81  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: how strong is bitcoin really? on: September 06, 2016, 09:13:58 AM
It is very strong and you can't just hack it and script kiddies wont be able to acces it just like that so in that term it's pretty strong.
But ofcourse every security you can potentially penetrate there is always a way to unlock a door. We have seen it happen in the past but the same could happen to your bank getting hacked. It might be less likely because that would be easier to get caught with though.
82  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buying bitcoin online without ID verification? on: September 05, 2016, 07:54:23 AM
You can buy bitcoins on the internet and you dont need to verificate your id and that is only because they dont have to know who you are because bitcoins are not traceable so you dont need it for sure!
83  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would you be interested in a bitcointalk lottery? on: September 05, 2016, 07:50:28 AM
I would not be very interested and that is only because i dont like to gamble with my bitcoins you know. But what i do know is that there would be allot of peope interested because allot of people are gambling with bitcoins.
84  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Brazil has more than 150 stores that accept bitcoin on: September 05, 2016, 07:46:41 AM
We grow from 30 to 150 in 6 months Smiley
That's a really good growth. Currently There're 29 "businesses" who accept bitcoin in Turkey (I think there're more but we may not be able to track them) Some of them are listed on coinmap.org
(Turkish List is here: http://coin-turk.com/turkiyede-bitcoin-kabul-eden-yerler/ )

I hope there'll be such jump in Turkey too.

First we need to build our coalition, then make pressure to government. Bitcoin has no where in Turkish law, they can't explain its situation too.

Brazil has a law for Bitcoin? How do stores keep their Bitcoin and how do they pay taxes?

In Brazil, we don't have specific law for bitcoins.
The stores can to receive in bitcoin, but it need to do an invoice in BRL.
This suggests there is a very good condition fot growing bitcoin and they may usr it to rscape payong costs
Brazil has more than 150 stores that accept bitcoins and we are here in europe and dont even have more than 10 near in my area how is that possible i dont think that there are allot of people are happy about it.
85  Economy / Speculation / Re: Now Everyone is buying on: September 05, 2016, 07:42:23 AM
Buying bitcoins right now i dont think that is the best thing you could do because he is now up to the 600 dollar each and that is allot of money for the coin so i dont think you should buy them now.
86  Economy / Economics / Re: Big Crash coming on: September 05, 2016, 07:38:08 AM
I dont know why everybody is saying that a big crash is coming because everytime people tells me that there is not even a crash coming and that is why you all need to shut your mouth about this.
87  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: did you put all your money into bitcoin? on: August 31, 2016, 07:57:18 AM
I would never put all of my money into the bitcoin because you will never know what the price of the bitcoin will doe in the future maybe you buy them now for around the 500 dollar and in the future they are not even 10 dollar than you loss allot of money you know.
88  Economy / Speculation / Re: Predict the next Bubble! on: August 31, 2016, 07:53:16 AM
My prediction is it will happen in the early years (2017), for I saw earlier in the year that everybody needs the newest digital currencies and could provide something new in the year before. You must also know the term "new year, new things". Maybe it could be one of the reasons that it will happen in the early years (2017)
It is hard to say that it will happen in the year of 2017 because there were allot of people telling me it wil happen this year you know but just one year is nothing for such a coin that is here not even for a long time so we just need to wait what will happen to the bitcoin in the future we cant predict.
89  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: August 31, 2016, 07:49:27 AM
If i had to choose between these to i would pick the gold for sure and that is only because gold will always be worth what it is you know and bitcoin can be 10.000 worth in the future but can also be worth less than one dollar and that is the risk you take by picking bitcoins.
90  Other / Off-topic / Re: Where u use bitcoins? on: August 31, 2016, 07:45:22 AM
I am using bitcoins not just to buy things from because if i am going to buy something i will do it with cash you know i dont use bitcoins for that will such be a shame. Bitcoins are here in this world just for investments so invest with bitcoins buy things with cash.
91  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Danger when buying/selling BTC in person on: August 30, 2016, 03:34:11 PM
Yeah i wouldnt handle in real life because you never know who you will meet most of the time. And handling bitcoins is handling money, and what does money attract? Criminals!
92  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: do you accept bitcoins in your business on: August 30, 2016, 03:29:19 PM
At my work they are still not accepting it its a wholesale in food but they are not doing this right now.
They will maybe do this in the future but it will take a while, the bitcoin first need to gain more popularity.

Yeah this, if it had more popularity then i would accept it. Right now it's not really worth it yet i think. Plus it's not such a stable currency.
93  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Brazil has more than 150 stores that accept bitcoin on: August 30, 2016, 03:16:24 PM
Amazing news! But I think this is pretty old and the development is even further right now, we should keep this kind of news stickied or something because it just shows how big bit coins are getting..
94  Other / Off-topic / Re: When is it useful to borrow bitcoin? on: August 30, 2016, 03:11:14 PM
Borrowing bitcoins is essentially the same as borrowing money, so you can handle the same rules for both.
95  Economy / Economics / Re: If Bitcoin had a stable price, would it still be as popular? on: August 30, 2016, 03:06:46 PM
Everyone will be then happy with that and more companies will adopt it, I think we have to work for the bitcoin price to stabilize.

I agree, companies would love it because it is stable and then bitcoins would become more popular, only downside it they wouldnt give as much oppurtunities anymore!
96  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or Gold? What would you pick? on: August 30, 2016, 03:00:21 PM
Bitcoin over gold anytime, gold is stable but has no way to rise up. Bitcoin has the possibility to go up and down making it a more viable option to invest in if you want to see some return in money.
97  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People hate Bitcoins? on: August 30, 2016, 02:55:54 PM
They hate to go with the time, come on people accept it that it's 2016 and bitcoins and these kind of things will get mainstream eventually. It's all for the best.

99  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin ATMs on: August 16, 2016, 11:55:38 AM
I
Anybody ever sold bitcoin at a BTM? What experience(s) have you had?

I presume you can send whatever you want to sell to a paper wallet, then go to the BTM & scan the QR code & the relevent amount of cash comes out of the machine (minus fees).

Sounds easy in theory but I've never used one. I've been a HODLER for a few years now & I'm trying to get as much info I can so I can get rid of my coins in a variety of ways whenever the time comes (still a few years away at least but I want to be prepared).

I did not use a ATM honestly. I know it cost a lot of money just to have one.
Even worse is that you always have the risk of system defects and robbery.
