xCoin logic on C++. UI on C#/WPF. They interact via COM. So you can call coineng.dll from any programming language, supporting COM.

Why no github?
Maybe the project will be moved to Github sometime.

I see you had used old version 0.29. The latest is 0.66 with many bugs fixed
Here is what I keep getting. About once per day I check on it and there are these two error messages and all activity has stopped. This never happened on any previous version for me.
What currencies were Enabled ?

Hey there Ufasoft! Is there any chance you can modernize the look of the client? I figure the hard part is the actual coding, but I think it could pick up a lot more people if it had a better looking UI to it (something like Digitalcoin's or It is Open Source. If you want other UI, just do it.

You are supporting the right coins except for the runner-up: Feathercoin. This wallet software could grow to something big.
Feathercoin protocol uses the same MagicNumber as LiteCoin. By this reason our client cannot to classify incoming packet as LiteCoin or FeatherCoin. The only solution is opening separate TCP port for FeatherCoin. But current application architecture does not allow this.

official clients and import them in to Ufasoft? Will they all be merged in to one (meaning that both BTC's will be merged and both LTC's will) or will they show up as separate entities?
Yes, they will be merged. That means UfasoftCoin will show SUM of all imported BTC money as single item.
Is it possible to release those for the other coins as well? I think the most preferable way would be, if possible Other currencies databases are tiny comparing with Bitcoin. The client software downloads them in 2 hours

So, I'm updating from .60 to .64, and it appears to be re-downloading the blockchain. Is this expected?
Yes. The new DB Engine used. We have tried to make DB converter, but converting from old (SQLite) DB requires more time than redownloading

I installed 0.63, and it appears to exhibit the same crashing behavior as 0.62 when the database gets big. It gets really, really slow at ~300 days left, then starts crashing regularly by the time it gets to ~175 days left.
1. Did you deleted existing bitcoin.udb before start 0.63? 2. Was Bitcoin the only enabled currency? 3. Is your Windows x64 or 32-bit? 4. Can you share your bitcoin.udb after crash on some file hosting. e.g. Google Drive?
This version crashes when downloading the block chain. It gets very slow when it gets to ~350 blocks left, then crashes when there are ~170 blocks left. After this happens, the "Bitcoin.udb" file has to be deleted or Coin will not start anymore. This is on Win7-64bit.
0.62 has a bug limiting Database size by 4GB. Please dont use it with Bitcoin. Other currencies don't reach this limit. 0.63 will be released today
There is a bug in the 0.62 limiting DB size by 4GB. So please dont use it with Bitcoin Blockchain until 0.63 will be released (in 24h).

or something. It shows the size as being 1.5 MB, and when I run it I just get errors about how it's corrupt. 0.61 was 0.62 indeed has size 1.5 MB. It is correct. please redownload it. Try to delete files with names %APPDATA%\Ufasoft\Coin\*.udb. They can be corrupted if you used 0.61 before.

It seems that Coin uses the same private key to generate addresses for different currencies. Am I correct?
Yes. It shares keys between currencies. How can I restrict Coin to use a different private key for different currency?
How can I delete these by-product addresses ("L_addr1" & "N_addr2") that I do not wish to use? (or rather just not shown in the interface, in case I accidentally used it when I have 4 or 5 currencies in Coin)
If I were to sent some funds, does the Coin interface allow me to choose which address to send from? (assume I have multiple addresses in that particular currency)
No way to delete PrivateKeys (it is dangerous anyway, you can lost money owned by that key). When you are spending money they selected automatically. We know about a problem in current version. It does not select random new key for accepting change of SendMoney operation. It lowers level of anonimity and will be fixed soon.

How can I make Coin show full 8 decimal places? Currently it is only showing 4 decimal places of my NMC balance (eg. 0.1234)
Next release will show 8 digits. An year ago .0001 seemed enough precision. Can it also show some sort of status message when it is downloading blocks? (eg. Downloading 1173xx of 117390 NameCoin Blocks) and a pause button to stop download while I need the CPU power to do somthing else for a short while?
When you see "... days ago it means BlockChain downloading". If you want to pause just disable the Currency via "Currency" menu
