Great news about marketplace, got plenty of electronics i can list!! With the pool what will you do if say only 150-200 shares are sold? will you carry on with that or make up the difference with Team member's coins? seems like a good idea to me!? Thank you for your suggestion and this probably is something we will consider. However there is still two days left to buy Steps Shares. We declared our wallets in the OP and if the community are in agreement we can consider to send some of the coins to Steps Staker. Lower the admin fee for large buy-ins. I would love to buy 100 shares but I'm not paying 5000 STEPS in fees. Interesting suggestion and under consideration, I think we need some community feedback here? Community please discuss? I bought quite a few shares and didn't mind paying the fee since I'm assuming it's going into development of the coin, so it's win/win imo. I also looked at it as each share will return a higher reward than staking in my wallet, even with the 50 STEPS cost. It's too high imo. 5000 Steps will never be made back in terms of staking with the pool vs continuing staking on my PC in optimal chunks.

There is nothing wrong with buying some Clam and letting it sit in a wallet for stakes and invest profits! I like the clam, and since JD just hit 1 billion bets, I think others like the clam too I buy more clams every 8 hours so long as the Just-Dice investment ticker keeps increasing, its gone up around 60,000 CLAMS in 3 days which is a decent amount in this low volume period.

For what it's worth I've been using giftoff for years (back when it was pock.io) and never had any problems. Converted Doge and BTC to Amazon gift cards and it's an extremely easy/quick process.
I've used it for steam vouchers - also no complaints. CLAM is a great investment right now!

Announcement: Steps Marketplace Steps Market will be live tonight, take note you can only buy services offered by Steps tonight. We will add the facility for items for sale by users tomorrow.
As soon as we're allowed to sell other items on the market place, I'll start putting up some items for sale. I have Printer cartridges for a few different models, I might put up a new FIFA 16 for PS4 too. LP Awesome! Looking forwards to this. Shame about people dumping today - 'Buy the rumor, sell the news' is not a good idea when the coin has minimum exposure to begin with. You would have been well advised to hold until it gets listed on Poloniex before considering cashing out but it's done now.

Great to see so much positive work being done by so many here - and just as important are the new holders, big and small, welcome!

So Bitcoin has just passed $350 USD again - Every staked STEPS block is now worth more USD
Excuse me? I asked why this user was quoting a response to issues highlighted by another user quite some time ago. If you're going to make unsubstantiated allegations try and have some sort of logical underpinning.
First of all - I assume you have 7% or more of the total coin supply? Because you claim to have been entitled to 5 of the first 90 blocks of 80 STEPS reward (this is how many 80 blocks there have been up to your complaint).
If you do have 7% of the total coin supply - Bad luck, there is a problem on your end; either your internet connection or your PC itself, that is causing you to be 'too slow' in submitting the staking attempt and therefore others have bet you to it.
If you do not have 7% or so of the total coin supply then you are not entitled to 5 of the first 90 blocks anyway and have rightly not received them.
In both cases the problem is on your end and in no way is it 'unfair'.
lol
Why are you quoting this?

90 steps per block now and the price is beginning to rise nice and steadily.

As you all know we at Steps always try to push boundaries. It took us a while to complete but we are proud to announce that it is now possible to stake coins in our online wallet, this include all the coin listed on Steps Stay Safe.
If there is any other coin you would like to stake online please feel free to contact us. this feature is one thing im waiting if im right it similar to what steakcloud post here before? Indeed this service is similar, however we do not charge a fee for staking. The only fee is the 250 Steps to get access to the wallet as with Steps Stay Safe. that will be a good offer and its totally cheap for now i will keep watching i will wait for some good coin to stake with hope you add more coin We will add any coin on request just send us a tweet or a pm in bct thread (no cost to add a coin). It would be cool if you add CV2 Colossuscoin2 -Den we have already compiled CV2, we just need to do additional changes on the platform because of the CV2 fee for sending coins Awesome - the more coins we add, the more steps people will buy for the fee and the more coins get burned. Its a win-win.

Announcement development fund and burning of coins.
As previously discussed with the community and in our OP we set up a development fund and will also start to burn some Steps.
During the last month we launched Steps Stay Safe and this weekend we added staking to our wallets.
We charge a fee of 250 Steps for each wallet you use on Steps Stay Safe. 50% of this coins will be added to our development fund and the rest will get burned. We received donations from some devs and the same will apply.
We hereby would like to declare the address of the development fund and also the burning address.
We will give a weekly update on coins burned and you can follow it at the following addresses:
Development Fund: Shf7tJ1a4mLCavaKsJdpPYFvVDC3JZKic5
Burned Coins Address: SMJ12qn9jNCCXJnTYRz5Yu9ZenERqvYwfg
Wonderful news! This is a dev team who knows how to add value to their project

Great to see STEPS moving in the right direction without the need for buy walls! This is what makes a coin increase in value - buy walls simply help hold onto weak handed traders we are better off without.
Are the devs still active??? There website looks abandoned and there forum which was supposed to open in Oct. is a joke with no posts?
Yes they are still active.
Really weird. It looks as either the buy walls were removed for the dump or the dumper waited for them to be removed which would mean the purpose was to kill the price. But why? If the one hoped for more panic sells, this didn't really work the last times so it was unlikely to be able to restock cheaper.
In the meantime the staking weight grew and is just below 47 million at moment, never saw it that high before and we didn't even hit the 3 digit rewards yet.
yes its kinda weird main trading of step is yobit but still in other exchange have some wall at higher than 1000 maybe someone just want to manipulate the price or maybe lost interest or panic sell because the 2 big wall was remove but even it go lower i dont think no one will buy it back if someone make a sell wall at below 1000 i think its better to buy more to try the next feature of steakcloud but now i dont see the dev or other investor of steps on yobit no word of mouth for steps now coin supply getting larger and larger maybe it need more new investor to support the current dump Calm down guys - I removed the buy wall to trade ETH for a while, if people are dumping then that just shows we have some real weak hands around here.
Just a small update: The network staking weight is now over 41,731,820 - that is as high as I have seen it to date. Be very careful about selling your STEPS now - on the balance it appears people are staking coins they buy off the exchange rather than offering them for sale higher up.

Just got my first ever POS block for 80 STEPS. With only 231 STEPS staking You are VERY lucky haha almost unbelievably lucky! Good for you
