1-1% of their bankroll. Based on that, their bankroll is probably less than 1 BTC?

Damn.... Hope you get your money back.
91  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the best bankroll? on: April 20, 2017, 06:22:37 AM
To clarify my question, I am looking to invest in some bankroll casinos, but I am looking which one is the most reliable.

Well from my personal experience i would say Bitdice.

But they require 0.1 BTC minimum investment, so please do be aware of that.

If you don't have 0.1 BTC then you have two options - either invest in Crypto-games, which I believe there is a guy doing a thread on it already tracking his investment portfolio, or Bitvest.io. Crypto-games is probably more profitable in my opinion.

There's also Betking which is relaunching soon, not sure how things will work but a lot of fans play there as well.
92  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: ParaDice.io - SCAM on: April 20, 2017, 06:12:03 AM
1.What made you think you're safe playing on a site which has the same interface of rollin.io and looks like a clone with different color scheme anyway ?

2.Regardless of the looks,he blamed you for having multiple accounts and double spending, the proofs posted above doesn't prove anything.Do mind linking to the transaction which was confirmed as you started playing ?

3.Also ,you made 40 accounts on the site  with low deposit wins.I see it as cheating the system by double spending from each of them.Of course unless you can prove us wrong.

1. i like dice and try it

2. I have not multiple accounts and double spending..
in this case can't use double spending, because deposit added after 1 confirmarion.

my deposit: 0.0033 BTC https://blockchain.info/tx/5cc2130282a4584c80bb45bfbb56feeb5e7075f0410a3582adf7b49c9d8e0faa

3. I have 1 account only. username: bomberman

93  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How bring referrals ? on: April 20, 2017, 05:42:53 AM
Make yourself strong having a good number of followers in all your social networking portfolios. Now once after getting it you can post those referral links into the accounts. This will surely reach a small number of users and same way this can move further.

It's not all about how many followers you have got.

You have to show them the results, of you playing.

Best to keep the videos or the demonstrations positive. Don't show yourself losing.

That's the best strategy to get referrals, say that it is a good idea to gamble. OBviously it's not true, but if you just want referrals, that's the best way. I wouldn't do it, i'd be losing friends because of it.
94  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do small investments make sense? on: April 20, 2017, 05:36:36 AM
When we think about investments we imagine investors with big sums of money, so for btc casino it would be 1 or more btc, for instance. However, the minimum amount you can invest is usually 0.01btc which is only 10$. Do you think such investments are profitable but you earn small sums or maybe they don't make sense at all? Can someone explain it to me?

Personally, they don't.

The fees that you are going to pay just sending and withdrawing the transactions don't make sense at all.

For example, if you invest in a casino with 0.01 BTC, firstly you have to get it out of your bitcoin wallet. That'll take you around 0.0005 BTC in fees. Now, you'll probably take around 10-15 weeks to get 5% of your investment, so 10-15 weeks are wasted just to recoup what you started with. Then when you withdraw, there is another 0.0001-0.0005 BTC fee.

All this not accounting investment commissions.

When you have bigger amounts, you have grounds to negotiate with the person you're investing in or the entity.

When you have small amounts, you are looked down upon.
95  Economy / Speculation / Re: Speculation on the price of BTC if Bitfinex does a Gox on: April 20, 2017, 04:17:56 AM
First of all this is only a hypothetical question. Second, the purpose of asking is to find out how robust and strong the community thinks the Bitcoin market is since MtGox.

If Bitfinex became like MtGox, what price do you believe Bitcoin will fall to?

Down down down.

It's obvious.

That's what happened with Mt Gox, and around the same time there was a huge hype about bitcoin too.

It always seem like that exchanges have problems when the price is sky high.

Hopefully, it's going to be alright and it's just a false alarm and people wait it out and Bitfinex and USDT returns to normal operation. But there is obviously a very very big probability that something bad's going to happen :|
96  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling and Supertition on: April 20, 2017, 04:13:22 AM
I don't believe in those kind of things for me gambling is just a game of luck,
You don't have to blame your superstitious beliefs about your lost or the profit that you gain.

Yes, gambling is luck. By definition.

If there is ever certainty to gambling, well it's not gambling.

But it is very easy for people to develop superstitions because they see "patterns" they do not exist at all.

For example, they think that having 10 reds means that the next roll is definitely going to be green. But in fact mathematically that is wrong. Your 11th bet has the exact same probability of being green than your first bet.

Oh, and the richer you are, the more supertitious you are. Sometimes superstition isn't a bad thing. It allows you to take risks that you wouldn't have taken if there was no supersitition. But definitely not good when used on gambling.
97  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Coinbase: Discussion on Buying Litecoin on: April 20, 2017, 04:02:47 AM
I have seen discussion here and there about Coinbase offering a new Altcoin. One option has been Monero and another is Litecoin.  I'm pretty new to LTC (e.g., I did not buy at $50, but $5).  I heard Coinbase was considering this and came across this thread:

https://community.coinbase.com/t/litecoin-in-coinbase/13388/

I know there is a backstory with LTC, but do not know it.  What are your thoughts on Litecoin and Coinbase accepting it?

Thanks for your contributions.  Grin

There is obviously a lot of hype right now that is going on with the Litecoin price.

It basically went up a lot over the past few weeks, and now Coinbase is saying it's going to accept it, which is also huge news.

Personally I have always thought that litecoin was dead.

But seems like it's not the case anymore. I predict at least a 20% price jump as soon as Coinbase starts to implement the Litecoin features.
98  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cloud Mining on: April 20, 2017, 03:57:13 AM
Please post it if you already prepared all of your site, not just plan like this. This make you looks like scammer

The site is done!
Its at cryptohub.weebly.com

Its still in testing though.

Are you serious, lol.

I mean you are either a very dumb administrator or an inexperienced scammer.

Trust me, even the scammers know better than to get a .tk domain. And you're telling me you can't even afford to at least get a .tk domain instead of getting a domain with weebly as your subdomain?

Jesus christ man, we people here aren't THAT stupid.  Roll Eyes
99  Economy / Lending / Re: <(")≈≈≈ Penguinoraurus Loan Service ≈≈≈(")> on: April 20, 2017, 03:34:22 AM
Since you newbie collateral should be held by  a third party escrow.
I can understand for this purpose by reason of "newbie" account. Actually no my gap, to take / steal account.
Everyone who submits a form, makes sure to provide "sign message". So if I think I will steal it is a meaningless action.
*Users can retrieve the hear account how to send "sign Message" to admin, As we know.
*Moreover the account will be marked "red trust".

Thank in advice,
<(")

I would suggest avoiding using btc accounts as collateral as much as possible. DT could flag those accounts if the user default making them worthless. Best to try only using altcoins as collateral, but as well lend at your own risk and dont just give out to people. Good luck!
I have 2 options for valid collateral on the terms and conditions above, I will try my best to be able to review the accounts that are eligible to be loaned or not.

Thank in advice,
<(")

Actually you'd be surprised how hard it is to retrieve an account.

You should really go onto the Meta section and take a look at people's account getting stolen/hacked, and them waiting months to get it back. If you escrow then there is no problems with it.

Also if someone does have altcoin collateral which is rare these days, it definitely makes economical sense for a newbie to steal that collateral.
100  Economy / Lending / Re: need btc on: April 20, 2017, 03:32:30 AM
In need of btc loan. >= .04 btc
3 day pay back

Thank yyou in advance

Not going to happen mate.

First red flag - newbie with 0 post history.
Second red flag - No collateral
Third red flag - No reason for loan
Fourth red flag - Wants the lender to decide interest

Watch out, Red Paint is coming!
