I see. I'm sorry. I've missed out that info. Is there a blog post on it? I recall back then that slush and his team were very firm that there was nothing wrong with their system.

Hi sbtctalk,

You can find our statement at the link below:

Have a nice rest of the weekend!

Good afternoon,

Need help to calculate the optimum dificultat for my contribution in the pool, actualmendo S9 mino with a total of 285Th, as I can remove the difficulty for each miner?

Greetings, thank you very much.

Hi mina1,

Actually our pool sets the difficulty automatically. Unless your miners are underperforming you can leave the default values.
If you decide to set the minimum difficulty you can do it for each miner separately because of better monitoring management. If you have more questions
do not hesitate to contact us directly at: https://slushpool.com/help/#!/contact-us/feedback and we will help you with the setup.

Have a nice rest of the weekend

This issue has been already solved half a year ago.

Hello slush,

Could you please add a feature to enter a secondary email for monitoring reports? I have my miners hosted and this would be a must have feature so they can get down miner reports to fix them faster.

Your pool is very nice I moved from Kano a couple of weeks ago.

Thanks

Hello Fuzion1,
we really appreciate your suggestion. However we are receiving a lot of improvement proposals now, we have to sort them by priority.
In order to achieve this goal effectively and to satisfy the the greatest possible number of our miners we developed simple "proposals management tool" which you can find here: https://slushpool.com/devcorner/

Actually you can vote for this proposal since it is already there:
https://slushpool.com/proposal/detail/539/
 Have a nice day from
    Neli

Ya I already voted for it.  Tongue I thought maybe you could bump it to the top of the list. It would be an easy thing to add and would help a lot of your miners.

Thanks

Hello Fuzion1,
temporary you can do these two things:
1. You can set up the automatical forwarding of your monitoring e-mails to your hosting provider.
2. You can share read-only token with them, which will allow them to see the performance of your miner in Slush Pool account:
https://slushpool.com/settings/api/
   Happy mining with us,
       Neli

Hi All

HELP - CAN NOT DELETE/REMOVE REDUNDANT WORKERS Huh?

Not sure what is going on but when i go on the WORKERS page and select 'edit', the tab to delete the worker is not 'highlighted' or selectable....

I can only just select 'cancel'  Huh Huh

Anyone, i have 3 workers removed from the pool but they are just showing as (red ! - OFF)..

Cheers

Hi bilabonic,

the tab to delete the worker is going to be highlighted 24 hours after you stop mining with your miner. Therefore please just be patient and wait 24 hours.

New to Slush and have some quick question/s regarding auto merged mining of NMC.

Does the unconfirmed reward include the NMC rewards that are still in processing status?
Does the confirmed reward include NMC rewards that have completed processing?

Last one...Why is it that I have NMC rewards that have completed processing posted in my rewards history, but my BTC conversion of those rewards are 0.  Is it because the value of the NMC to BTC conversion was lower than some sort of threshold/ceiling?  If so, what is that threshold?

Thanks All!

Hi angelnero,

1. Does the unconfirmed reward include the NMC rewards that are still in processing status?
- Actually it does not include the NMC rewards. I will report it as a bug.
2. Does the confirmed reward include NMC rewards that have completed processing?
- Yes, it includes NMC rewads.
3. Last one...Why is it that I have NMC rewards that have completed processing posted in my rewards history, but my BTC conversion of those rewards are 0.  Is it because the value of the NMC to BTC conversion was lower than some sort of threshold/ceiling?  If so, what is that threshold?
- Yes, if the hash rate of a miner is low then there is a possibility that NMC rewards are such small that they are rounded to 0.

Is there any way to see who actually mines the blocks on this pool. My miner dashboard says Found Blocks:1, but I want to know if it is correct?

Thanks

Hi runnerman1,

Actually we have removed this particular statistics from our UI some time ago. If you wish to see it again, you can insert proposal into our Dev. Corner and let the community vote for/against this feature. If enough hash rate supports this proposal we can enable it again.

Just wondered why the pool shows NMC blocks and rewards?

I cant see a NMC balance/withdraw anywhere.

Hi, actually we convert your NMC automatically to BTC and these are already included in your regular payouts. Read more regarding merged mining on the link below:

does slushpool use the pps or pplns payout? and also I live in the USA so which url do I need to use?  this one: stratum+tcp://stratum.bitcoin.cz:3333 or this one: stratum+tcp://us-east.stratum.bitcoin.cz:3333 Huh thanks!

Hi, we have unique Score Based reward system, you can find more information on the links below:

https://slushpool.com/help/#!/manual/rewards

regarding the URL feel free to use stratum+tcp://us-east.stratum.bitcoin.cz:3333

Slushpool is at between 70-80 Ph/s, yet no blocks are discovered.
On the 19-th there were 19 blocks found
On the 20-th 2 blocks
Today until now 1 block.
How is this working? Do  they have some problem or just ... luck?

Hi, firstly thanks for being with us. I can confirm that we do not experience issues with our infrastructure It is just a bad luck which we experience from time to time like any other pool.
Who are you? And how does a completely new user making your name "SlushPool official" actually guarantee that you have anything to do with slushpool?

Was wondering the same thing
It worries me even more that people are engaging him and even apologising when Slush himself made it clear long ago that there would be no support on the forum any more so I have no idea what this guy's agenda is. Perhaps just a fanboy masquerading as support.

Hi guys, my name is Martin and I am a support guy from Slush Pool who is going to post here from time to time. In order to prove I am from Slush Pool, I just signed a message for you with our mining wallet below. Unfortunately I am not able to put this signature into my profile because I am new here.
