Of course they do, there is nothing strange in it. Now is the right time for buying, when the price is down. The more you buy now, the more you will profit later. The worst thing to do is to sell know, you only can lose even more. The problem is that many never learn that.

In a way this sounds odd to me. If you are homeless that means that you basicly live on the street and have no job or income and not so easy (or not at al) access to computer, mobile phones or internet so how do you actualy could use bitcoin. I don't know but homless people in my country only use dumpsters to find some food, they are centuries away from cryptocurrencies and think they have never even heard of them.

No, I don't think this is a smart thing to do.
The first rule for investing is that you put extra money that you don't need so the same applies for investing in bitcoin. Bitcoin is volatile and no one can't guarantee that you will return your investment and earn something so if you borrow money for that you might find yourself in troubles.

So, they've opened a registration after a long period. Wonder how long will that last.
But the question is why do they have only limited number of users, what is actualy the reason they can't run some biger scope. Is it regulation, customer support or something else. Or do they want to make the appearance of exclusivity.

Bitcoin is volatile, period. The price will always change up or down and some periods when the price looks more or less stable are just temporary.
Exactly the volatility is one of the main reasons why bitcoin isn't widely accepted by business but this is the way bitcoin is functioning.

I think that at the moment conditions are still not fulfilled for bitcoin bank to be established but with time I'm sure this will happen.
To my opinion bitcoin bank is not centralization of bitcoin but something that will come along with regulation and that will help to improve bitcoin related services and also opportunity to offer the new ones, attract the new users. Personaly I would like to see bitcoin bank very soon.

As long as there are ignorant users who will always fall for FUD this will work. Unfortunetely this is scenario that repeats all the time and always has significant success. Do we need more eduaction about bitcoin and how it's functioning, would this solve the problem, at least partialy?

This is the one of the things that I will never understand. How people always fall for the same fud and how they believe every drama and panic news they hear and read. Don't you have your own brain to think rationaly and to check first the source and the content of information before you make some wrong information based on it.

Bitcoin is used by criminals, this is nothing new. They always look for new ways how to make money illegaly, how to launder money and how to escape low in any way. Bitcoin is still harder to trace than fiat transactions so it's convenient for criminals. But you don't have to look further from darknet markets, this is example how bitcoin is used for illegal purposes.

Honestly, this makes no sense to me. Why would governments who have strong and stable fiat currencies that support their economics replace them with unstable and unsecure cryptocurrencies?
Some of them have tried to develope their cryptocurrencies but those were poor unstable countries that don't have to lose anything anyway.
Some will many create their cryptocurrencies but as additional value not to replace fiat.

I agree that China doesn't want to stop cryptocurrencies. And the story behind that isn't the ban, I don't beleive that. It's the attempt of regulation and addoption of international laws and rules regarding KYC, money laundering and terrorism financing. I don't think this is generaly aimed against cryptocurrencies and we have a lot of misunderstanding here.

Terrorists are always trying to fnd the new awys for funding their activities. That is why are they also watching new technologies and trying to keep the step.
I think I've read somwhere that bitcoin was already used for financing terrorism and I wouldn't be surprised if that it' true. It's much more convenient way than using fiat currencies. Also, financing terrorism or better to say to stop it is one of the reasons why exchanges have so strict policy.

No, I don't think so. But if you expect that you will become rich man over night if you do trading then it is waist of time.
Trading demands a great deal of skills and knowledge, dedicated time and analysis of market. It's demanding but it's still the best and the most profitable way to earn bitcoin if you know what are you doing.

The market vary so basicly it's always the good timing for buying, just depending on your possibilities, how much are you willing to invest and how much profit you expect. At this very moment price is rather low and it's convenient time to buy especialy for short term investment. If you buy now you will not get wrong.

Japan is the one of the most advanced countries in the world so any kind of different attitude toward bitcon and cryptocurrencies in general would surprise me. This is the great path that other should alo follow but still there will be countries who will oppose. Therefore bitcoin should use such niche as Japan for further progress and promotion.
