aahah yes very good words mate. i think same like you. in bull everyone acting like experts. but in bear market also all of these experts rekted . and yes i lost too much money during bear market. but i learn too many things because of my loss. if i didint loss money i cant learn. because of that i am happy because of i lost money. i can earn money again but earning experiences more hard than money. |

I love centralised exchanges. Beucase i like to trust someone. For example i am fan of changpeng zhao and i feel happy and safe while using binance. at the other point if we can think as dex is forkdelta. i cant feel myself safe definetly  . idex is a good example for trustable dex but i always prefer cexs. |

You need to read their whitepaper. and search about roadmap. Whitepapers is the first important andthe easiest way to understand about projects future. there are some other external factors about coins but the most important thing is their whitepapers quality.

If you trust the project you're investing in and want to buy more, I suggest you buy it as it falls. Of course, the general situation is more important than everything. If you don't see the future of the market well, you could sell it and buy everything cheaper.

That's a good question ie to HODL or SELL. I think this requires a lot of personal analysis that asking upfront because one needs to sit down and analyze how much money was invested vs how much you will gain if you sell it now. To be honest, unless you really bought the coins when they were cheaper than what it is now, I would not advise selling for things will change in soon for betterment and once BTC stabilizes ALT's will boom.
However, at the end of the day, you are the best judge for yourself. I am gonna hold my investments for now.

Hold is Bitcoin for long time, there is no much profit. You know why ?
Because if you only hold Bitcoin your balance will grow up only on USD rate. For example you hold 1 BTC . Current price 7500$. It's might 10k after some day. But you still have only 1 BTC.
Now think you have 1 btc and you convert it into BCH. Example for 1 BTC you get 10 BCH. Rate per bch is 0.1 BTC .
After some day if Bitcoin grow up, At the same time BCH also will grow up.
If bch rate grow 1.5 btc then you will have 1.5 BTC.
But before buy alt coin please select best coin to avoid dump.
So what you think. Hold alt coin or Bitcoin ?
i am investing altcoins always. but everytime i am holding 1.5 btc in my ledger. i believe average investor in crypto need to hold at least 1 bitcoin.. because altcoins are very volatile and risky. and always bitcoin doing first pump before altcoins. i feel safe when i am holding at least 1.5 btc :=). |

I think it is very hard to go that price. Also bitmex ceo said something about double digit eth.. and i believe because of that eth will not go to double digit value.. now it is really undervalued because of last dumps .

There are so many people lost the trust about bitcoin when the market goes down! They lose patience and sell all the coin they are holding.But in some way the market is always recovering, even if the BTC is lower than 6k.So I think we should be calm and believe in crypto market and GOD will bless us . Indeed. Many people lost there trust in cryptocurrency once they see the market price goes down. They panic selling their coins because they are afraid that the price won't recover or maybe it takes time to recover. It depends on people how they handle or what are their strategy to grow their coins. We can not blame them if they sell it immediately its their choice. Happen all the time. cowards and greedy will be the 1st out of the game. hodlers be well-rewarded at the end of day. indeed mate Holders always well rewarded . and it will be like that in the future .. people needs to learn look the past historical graphs.. |

There are lots of altcoins(well, ICOs) Can anyone suggest some altcoins to buy? I searched some on ICO listing cites, but it seems a lot of them are paid to be rated high. Some coins have only 100+ members on Telegram...  I know that the price will go up and down but how to find some altcoins that is really doing something revolutionary and worth to invest? I am not trying to give advice to investing money on some coin but i think ELA and Wanchain is good coin to invest right now. Price that coin drop the price more than 80% from highest price and i think have potential rising when market recover again In Yangdongdeng We trust. That is very true. Elastos have a bright future. surely wanchain also will be 50 dollar or 100 dollar in the bull market easily. |

Depending, in my opinion it is not the fastest way. Simply because cryptocurrency is seen as good investment and because of it fast price moments it can be seen as an attractive way. There are many ways you can get "rich" that are far better and safer than trading for instance. Everybody sees this as great opportunity (now and haven't seen it years back) but guess what now it is even more dangerous to invest in crypto. Because when everybody is talking about it and investing that's when it could burst. You can get rich on many things, if you are among the first guys to enter and do that kind of thing. I don't really have goals regarding the price as my intent is not to get rich nor to grow my money with crypto. Although I can't deny that it is nice feeling looking the price going up and thus your value that you hold is more valuable but this is not the number one thing I entered into crypto nor is something that holds huge importance with me. I've "been in crypto" for 1year+ (this summer it will be 2years) That's it. Best text which i read.. Thank you man. |

I placed some amount of bitcoin in a darkwallet version 0.8 wallet. I have the seed, both the hexadecimal value and the words.
The obelisk server is currently down, I'm on a new computer and would like to take the coins out of there. I unfortunately don't know if the coins are on the chain because I cannot connect to obelisk.
Is there a place I can plug in the hex? I know the word list is irregular, the word "vision" is present so I cannot open in a standard wallet like Wallet32 or the like.
Any help is appreciated.
