yes its true and i am agree with you but for people which want to hold bitcoin only and without using bitcoin for another purpose, they think its the best option that they can do while they can watch the price is increase with from time to time. but for people which want to grow their bitcoin amount, they can use their bitcoin for another kind of investment.

There are times that people are into investments but still ended up a loser for a long term even they are serious and eager to make it successful. That kind of investments are those selected investments that people choose without any knowledge or in some cases, just satisfy with the returns they are receiving which is much lesses compare to the total cost they are spending.

And you can make some profit out of it so yeah it still makes sense.

Yes it is still money but when it comes to profit don't expect that you will receive decent amount. If you got a lot of source of income that will be a good thing and it will make sense. But if you are going to rely on that single investment that will be going to hard thing.

small amount better to allocated on something that have more productive business , i mean to use it on another business that gives you higher profit percentage and then you are good to go to do any kind investment , rather than force yourself to invest a small amount, not worth.

Base you have mentioned that investments are just for larger scale businesses, not all the time that investments are starting from big amount. Many people fall when gambling by investing a small amount of funds in use, they tend to have uncontrollable emotions and always think for all-in (winning or not winning at all), if using a small deposit then we should not intend to withdraw up to a certain amount eg 0.1 btc. Let me explain, a bucket of water is made up of thousands/millions of drops of water, by adding 1 drop now then that is 1 less drop needed to fill the bucket, you follow?

Slowly investing but constant, that is what you meant for sure, I hope we can do that but if we are not being
realistic and we only rely on our first attempt to invest, of course it will not generate a good amount.

Personally, they don't.

The fees that you are going to pay just sending and withdrawing the transactions don't make sense at all.

For example, if you invest in a casino with 0.01 BTC, firstly you have to get it out of your bitcoin wallet. That'll take you around 0.0005 BTC in fees. Now, you'll probably take around 10-15 weeks to get 5% of your investment, so 10-15 weeks are wasted just to recoup what you started with. Then when you withdraw, there is another 0.0001-0.0005 BTC fee.

All this not accounting investment commissions.

When you have bigger amounts, you have grounds to negotiate with the person you're investing in or the entity.

When you have small amounts, you are looked down upon.

I am the type of person that likes doing huge investments just so I could make more money in a short amount of time. If I invest with Bitcoins then I would try to invest through the order book little by little and not really try to look at the buys and make a purchase from there, I would try to bid as low as possible and try to have someone fill whatever number that I placed a bid at.

There are many people around that make a living off gambling especially within the horse racing and other sports betting industries, they can call it investing if they want but at the end of the day it is gambling hence the name "professional gambler"
