It is so obvious that your blatant ignorance is driven by your own financial interests.
Pretty much everyone is driven by their own financial interests here. This is the securities section of a virtual currency forum. Why are you here?

So the dividend is .0033btc per bond? Am I correct in this notion?
The figure is in euros I believe.

Fair enough ffs69, like I said, thanks for whatever you are doing. I missed a big chunk of the middle of this thread so I probably missed it like the PR thing.
How about some kind of (minimal/reasonable/realistic) fee for transfers?

re: share price - I'd like to get some more into BTCT (including personally). I've given Ken some options and to be fair he's offered to move a proportion of shares of the advisers over as we've been doing a shedload of work unpaid (VE paid $5k for this not so long ago) and couldn't do any trading pre-eASIC announcement due to being on the board (so we bought at 0.0025ish, and that's where the price is now). I don't mean to sound ungrateful but did you really each do ~$5k worth of work? May I ask what on? How many advisors are we talking about here? And you couldn't do any trading? Not even set an ask order? My own thoughts are if it happens, it should be a once-off opportunity open to everyone to transfer the shares. Anyhow, don't mean to bust your balls over your thoughtful reply, thanks for what you do and sharing this info.

Am I the only one who thinks the PR is Ken?
Isn't it Streets 2.0? Yeah someone else posted that, my bad.

Some people are probably right in saying that Ken is doing too much *coughs up orange juice*

Ken has agreed to take on professional PR. That may include dealing with shareholders and the PR account (depends who does it). Finally I vote EskimoBob. I vote Stuart

All it takes is someone like my friend's grandma (who has about $200 million dollars) to decide to put 10 percent into Bitcoin...and BAM!

No. Someone had a node running on (the VPS hosting provider) Linode between 2013-03-21 and 2013-07-29. Labcoin.com uses Linode too, but it's unrelated. The transactions stop pretty much when this thread started. What can it all mean?

zum, do you really think nobody is aware of the risks at this point? Would anybody on this thread deny that it could, possibly, be a scam? Obviously if someone is holding at this point, they are comfortable with the risk/reward ratio.

no, you don't know how trust settings on this forum work evidently. you are not in my trust network so have to click 'show ratings' - it won't show up on your screen like that
if you say so.

Creative, I agree that the shares should have been locked. But at the same time, and this is an honest question, were your Basic shares locked in any way so you couldn't take advantage of them? Is there any other offering who locked their shares? So while it could be said that it looks dodgy of Labcoin, it's kind of dodgy that anyone can do it at all. Nope. It's not in my contract and I never said I'd do as much. I don't know if there are any other offerings that have locked their shares. Like the missed self imposed deadline thing, LC is their own worst enemy here because they said they'd do something but did not. Is it in the labcoin contract? If so, maybe we could approach Burnside on those grounds?
